Zhang fei turned around and glanced at the two faced bitch with a look that would send shivers down one's spine and said in a cold voice, "what is it?"

The man's look made Xia Su shiver but she wasn't going to back off from a potential pet just because of this, she made herself look cute and pitiful and asked in coquettish voice, "are you Mr. Zhang Fei?"

"Yes."

Xia Su looked at him with an apologetic smile and said," I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused by sister on behalf of my father, I don't know what got into her."

"Don't be, I enjoyed it."

Xia Su was a little puzzled. Wasn't this the part where he would tell her that she shouldn't be sorry, it wasn't her fault and it was all Xia Ruo's fault.is he drunk?

Zhang Fei could see what the female lead was thinking from the stupid look on her face but too bad for her he wasn't the typical dude or more accurately a normal person. Zhang Fei wasn't interested in having any conversation with her and started to enter his car.

"Ms. Su it's getting late, I should be on my way."

"Ah yes of course maybe we will met lat-''

Zhang Fei slammed the car door shut before she could even finish what she was saying and drove away. The female lead stood there dumbstruck at why her charm didn't work on him, it usually worked on everyone and they would do whatever she would ask of her.

She had a cold look as she looked in the direction where Zhang fei drove off to. She didn't know why he was so cold towards her but she would definitely make sure that she makes him her pet now that he had her attention, she hadn't failed in doing similar things so far and she wasn't going to now and besides he was kind of good looking so it would be worth the effort. Xia su gave a brilliant and sinister smile and turned around going to her car a while having thoughts of how she would play with her new pet.

Meanwhile off in the distance a silhouette could be seen lurking in the shadows having an angry expression with clenched fists as he watched on the proceedings between the two.

1 week later Zhang Fei was sitting on a chair in his room looking through some files with information on how Xia Ruo had taken over the small company from her maternal family's side. She was doing okay in managing the company but the Xia corporation being a big name in the business industry was making it hard for her to prosper.

Zhang Fei knew that this was good opportunity for him, her facing difficult situations would make it easier for him to convince her to join his dark fantasies. Wait that doesn't sound right.

Zhang Fei looked at coco and calmly said, "coco if you don't stop floating around like an idiot and making those noises i'll use you as a cutting board the next time I cook something for myself.'

Coco who was floating around the room at a high speed stopped mid-air, looked at him and gave a cold harrumph. It's not like you can catch me anyways. But still for him being used as a cutting board was definitely a horrible fate. Coco shivered when he thought about his grisly fate as a cutting board.

While Zhang fei was looking through the documents the chandelier in his room was slowly losing its grip from the ceiling and was about to fall down and as luck would have it Zhang Fei was right below the chandelier. The chandelier suddenly broke free from the ceiling and made its way down and crashed right onto the chair Zhang fei was sitting on, but he had already noticed the sound of the chandelier becoming undone and already leapt away to safety.

The chandelier crushed the chair into splinters as it fell down. Zhang Fei looked at the destruction with a grim look, he didn't know why but ever since he came to this world his luck had just been terrible. He would often have accidents, they would range from being harmless like a bird pooping on his suit and ruining it to being fatal like him being at a bank and then the bank ended up being robbed which then let to a standoff between the police and then a shootout and a car chase with him being selected as the hostage.

Still thinking about the many accidents gave him a headache. He made himself ready for the first day of college and went downstairs for breakfast, both he and coco were excited for the drama that was going to ensue in the coming days.

The college was buzzing with liveliness this particular morning, there was a handsome and dashing man passing through the corridors as he went towards his class. Wherever he passed he would gain the attention of the people especially the young girls who found him to be very attractive, they would occasionally cast him shy and seductive looks as he passed by them.

The kids who belonged to the business world already knew of his identity but were still affected by the man's majestic aura and couldn't help their attention being directed towards him.

Xia Ruo was sitting in her class and was ready for the cruelty of her classmates to show up again like last time, before she was discarded she was fawned upon but afterwards it was these very people who shunned her and made her staying in the college impossible.

Except for a few people she would definitely have to make their lives a living hell for sure. She had already face slapped a couple of jerks who came here to cause her some trouble this morning so she wasn't going to let her guard down, because from the time she said she wasn't part of the Xia family she was on her own .

While she was thinking this she heard a clamor rising up near the class door, she looked at that direction and saw a young man making his way towards her, the clamor was caused by the girls fawning over the young man. She looked at him and narrowed her eyes, this was the same man who caught her attention at the party, while everyone were showing their feelings on their faces through their expressions, only he looked calm and only had a slight smile on his face during the whole party. Of course Xia Ruo was already aware of who the person was.

This man was of course Zhang Fei. He sat right next to Xia Ruo and gave her a nice smile and looked at her right in the eyes and said, "Hello Xia Ruo, I just wanted to ask you, would you go on a date with me?"

Xia Ruo's eyes went wide as she looked at Zhang Fei disbelievingly to which Zhang Fei only response was a silly smile.
