When Avren saw his father come in, he stood up.
"Dad!"
When Ruben saw Avren standing up, he was overwhelmed with emotions that he wanted to cry. His son, who he thought was going to die, is now alive and well. And his body doesn't seem to be in a bad condition either.
Ruben didn't say anything and hugged his son deeply. After a while he finally said:
"I am very happy that you're okay."
Avren could sense that his father’s voice was shaking, he was probably crying.
"Dad, are you crying?" Avren asked him with a teasing tone.
"Damn kid, who's crying. Forget it, get your ass down and rest!" Ruben tried to cover his crying but it didn't work at all.
"Hahaha, dad don't worry I am okay. In fact I am a lot more than okay!"
Ruben was relieved to hear that. But suddenly, he was taken a back because of what Avren said next.
"Dad, is mom okay?"
Avren asked while looking straight at his father. Since his father entered the room, Avren sensed that something was wrong. After all, Dr Murdoch said he will call his parents and judging from his mom's personality, she will definitely rush to the hospital if she knew he's recovered.
"I guess I can't hide it from you. Two days ago, when your mom heard that your condition is worsening and you have almost zero hope, she suddenly fainted. Till now, she hasn’t woken up." Ruben sat down and said with a heavy tone.
Avren's expression changed. But soon calmed down and said:
"Where is she now?"
"She's in another hospital. Your sister is there in case she wakes up."
"Then we should go now!" Avren said while packing his things.

Ruben frowned and said: "There's no we. You will go home and rest today. You can visit her tomorrow."
"What? But.."
"No buts! You've just recovered and you should rest at home. That's...what your mom would also say."
Avren became silent. He couldn't convince his father that he was completely fine. Besides, his mother was still in a coma so there's nothing he could do.
Thinking till here, Avren was stunned. If it were in the past and this situation happened, he would never accept going home without seeing his mother. But now, he seems more calm and rational.
"Alright. I'll go tomorrow then." Avren said.
Ruben was surprised. He was ready to drag his son back home because he knew Avren wouldn't agree.
'It seems he's not feeling well either and wants to rest.’ Ruben thought this was the reason
........................
Avren and his family live in a city called Northampton in UK. They lived in an apartment near the university of Northampton where Avren and his sister, Joice, studied.
The apartment wasn’t far away from the hospital. But Ruben insisted that they should take a taxi because of Avren’s condition.
As soon as they arrived, Ruben asked Avren to change his clothes and take a shower while he cooked something for him. But Avren stopped him saying that his cooking was awful, and asked him to hurry and go to see his mother.
After eating, Avren stayed a long time in bed thinking about his newfound power. But suddenly...
He fainted!
