Chapter 5: Lobster City

After I disappear in the air, I immediately ran to find where Jade is and while searching for her I noticed the buildings here are quite familiar which I didn’t have the time to check because I heard a large ruckus in my 3 o’clock direction and felt Jade’s magic. In fact as we were always together I already familiarized the feeling of Jade’s magic.

“SAINT‼” (???)

“BLESS US‼” (???)

“THANK YOU GODDESS ATHENA‼” (???)

“N-no, I’m not a saint” (Jade)

Uwaa~~ what the hell, it seems they all got crazy from all of this shit happening to them and it seems this saint I heard is my sister HAH HAH HAH HAH well that’s my imouto all right, but this seems getting out of hand they all clinging to her like in some zombie movie, crazy stuff *sigh* I think we really need to get out of here fast. Wait a second; did they say goddess Athena? Well shit. First get out of here then figure out all of this weird things here in this place, I still got 2 minutes before my skill expires.

Touching Jade’s shoulder she slowly disappeared and for the people around her they all looked at her with such round shocking eyes maybe thinking that their goddess is taking her saint back but still DAMN‼ You people can look weird but not that creepy c’mon, GAWD‼ Okay so she disappeared from their sights and I carried her away far enough to cast her wings to us again and go bye-bye to this creepy place.

“So imouto, how did you became their saint?” (Garyx)

“Well, I used my healing spell and the special ability of my staff and their limbs grew back, then THAT happened” (Jade)

“Hahaha now-now don’t be grumpy my imouto, aaanyway we need some rest from all of that and have some fun in the next city, AAAAAND I’ll treat you a meal so don’t be grumpy hahaha” (Garyx)

“*sigh* okay onii-sama. I want to sleep in a soft bed, eat a full course meal, and I want to go shopping. I want to try their style fufufu~~ and you’re gonna pay onii-sama” (Jade)

“Wha-?‼ Hey I only said that I’ll treat you a meal and are you trying to get fat?” (Garyx)

After painstakingly silently flying for 3 hours we finally landed to a city that seems to be having a party so we decided to land near their border and enter it, according to the map this city is called “Lobster City” and their specialty is obviously a lobster that is why I chose this place to land not because of its party inside but Jade’s favorite meal is lobster so yeah, by the way this walls thickness is 6 m with a height of 30 ft, as we doesn’t have a I.D. card, just as planned we disguised ourselves as merchant and a Adventurer who lost our I.D.

“Hold! Show us your I.D. card” (Guard)

“Greetings, unfortunately we encountered problem on the road and lost our card so can you let us go inside so that we can renew our I.D. card” (Jade)

“Hm? You seem to be a merchant but where’s your carriage?” (Guard)

“Like I said we unfortunately encountered problem on the road and lost my carriage” (Jade)

“You! What are you?” (Guard)

“Me? I’m her guard and a hired Adventurer” (Garyx)

“Hmm, you only hired one guard? Fine then, go to that office and register yourself for the temporary I.D. card” (Guard)

We filled up the papers for our temporary I.D. and named ourselves as Nyx for me and Amethyst for Jade, and we received a badge to show that we are clear in case guards suspect us, as we entered the city cheering and singing were the one who welcomed us in and while we were filling up the forms we learned that today’s event is the beginning of their annual ‘Martial Arts Tournament’. It seems that I can have some fun HAH HAH HAH HAH.

“Onii-sama, what are we gonna do now?” (Jade)

“Well, we can go to ‘Adventurers Guild’ and register so that we can go in and out the country and its cities” (Garyx)

“Okay onii-sama, then after we register let’s go shopping fufufu~~ and after that let’s eat!” (Jade)

“Hahaha well just like in the games the guild is actually this lively huh” (Garyx)

“Un, but onii-sama we should hurry up and finish our business here I feel that we are being followed” (Jade)

As we enter the guild, the adventurers stared daggers at us and we walked straight to the reception desk which surprisingly has a very beautiful reception lady she has long green hair that reaches her shoulders and emerald eyes with long eyelashes.

“Hello, how can I help you?” (Reception lady)

“Well, me and my sister would like to register as adventurers” (Garyx)

The reception lady showed a shocking face.

“Un, why is it you are shocked?” (Garyx)

“Your armor is quite rare so I thought that you are already a adventurer and a strong one at that” (Reception Lady)

Hey are you saying that the reason we are being stared at because of our equipment? We are already wearing our lowest tier here and we don’t have equipment lower than the ‘Rare’ class *sigh* give us a break.

“Un, by the way my name is Diane and here is the papers fill it up and we will process it to get your I.D. card” (Reception lady/Diane)

Hm? We only have to fill a name, age, and job class? Well okay let’s fill it up.

Diane whispered to me gently, DAMN‼ This is not in the books in that small village; now I got the idea why those guys in that weird place worshipped Jade so much DAMN IT‼

*sigh* such a beautiful lady and if I kill her it will be bothersome and she is a staff member of the guild we might became fugitive if I kill her.

“Before you leave, you can only leave the country if you’re more than C rank adventurer and your rank right now is F rank so good luck at ranking up” (Diane)

“Normally they duel to snatch stronger allies to make their own team stronger but to duel for things they want…” (Diane)

“Onii-sama lets go eat, the shopping can wait for tomorrow I’m hungry and tired already” (Jade)

“Well, let’s go find an inn to stay at” (Garyx)

For about an hour we finally found an inn called “Your Big Daddy” this naming sense who the hell gave this name? Don’t worry I’ll just punch him in the face that’s all, and all their waitress are actually all loli’s, the inn is actually popular to all the older guys. Isn’t this seems like a coffee shop instead of an inn? *sigh* no matter, they have great food and a soft bed according to the old man who suggested this…. Wait, no he definitely didn’t do it right? *siiiiiigh* let’s just rent a room with food service.

“Uhm, do you have two rooms available?” (Garyx)

“Yes, do you like to include meals for the whole day?” (Inn keeper)

“Yes please” (Garyx)

“That will be 1G each” (Inn keeper)

“Un, can you prepare food for us now?” (Garyx)

“Here are your keys and yes we can prepare food for you right now, here is the menu” (Inn keeper)

“No need for the menu, just bring it all” (Garyx)

“Hmm, I said all in the menu I’ll order it” (Garyx)

“Onii-sama, isn’t this is too conspicuous?” (Jade)

“Hmm, you’re right then we’ll just order the meals with lobsters in it” (Garyx)
