《Awakening》A Change?

In the patient's room, Avren's body which was laying on the bed peacefully, shook slightly. He opened his eyes slowly and sat on the bed. After a moment he was shocked!
He sat on the bed? How can this happen? His body was in a miserable state that he couldn't even change positions while laying down. How could he suddenly sit?
After a while he stood up and began to stretch!
"Hahaha my body has completely recovered!"
But after a while he felt something odd.
"My body...this feeling....it's different."
Before being infected with the virus, Avren used to practice martial arts. So he had a good grasp over the his body.
He felt his body condition was perfect. Even better than before he was infected with the virus!
"Avren!"
While contemplating about this change, someone entered the room hurriedly.
"Dr Murdoch"
Avren smiled as he saw the newcomer. This doctor Murdoch has taken care of him in the past 2 weeks. Despite the difference in age, they have developed some kind of friendship.
"You're alive! That's gre...eh? You're up?! How could stand up?! Lay down immediately!" Doctor Murdoch thought that Avren's body was in a bad condition.
"Doctor, don't worry my body is okay! In fact, it's even better than before!" Avren said hurriedly when he saw the worried appearance of Dr Murdoch.
"What? Let us check your body!"
After 2 hours, the doctors checked every function of his body. But what's strange is that the results were normal!
No it wasn't just normal, it was perfect!
Many of the doctors who saw the results frowned. A man who was confirmed dead coming alive again could be explained by saying it's due to something wrong in the devices.
But how can this be explained? He couldn't even move his body in the morning and now his body is in a perfect condition.

There was nothing that could explain that.
"Alright since he's fine now, call his family to bring him home. They all have suffered enough. Dr Murdoch, you can tell him that his body is fine and he can go out any time." The head doctor instructed.
"Yes!"
Dr Murdoch was very excited. He went to Avren's room and was about to knock on the door.
"Come in."
Before he could knock, a voice came from inside the room.
'Did he hear me coming?'
Dr Murdoch didn't think much of it and entered the room. When entered, he saw Avren standing next to the window looking outside.
When the doctor entered, Avren turned his head to him and smiled.
"Dr Murdoch, it seems I'll be out today?" His voice was calm.
"Eh?..Ah yes! They have already called your family they'll pick you up soon!"
Dr Murdoch felt strange. This kid...what happened? he seems different from a while ago. And why isn't he excited about his recovery?
Furthermore he seems a little odd. His movements and the way he speaks are different from before.
"You feel I am different too, right? Even I think so. Maybe it's because I regained my life back after losing all hope."
Dr Murdoch thought it was weird that Avren could tell what he was thinking but he didn't think much of it.
