《Infinity Core Summoner》Tunnel Birds - Chapter 8

Jen asked Evan about where he was going.
Evan did not think there is any kind of problem that may arise from telling this man where he is going.
But he is still not giving Jen exact location
“I am going towards the Light Woods.”
Jen smiles and then answers
“Black Mountain City is close there too. Would you like to go together?”
Evan had nothing else to do at the same time, he needed common knowledge about the shamans, fighters, wizards, and titans.
These things are important to him. Having a researcher as some sort of individual along with himself is a good idea.
“You can come, but first tell me you said you were a Shaman, what kind of capabilities do you have.”
Jen did not expect a question like this, but he answered.
“My capabilities, I think you mean summoning and spell abilities, am I right.”
Evan just nodded, saying nothing.
Jen then answered
“I have two combat spells and one summons a creature that is not that powerful.
As I said I am not the best one when it comes to combat and my magical energy reserves are not much, because of these things I do not have strong combat capability.”
Evan said nothing after listening to Jen, and then the duo just kept walking on the road.
Jen was wearing basic black robes and carrying a gray-clothed travel bag, which right now has “Black Tentacle” on its contents.
Evan was starting to get interested in the world itself. He looked at Jen and then asked.
“What kind of beasts and creatures you have seen until now, at least what is the most interesting one.”
Jen thought a little and with a determined face, he answered.
“I have seen many creatures and researched many one of them, but the most interesting creature for me is The Tunnel Birds”

Evan smiled a little and asked again.
“The Tunnel Birds, you say.”
Jen laughed a little and understood the meaning of the look.
“The Tunnel Birds are looks like your ordinary birds, with two differences,”
“First difference is they do not fly in the sky, but they fly underground. They use their wings to cut through the dirt and slowly fly.”
“The Second difference is they can eat dirt like they are eating food, which only means that they will increase their population as there is no food shortage.”
Evan listened and gave out a cold breath.
The Tunnel Birds are fascinating, he thought.
He also thought of something else.
“Because there is no food shortage, these tunnel birds would not fight amongst themselves, which will only cause more population and many other things that would make them powerful.”
Evan believed that the tunnel birds will play a bigger part in the future that he right now is not able to see but expected.
As the duo kept walking, they have encountered a wild creature like deer, the eyes of Evan.
Jen directly whispered to Evan.
“This is a Blue Border Deer, It is a Level 1 Magical Wild Animal, fatal to most ordinary humans and human groups but not something we needed to be scared of. I heard that meat is tasty. Would you like to hunt it?”
Evan looked at the deer and did not think much about it.
He thought in his mind and then summoned King Eagle and orders him to directly shoot towards the Blue Border Deer to hunt the creature.
