《World of Six Civilizations》Chapter 27 - Spirit Seal

"What is a guard of your quality doing in this run-down castle in the Orc Steppes? Let's start with that first. "
Although Miloş and other guards could not fight against Nafız, this was not proof of their weakness. The warriors desperately slain by the exaggerated power of their rivals were those who should not have been in this land in the corner of the world.
"Sir, we had an agreement with a congregation from the Lands of the Light to escort trade caravans. In the middle of our journey, a great wizard put a seal of bondage on our souls, making us slaves of Godfrey. "
When she heard the name of the Lands of the Nervous Light, some memories in the depths of her consciousness began to shine. The eternal enemy of the Hell Land, the community, was the homeland of the psychopaths who saw themselves as the superior and blessed race. Treating everyone except their citizens as slaves, this Union was an organization formed by many congregations.
What is the name of the sorcerer who made you the Spirit Seal spell? Which community is this person from? "
After hearing the question, Miloş lowered his head and answered.
"The person who cast the Spirit Seal spell forbade us to answer these questions. Even if we die, we cannot tell anyone."
This helpless situation that the warrior in front of them fell into made Alyon very angry. The great warrior of the Orcs could not accept that a warrior, even if they were enemies, lost his honor due to the despicable treatment he received.
"Wait a little while. When the garbage lying on the ground wakes up, I will give you your freedom."
As soon as Alyon finished his words, Nafız yelled in anger
"I have plans for him. You can't act like that, idiot!"
Nafız's anger was not an exaggeration. Although Alyon generally liked to stay calm and stand back, he was very stubborn in implementing his decisions.

"Because you forgive my life, I will do whatever you say for five years. Then if you are not going to give me my freedom, please kill me right here. "
Miloş thought Godfrey would be killed after being questioned, unaware of the people's plans he spoke to. In the event of the person's death to whom he was enslaved, the seal would be removed, but when this happened, the images of all slaves of the deceased person would appear in the mind of the person who struck the seal.
In a situation where he did not share the same fate as his owner, it might have been to the advantage that he stayed with them, as it was only a matter of time before the great wizard found and killed him.
If he could return to the Mercenaries' Home in five years, he wouldn't have to worry about his life.
"This time will be enough. Instead of getting stubborn with you, I might be reasonable this time. "
The self-surrender of Miloş offered a new opportunity for Nafız.
She made Godfrey sober by using an essence from her ring. The city lord, who was bursting with emotion before he passed out, looked around with lifeless eyes, and when he saw the skinny older man, he began to look in fear.
"Gulag, let the new slave tell that Miloş must follow my orders for five years from now on."
Nafız took a severe attitude when telling the older man trying to recover what he had to do. A mistake to be made right now could confuse things, which was the last thing Nafız would want.
The city lord, who took his command from his former right arm, turned to Miloş without showing any signs of emotion.
"From now on, you have to do what the female orc calls for five years. Then I give your freedom back to you. "
Nafız, who was very upset about the second part of the words to be spoken by Alyon, still did not speak up. Forcing the conditions after achieving her goal would not be of much use to her in this situation.

Miloş was very surprised by what he heard while waiting for his owner's death. Why was the former owner following the Gulag's orders?
"As you can see, my serum works. You made the right decision by helping me. "
He was proud of the success of the gulag serum, and his eyes were sparkling.
Seeing the Gulag puffing up like a turkey, Alyon thought, "I guess these guys are always like that."
The Gulag was no matter how proud he was. Although it is not very difficult to manipulate people's consciousness with various techniques, these methods had to mark the person's soul.
In the serum prepared by the older man, things were based on the balance of nature. The soul of the weak, instinctively submissive to the strong, had to obey naturally.
"Geezer! There are a few things I wonder about this dishonest, order him to answer my questions. "
While Nafız pointed to the city lord, she asked the Gulag for help.
"Godfrey, you will answer all the questions you have been asked."
When the skinny older man gave his command, a scrawny voice came from the city lord.
"Okay!"
The Gulag, who smiled when he saw that the crushing man was incapacitated for years, pointed to Godfrey and made an okay gesture to the Orcs beside him.
"What is your name? Which family are you from? "
"My name is Godfrey of Bouillon, and I am the son of the third elder of the Order of the Comrades of Light."
"Who owns the seal of bondage in the soul of their bodyguards?"
"Jeffrey of Bouillon, my father."
Alyon roared as the interrogation continued.
"What are the dogs of a selfish society like you doing in my land? Answer quickly. "
Godfrey replied, in his usual soulless, to the roaring question of the Orc standing before him.
"More than a hundred years ago, the current Orc lord sought the Union's help to dethrone the then-ruling Cesuryürek.
When his plans were fulfilled, and the new Lord became himself, he handed over to the Union the task of selecting the lords of the Trade Cities in the Orc Steppes as promised.
"Who the hell is this Union?"
Alyon shouted furiously, then smashed the throne in the room. How could these people, whose name was not heard even in the memoirs of their master, play with the fate of the Orc Steppes? Godfrey stammered as the aura emitted by Alyon, whose nervousness was at the ceiling, prevented him from breathing.
"I don't know; memories are shattered. I cannot answer your question! "
Nafız whispered in Alyon's ear, afraid he might lose control.
"What is your hurry, big boy? Our adventure has just begun; a voice inside me says that we will meet these bastards who call themselves unity!"
The Sweat-drenched Gulag spoke as Alyon began to calm down a little at the warning from his partner.
"We managed to implement our plan in the best possible way. What are your ideas for the future, brave warriors?"
Alyon, who completely calmed his nerves with a deep breath, started to share his thoughts with the Gulag, while Nafız put on a robe and went out of the throne room with Miloş, which she took with him.
"Where are we going? If you are seen in the city, things can get out of control. "
Knowing that Orcs were not welcome in Nikonia, Miloş took priority to warn his new master. Nafız responded with a sneaking grin to the ex-bodyguard of the speaking City Lord, who spoke excitedly.
"This place looks like a tranquil place; let's mix things up a bit!"
