Eason initiated the conversation, "I will be calling you by your name from now onwards, Elena."

Elena twitched her eyebrows and was about to rebut but Eason activated his racial talent which was same as that of an Rank A fighter. Undergoing Avascian Awakening enhances your body which is similar to that of a fighter trying to enhance his/her body to become a Rank A fighter. It's unfair but that's why Avascians are too precious.

Elena just shut up her mouth upon witnessing the current event. There was only one possibility in her mind which referenced Eason's sudden rise in strength. It was at that moment Elena realized that she was about to get in deep trouble. Eason continued,

"I wanted to test my prowess as an awakened avascian. You were just a perfect sparring partner I could have gotten my hands on right now. So, spar with me. You can't refuse my proposal. Isn't that right, Gosark?", says Eason while grinning devilishly towards Gosark.

"Hahaha, of course.", says Gosark

Meanwhile, Anna just watched everything as if it was just a show. She had an expression that perfectly stated that she was just very curious about current event. By witnessing expressions on everyone's face, she realized that this wasn't just a normal sparring session. She decided to just witness it since she would have have no choice but to observe Eason in future just like now. She will only interfere if the situation seems dangerous to Eason. She is completely confident in restraining Elena at any moment to ensure Eason's safety.

"I hope that you won't disappoint me, Elena.", spoke Eason while he took a battle stance.

Gosark just went nearer to a wall. The wall then slid open showing a room on other side. Gosark just entered it. Gosark then tried to speak towards Anna to enter alongside him but he then just realized that she was right behind him. Gosark didn't say anything. He just walked inside further followed by Anna. Gosark and Anna can watch the sparring session from within room they have just entered.

Elena didn't know what to do. Elena realized via her intuition that she has no choice but to participate in this sparring session. Elena wanted to say that she was never harsh on Eason because of his background but she got the feeing that she still wouldn't have been able to persuade Eason out of this fight.

"You're not going to make the first move? Don't worry. I won't use my avasci. I want to test my physical prowess first. Come at me."

Eason waved four fingers of one of his hands between Elena and himself. He taunted Elena.

Elena was sweating a lot. She never thought that she would find herself in such a predicament. In fact, Elena shouldn't be surprised at such an outcome. Eason's parents and his big sister were avascians. This is something Elena was told by Gosark. So, she knew that Eason had high potential to be an avascian.

But recently, Elena has been bullying Eason a bit too much which was done sneakingly. This was because Eason was already past the usual time period where people awaken as avascians. But Elena still could have waited until she made sure Eason truly can't become an avascian. Even then, due to his background, she shouldn't have messed with him. But Elena never liked it when things didn't go her away. Elena guessed that's why she impatiently tried to bully Eason sneakingly.

Elena moved towards Eason while activating her racial talent to initiate her attack while Eason stood in his spot as if he didn't see Elena making a move, he just activated his racial talent.

Elena punched at Eason while observing Eason carefully. She was just observing Eason's moves to make her next move. Eason dodged Elena's punch.

But Elena didn't stop as she kept on punching and kicking at Eason but Eason dodged them all. She even pounced kicked in the direction of Eason's face. Eason dodged it yet again and he tried to grasp Elena's legs but she twisted her own body and dodged Eason's hands and then stood right beside.

She then kicked with her most utilizable leg to catch Eason off guard but it didn't work. Eason dodged yet again and made a counter attack with his one of his own legs. But Elena dodged it and attacked again. She had never stopped attacking as soon as she had found out that Eason was just a newbie with his current strength utilization. He was also not experienced enough.

But she then happened to look at Eason's eyes. Eason's eyes were giving the feeling that he was completely bored. Elena didn't know why but that's exactly what she was feeling when she looked at Eason's eyes.

"I guess that's enough. It's about time I started to adjust myself.", spoke Eason while he grinned mischievously.

Eason then took a stance and moved by himself in a strange manner. He never attacked Elena but just kept his eyes on her. Elena suddenly started having a bad feeling by looking at Eason's current stance. She felt that she needed to attack Eason before it's too late. And, she indeed did attack Eason.

Eason dodged it by misdirecting Elena's attack by using one of his hands. Elena didn't stop attacking as she knew that she couldn't hold back anymore. She just felt her life was in danger and she needed to win this no matter what. But even though Eason was being pushed back, he still misdirected all of Elena's attacks. When Eason is starting to have difficulty, he just dodges Elena's attack and goes to another spot to repeat what Elena and he had done previously.

As time passed, Elena eventually found out that Eason started redirecting all of her attacks even while not being pushed back. She couldn't help but feel shocked beyond logic. But Elena wasn't the only one to be shocked. Anna and Gosark were also shocked.

But unlike Gosark and Elena, Anna realized something else. Eason didn't use his personal talent or avasci to beat Elena, he is just relying on his natural perfomance to beat Elena. As of now, he's learning on how to fight Elena effectively. If this keeps up, Eason doesn't even have to use his own talent to defeat Elena.

But none of Anna's realizations managed to effect the spar's routine. If the current routine kept up, it's inevitable that Eason would win.

It was then, Eason suddenly changed the routine of battle by taking initiative as he counter attacked via a punch. Elena blocked the punch and counter attacked. But Eason dodged it and attacked again.

Elena also dodged Eason's punch. She crouched down and kicked at Eason's knee, trying to make Eason fall by making him lose his balance. But Eason jumped Elena's direction and thus dodged the kick. He then kicked while he was moving in Elena's direction. Elena barely managed to dodge it and counter attacked. This routine kept repeating but unlike before, Eason has control over the battle. Elena couldn't believe that she was losing the battle. She thought she would only lose when Eason starts using his avasci. But she was wrong, she was going to be defeated by Eason even without using his avasci. This hurt her pride. She couldn't believe she was losing to someone who barely had any experience fighting with Rank A fighter physique. Eventually, Elena had a flaw in her defence. Eason took advantage of the flaw and 10 seconds later Elena found out that she couldn't counter a single move of Eason's.

Eason didn't stop despite gaining overwhelming advantage. He kept beating Elena. Few minutes later, Eason stopped beating up Elena. Elena fell after losing her consciousness. Gosark didn't say anything since it would just waste time if he said something. Anna also didn't say anything since she found Gosark not doing anything. This was supposed to end after Elena's fall but unfortunately, no. Eason touched Elena's forehead with his hand. Black blue shade flame erupted around Elena which ended up healing her. This incident dumbfounded Gosark and Anna.

It didn't take that long but Elena eventually woke up. Eason arrogantly said, "Get up! Our sparring session ain't over yet."

Eason then punched at Elena. Elena immediately dodged but before she could respond she was hit by something truly heavy. Elena flew and fell down on the ground. Elena coughed and looked back. She then saw Eason but there was one difference compared to before. Eason had one of his hands covered black blue shade flames. Eason grinned at Elena. Elena couldn't help but swallow her own saliva upon glancing at Eason.

Elena felt that she had to do something to preserve her own life. She got up. She still didn't know why her life was in danger but she didn't care about it. Anna was observing Elena and frowned. She then let a soft laugh which made Gosark curious but he kept himself silent. Gosark was more curious about something else, Elena wasn't acting like herself. If this was the old Elena, she would have definitely tried to find a way to get out of this sparring session one way or another but she ain't doing it. Gosark kept staring at Elena.

Then, Elena and Eason fought each other multiple times. Eason tested his avasci utilization on several body parts. Elena never stopped losing her motivation to preserve against Eason for some unknown reason.

Eason thought inwardly, 'All right! It's time to end this!'

Eason activated his avasci and shot forward by using avasci externally to gain speed. He then punched at Elena. He didn't fly ahead along with Elena since he used avasci on his legs to force himself to stop by standing on ground. Elena's tooth fell when the fist had initially landed on her face. She didn't care about it though and ran ahead in Eason's direction to fight him. Eason felt glad upon seeing Elena's response but he also knew that Elena was like that because of him.

Eason kept hitting Elena. Eventually, Elena fell unconscious. Eason didn't heal Elena. He just looked over at her Anna and Gosark at the other side of wall. Eason then said, "It's over. You can come out."

Gosark and Anna then walked out after the wall slid open. Eason then walked out of the sparring room. Anna followed Eason. Gosark just waved at them by saying, "Good Bye!". He also reminded himself to never provoke Eason since he had just witnessed how brutal Eason was towards someone who had messed with himself.

"Shall we go, Anna? About my friends, no need to contact them. I never thought I could be so brutal after just awakening. I knew there will be some changes to personality when avascians awaken but I guess mine was changed more than usual compared to other avascians. I also feel it's better if I didn't try to talk with my friends. It would just ruin the mood."

"Are you sure? If they're your close friends, you need to tell them goodbye."

"Anna, I ain't dumb. This is a world based on 'Strong Prey On Weak' concept. Gremorians aren't like that but that ain't the case for other races and Bararaq Union. In fact, Elena and I are truly an anomaly. We aren't righteous like other gremorians. Anyway, I know I need to get stronger to survive in future. For that, these kind of friendships..., it's better if I just forget about them. You can't change my opinion and I will just ignore those so called friends of mine if you force me to meet them. I will just think of it as practice session to ignore such friends."

"You need friends. If you keep isolating yourself like that, you will regret it in future."

"I know. But Anna, that doesn't include them. If I need friends, I don't want them to be a burden to myself. Having weak friends is not a good thing in HOZ 19218."

Anna didn't say anything as a reply. She knew that she couldn't stop Eason since it was the right path. She felt wrong about it only because she was a gremorians. Her role was to guide Eason onto the right path and that's exactly what she is planning to do so. She just needed to make sure that Eason doesn't become a bad person.

Regarding Elena's case, she thought that Elena must have done something very bad to deserve such retaliation from Eason or else Gosark would've intervened. She didn't know that Eason went overboard. The only reason Gosark didn't stop him was because Eason had told him before that he needed a good treatment and that's exactly what Gosark did for Eason.

"All right! It's the correct path. But never become a bad person. I am always watching you!"

Eason smiled since he was fine with Anna's response

Eason says, "Okay."

Eason then inwardly thought, 'I have become too cruel. When did I start ignoring my friends? Also, that feeling I felt when I beat up Elena was too brutish. I knew my talent was dangerous but not by this much. I need to make counter measures or else I would truly become a bad person. Mother would definitely be very disappointed at me if she knew about this. I must never become a bad person since I am a good person. That's right. There's no happiness by becoming a bad person who is greedy about having more power. I need to be a good person to find happiness. That's what mother would have wanted out of me.'

Eason smiled as he thought of multiple counter measures to make himself a good person rather than a bad person.
