《My Universal beast system》Ch-17 Using force to subdue others

[Dominant lifeforms: Life forms that have enough power to dominate other life forms.]
"What? If you are talking about my previous world, then my previous world only had humans as the dominant life form….so regarding that world did you mean humans as the dominant life forms?"
Asked Ben, with a confused expression.
Ding!
[Owner may think whatever he wants to]
Damn...
'Can't you just tell me? What harm would it do to you?'
No responses….
'....Whatever!....Guess I can only care more about my situation at hand.'
After cursing the system, Ben turned his body to stare at the sexy backs of those two tribe leaders.
!!!
The two leaders, who were just about to eat another fill of roasted meat shuddered suddenly.
Feeling the goosebumps, they turned their heads and noticed two terrifying pairs of eyes staring directly at them. It was as if those cold looking eyes could tear apart their souls!
!!!
Again the two shuddered.
'What does he want? Is he hungry? Does he want to eat our roasted meat as well?'
Thinking of this, the mutated Jackal, being the smart one, stood up and took out all the meat pieces from his pile, and brought them closer to Ben.
"My offerings to you lo great being. I hope the great being can let me and my tiny tribe go."
The Mutated Jackal tried cury favouring because he wanted to survive. He just wanted Ben to let them go.
'Once this mighty beast lets me and my tribe go, I will never set foot here again!'
His curry favouring seemed to have some work as everyone noticed a smile formed upon Ben's face.
Seeing the smile, the mutated Jackal was elated.
'As expected, it was a correct choice to offer all of my food. Even though I am hungry, it was worth it!'
Seeing this situation, the hobgoblin felt like an idiot! His expression scrunched up, and loosened up a bit later to form a helpless smile.
'Damn! I should've been faster! This Jackal is too cunning!'
The hobgoblin was just about to move and offer his food as well, when Ben suddenly opened his mouth.
"Good, this lord here is satisfied with your offerings."
The jackal after hearing his words was about to ask to be freed, but Ben cut off his words.
"Since this lord is happy, I have decided to do you a favour, and take you and your tribe in as my subordinates."
Ben said as a mischievous smile formed on his face.
huh?
???
The mutated jackal thought he heard it wrongly and asked again to make sure, but after Ben said those words again, the jackal felt suffocated and almost fell from his standing position.
'We were tricked! This being wants subordinates! Does he plan to conquer this forest? No way! I don't wanna be a part of this!'
Even though he thought that, everyone could feel the whole vibe of their surroundings.
If they dared to refuse, then this powerful being would definitely kill them.
The jackal didn't want to accept...but he didn't want to die as well!
It carefully looked at Ben's face, and saw him smiling from ear to ear like a human.
Creatures of this world had intelligence comparable to humans so they could naturally make various expressions, but it would not be the same as those of human beings from Earth.
Ben was a human in his past life so he could naturally make those human like expressions without finding them weird.
'He is definitely capable of killing me and my whole tribe, if I tried escaping then.…'
In this way, a few minutes passed.
In these few minutes, some of the creatures tried running away but Ben would capture and kill them instantly!
Finally, the jackal clenched his teeth hard and replied.
"It is an honour for not only me but also for my whole tribe to be acknowledged as your subordinates."
After saying this, the Jackal tiredly sat down, his body relaxed.
His members could only whimper in sadness and agony but nobody retaliated as they wanted to live.
Seeing their state, the goblins felt pressured. Every member of the goblins stared at their leader with an intense gaze.
The hobgoblin felt dizzy from all the pressure that he was getting from those intense gazes.
He wanted to be ignored not wanting to shoulder this heavy pressure, it would be great to be invisible like the wind.
But it seemed like his wish could not be fulfilled.
At the next moment Ben suddenly turned towards him, with the same smile that he had when he was killing those escaping creatures.
!!!
The hobgoblin started sweating bullets, his knees felt weak, and arms heavy.
To others it seemed as if the goblin leader was resisting with his ultimate will, but the next moment disappointed everyone including Ben.
Thud!
"Please accept my offerings, great being no! I meant my Boss! my lord!"
The hobgoblin suddenly knowtowed and handed all his food to Ben.
Seeing the scene play out before his eyes, Ben was a bit disappointed as he was expecting some Urja collection, but his wish would not be fulfilled it seems.
"Nice, very good. I will let you become my subordinate as well. For now, tell me whether you two have any names?"
The two leaders after stabilising their emotions replied back.
"No lord, I don't have a name." Replied the hobgoblin
"I didn't have a name before so I named myself 'the one-horned jackal'." The leader of the jackals laughed proudly while staring at the hobgoblin.

He felt a bit satisfied about having a name, and knowing that the hobgoblin didn't have any.
"....Alright then, let me name you two. Um….you the hobgoblin will be called 'Bolzark'. The mutated jackal will be named 'Elkrad'."
"Yes lord"
The two leaders replied helplessly.
After naming them, Ben moved closer to Elkrad and used his paw to touch his head before letting the system acknowledge him as his subordinate.
Ding!
[ Elkrad….not willing to be your subordinate but has a shaken will due to the owner so…..forcefully modifying…...modifications complete….acknowledged.]
Elkrad the one horned mutated jackal felt suffocated again but this time he was really being suffocated, his body started heating up crazily! His head hurt and he almost lost consciousness.
Finally after some time, his health became normal again.
Huff huff
He huffed for some breath before calming down his anxious heart.
"Huh? this!?"
Elkrad felt something inside his body! It was as if a unique power existed inside of him now!
"This! This! Is this!?...."
He couldn't complete his question and fearfully stared at Ben.
Seeing his shock, the hobgoblin felt afraid.
'Did he go crazy on the head? What happened?'
Ben nodded his head with a mysterious smile to indicate that the Jackal's guesses were correct.
"Yes, but don't tell anyone otherwise I will kill you."
"Yes my lord!"
With excitement, the mutated jackal replied to Ben. This time he even added 'My' behind lord.
….
Ben didn't let the jackal speak about obtaining a unique power from him because there was still a hobgoblin standing beside them.
Although he was also a subordinate, the hobgoblin wasn't system acknowledged yet. Ben could be betrayed at any time by him.
What if he told everyone that Ben could give unique abilities to his subordinates? Won't those powerful beings chase after him to get his secrets?
With his current strength, Ben only had three subordinate limits. Bob, Job and Elkrad took up those spaces.
Bolzark would have to wait for a while.
After being shocked for a while, Elkrad tried inspecting his body. He wanted to find out what kind of weird power he got from Ben.
This power...he could easily sense that it was an ability just like his Mana absorbing talent, but he didn't know what it was.
While Elkrad was trying to figure out his new power, Ben was checking out his information from the system.
[ Elkrad: Double hit ( can store up a fully powered attack of his current strength and use it to double hit someone with just one attack.)]
'Nice, that's a useful ability. If Elkrad uses it to hit someone using his full powered attack, then the opponent after absorbing the first attack will be surprised when experiencing another full powered attack out of thin air.'
….
While everyone was busy in their own thoughts, Bolzark was carefully paying attention to their expressions. He naturally had some suspicions, but didn't share them with others.
'Something is definitely not right!'
Bolzark had already noticed Elkrad's excitement. From this, he could tell that something was up between Ben and him.
'He must've gotten something beneficial from this powerful being…'
….
Ben turned his head and stared at all the members from the two tribes.
"Alright everyone! From now on we're all family! We will take care of each other and protect each other if ever in need. I, as your leader, promise that whoever follows me will prosper and reach new heights, while those who don't...well they will remain weak and maybe die at the hands of some other creatures in this forest."
After saying this much, he observed everyone's expression. They seem to be hesitating but Ben didn't care, as long as they agree, and say yes who cares?
"Now! Will you follow me!? Or always remain a weak creature!? Answer me!"
"No! We will follow you!"
"Yes! Lord! Our lord! Hail our lord!"
"Long live our lord!"
Bob and Job also joined in the fun even though they could kind of guess that their boss was planning something suspicious.
They knew his character well, their Boss was cruel. Even though these two goblins were ignorant of the world, they had enough sense to know that Ben just wasn't the type to have the attributes of a kind and good leader.
Though his character didn't let them be disgusted at Ben, they actually didn't feel anything at all….it was kind of surprising. They somehow still felt good about Ben, and had full loyalty for him.
What these two didn't know was that their view on Ben was due to the effect of the system.
Their loyalty, love etc everything were generated by the system so that Ben could easily control them.
….
Nobody including Bob and Job knows his name so everyone either calls him Boss or lord.
"Hmm" Ben nodded and felt content. He closed his eyes for a moment.
Suddenly!
He opened his eyes as a cold light flashed through them.
"From tomorrow….will start an all out war against this forest. We will go and hunt down all the different tribes of this forest so be prepared."
After saying this, he walked off somewhere into the darkness.

However, it's remnants, throwing aside the old order and donning a new mantle of progress aimed to rise above their ancient disputes and go forward as one. Once the Earth reached it's natural limit, and colonies around Terra and Luna had shown promising results, humanity finally decided to make the move to the stars. It was misplaced, however, for humanity's traditional quarrels soon resurfaced and engulfed a now interplanetary empire of many races. As the Earth Empire burned and an intense depression overtook the once optimistic people, some held out hope. Some 200 years have passed since then, and those hopeful ones have finally found a place to settle on. Firmly planting their flag in paradise, they called this untouched land "Eden" and declared the beginning of a true new age, the age of After Eden.Trouble, however, seemed to still be hounding them, as barely three years after its founding, Eden finds itself at war with a seemingly uncommunicative and uncompromising enemy that far outclasses the odd pirates they were used to facing. A new era of peace, marked by an immediate conflict.
