Chapter 10 TISZ Wick

“Kroohhhhhhh… Kroohhhhhh…”

The sound of someone snoring is heard by everyone.

At first Joe stop because he think that he heard some weird noise. The conversation between Nap and Miny caused Joe unable to discern the sound come from where and also what type of sound that is.

For that he make Nap and Miny to close their mouth and shut up because he want to know what kind of noise that resound at the surrounding that he heard.

After both Nap and Miny close their mouth, they can heard clearly that the sound that they heard is that the sound of someone snoring.

When talking about snoring everyone mind then moving to remember what is it that come with the sound.

All of them remember almost at the same time on the picture that they saw after they wake up at this hour.

The picture of someone sleep and there also the illustration that show the effect of snoring. Then all of them remember what the man in the track pant said before this.

“Just do what this paper show you”

Just do what the paper telling them. So, they must do what the paper tell them and that was only one thing. That is do not disturb his sleep.

When they remember that some people at the back almost scream but the person beside her stop her by covering his hand toward her mouth.

After they saw that the person who want to scream Joe, Nap and Miny give a sharp glare to her and she shut her mouth.

All of them then back off little by little. Step by step carefully. This as to not wake up whatever produce that snoring sound from waking up.

As they moving backward slowly and slowly, then a sound was produce from the back of them.

Then the sound of snoring then stop and after that bam. All of them feel the ground vibrate a little after the snoring stop. It feel like a giant starting to move.

Joe at the front feel that as the time goes on, raging in his heart. This is all, this is all.

‘Who is the one making that sound at the back just now’

While having that kind of thought Joe shift his sight from the front to the back of their group at the source of that sound. It can be seen that in his eyes the raging like fire when he look to the back.

Unfortunately for him when he going to see the person at the back, what he saw is astonished him that his rage died down at the same time.

The sight of Nap and Miny is at the front right now. When they shift a little of their sight they saw Joe look to their back with an astonished face.

When they see that they feel that they are sweating. The sweat not a hot sweat but a cold sweat. The cold of their sweat touch the skin making they feel a really cold sensation that penetrate their bone.

Then Nap and Miny slowly move their head and look to the back and at that time they also feel astonished toward the sight that they see.

The sight that the three of them see is that the sight of a hand and feet.

To the right they see a pair of leg. To the left they see a pair of hand. Both of the pair of hand and feet right now were sticking out of the ground and when they look further they is a small body.

From the shape of the body of the child they can say that the body is a small children. The worst that they see is not the body of the child but his face.

Yes, the problem is the face of the kid only a bone. A bone like the literal meaning of the word, bone. Not even a little of meat sticking on it. A very different sight than the other ghost children that wear a mask. But this boy only the skull is a bone. This boy is Caleb.

During their focus to Caleb, they forgot the reason that they are backing away to the back sometimes ago.

Boom!!

With the sound of a slam, there a shadow appear behind Joe.

The focus of Joe is to the Caleb causing him to forget about the ghost that was wake up from the sound.

This cause the lag of time for Joe to change his focus.

Because he focus too much on Caleb he must pay the price of letting his guard down.

The lag of time that Joe switch his focus from Caleb to the shadow it spell his fate.

What Joe manage to see is a really big shadow with round shape move to his head.

Joe at that time saw that his vision of surrounding becoming slow. He watching the thing that going to kill him move slowly and then began to hit him.

During the course of time that happen, his thought move really fast. And he can only think few word.

From the cursing word it then change to the word that saying that he is in pain.

The only word that he manage to mutter out as his last is only one word.

“Help”

Boom!!!

Joe, the person that was standing at that place disappear after that.

The place that Joe was standing before right now is exchange to a shadow. It the one that occupies the place that Joe standing just now.

When Nap and Miny feel there something behind them and their line of sight shift to Joe direction, Joe disappear from their vision.

To say that Joe disappear is half right and half wrong. Although they do not see Joe right now but they saw what seem to be a remnant of Joe under the shadow when the light from their candle illuminated and reached the place that Joe stand before.

Joe was pummeled under the like some kind of heavy object hit him beginning from the top to the bottom.

When the light reach the shadow, both of them saw what it is really. It is a hammer, a two blunt side hammer to be specific.

The hammer is really big that it head can reach a whole size of an adult. Under it is Joe. Seeing this they know that Joe was pummeled using this hammer and seeing this hammer they can say that the weight is not something that an ordinary person can lift it.

Beyond the hammer, there is another shadow. Both of them think that this shadow is the one that swing that hammer and use it to pummeled Joe.

Nap and Miny both see that the shadow has a big body build and at the first they thought that this is an adult. But when they see the shadow face, it is the face of a children. It name is Benney when they remember from one of the clue they find. Only one kid had big body.

With this they concluded that this kid is one of the ghost that out there hunting them. Right now they are in a real pinch.

At the front the ghost of Benny with a hammer as big of an adult and at the back the ghost of Caleb that get in their way.

After sometime the glance exchange between the man and the ghost, Benny begin to show a movement.

“Wuarghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh”

Benny scream out loud and this intimidate the both of Nap and Miny. The shout of Benny was really loud that they feel their bodies will fly backward from the shock wave produce from Benney.

The reach both of Nap and Miny bone and they feel really hurt from that.

After the shout, Benny stop for a while and then from the mouth of Benny a light is seen and it became bright as the time goes on.

When it seem enough the from Benny mouth move to Nap and Miny.

Seeing this sight both of them feel shock from it.
