Zhang Fei went forward towards a container where the shrieks of a woman could be heard, he went forward and saw a familiar figure standing near the container along with some of his men. “So did you have a good chat with your sister or do you need more time.” Zhang fei said as he approached the familiar figure.

“There is nothing between us to chat about, but seeing her silent angry expression because of me looking down on her sure was fun.” Xia Ruo was wearing all white in the dark night and let her dark long hair lose, she had very slight makeup which added to the charm of her beauty, she had a smile on her face due to which it seemed that flowers were blossoming in the surrounding, and some of the men were awestruck by her beauty. Zhang fei gave her a smile back and proceeded towards the container, “Well then, its time end this all, it won’t take long.”

Xia Ruo turned around as Zhang fei walked past her and asked in a puzzled tone, “What do you want do with her now?”

“Nothing, I am just going to tell her the truth.” Zhang fei motioned for his men to open the container, the container door opened and the shrieking also stopped. Zhang fei looked at a woman who had eyes of a maniac and were staring at him with a constant gaze of hatred after the slight surprise she showed initially but hid immediately. But strangely enough the flower like girl sitting chained on the ground didn’t resemble Xia Su at all.

The moonlight had shed some light in the otherwise completely dark container while illuminating Zhang fei’s and the girl’s figure as well. “So how have you been Xia Mei?” Zhang fei asked with a slight smile.

The girl sitting on the floor looked at Zhang fei with her chin raised up and said in a sharp tone. “Would have been better if I could have seen that bitch and you burning alive, but it’s okay I can do that myself later.” She said it in a way that made it look like she was just a stranger to him and was saying this just as an abuse to her captive. It seemed she was trying to put on act.

“Wow didn’t know you became a pyromaniac after going to into seclusion, oh well I can’t be too judgmental I guess, is that right Xia Su or should I call you Xia Mei, it’s really confusing with these two names and faces you know.” Zhang Fei said in a slightly taunting voice with a slight smile on his face.

Xia Mei’s or rather Xia Su’s eyes went wide when she realized that Zhang fei might have known about her identity as Xia Mei all along. She was confused at first at why she was so coincidentally the victim of a kidnapping and was now going to end as a slave in some far off country, even though she had always been on guard. Now she realized that it wasn’t some pirates smuggling people, but rather Zhang fei’s act after he figured out her identity. “How did you know!? I made sure no one knew about it, I even paid a huge sum to the doctor to keep his mouth shut, there is no way you knew about it!” Xia Su asked with a shriek, she didn’t believe that even after all her careful planning, Zhang fei figured everything out.

“Knew what? That you changed your face, well it wasn’t difficult especially since the hospital you had your plastic surgery at is sponsored by my company, and the doctor well, like always a little more money was able to make him spill everything. My men were always following you and found it strange that you were visiting the same hospital so many times, after they did some research I found the truth.”

Xia Su sat there in silence, and had a disbelieving expression as she looked at Zhang fei unblinkingly, Zhang Fei continued with his ‘a villain explaining his whole plan to the lead’ speech “ I was wondering why you changed your face, but then I realized that you might have plotted some stupid scheme like your sister as well, I also came to know that you changed your name so when I dropped my intellect to your level I realized that you might have done so to enter the Xia family as a third sister with a reputation that was not ruined at all and with the same level beauty, then gradually climb your way to the top again with a fresh start with the help of your father and his company which would be yours inevitably since Xia Ruo wasn’t entitled to it anyways, and probably have your revenge on me and her in some other way as well, all would have gone well, but…”

“But you ruined everything…..again.” Xia Su said with a furious expression as she looked at the ground this time. Yes she had thought of doing something similar, but before she could so the company was lost and her father was jailed for life for shady deeds he had done in his business life. Xia Ruo wanted Xia su to suffer the way she did, she wanted her to experience all the things she had many times over along with the other they had planned for her and Mo wenzi, only then she would have her anger satiated, only then would she be able to say that her revenge was complete.

Xia Su was slowly became more and more downcast as she realized that she probably had no way this time and was at the mercy of her sister and Zhang fei. She had lowered her raised chain and some of the fire of fury was also cooled down as it was replaced with a bit of lingering fear. She wasn’t afraid when she killed people in the past days but the things she did to others happening to herself was horrifying for her. She had a hunch that at the hands of Zhang Fei, something similar would happen, and she didn’t want to know what Zhang fei had planned for her.

She now realized that she had heard stories from the inner circle of some friends at high positions she had back then, about what Zhang fei had did to some people who pissed him off. These stories weren’t widely spread and were known by a very little number of people, as not a lot of people were willing to piss of Zhang fei as well by spreading the stories to others. In these stories the people would have horrible ends and they would vanish from the face of the world. She had thought of them as made up stories to relieve boredom.

At that time she didn’t believe that someone could be as cruel as to do such things but she had done cruel things herself which she never expected herself to ever do and Zhang fei was a person who hid his true self behind multiple layers of secrecy, so him doing something like that wasn’t so far off from being true. Xia Su was now becoming more afraid and paranoid as she let her own thoughts consume her. Zhang fei looked at her fearful expression and thought it was weird. I haven’t done anything yet, am I that scary? If he asked Coco this question, at this time especially after Zhang fei seemed to have almost caught up to the truth behind his screw up, yes, yes he was scary.

As more and more wild thoughts came into Xia Su’s mind, she became more and more timid. She asked in a weak voice, “what-what are you going to do to me?”

This all was all planned by him but Xia Su’s fate was set by her own sister, he just made adjustments to the plans so that Xia Su and Mo Wenzi would end as miserable as they could get together, and that they did. There Mo wenzi would end up as a cripple and wouldn’t be able to leave his small residence there because he was a highly wanted man outside and the only person who would take care of him there would be Xia Ruo, the person who betrayed him and left him. He undoubtedly hated her and would hate her even more after realizing what she did for a living there, but more importantly he would hate himself for ending up in such a horrible state, he would lament his own incompetence and wallow in self-pity.

Xia Su would have to face the fact that she had lost against her sister who she hated very much, she had lost her future, her company, the value of her beauty and the one person that probably truly loved her along with her pride. She would have to serve men there every day which would make her even more miserable, she would be comparable to any other prostitute and slowly it would become a hell hole for her which she wouldn’t be able to escape, a hellhole she would stuck with for the rest of her life, and she will realize that they very beauty she was proud of was a curse in disguise as well, every day she would think of how it could have been and lament her fate as well, she would feel despair and would have to face the anger of her once beloved everyday as well as she would be forced to take care of him like a caretaker, all the while living like nomads all the while having to confront each other every day as well, which would constantly remind them of their past. In time these thoughts would consume the both of them what would fill them would be endless regret and with endless regret comes misery.

What Zhang Fei wanted was the agony of the mind, because no one escape such an agony. Everything he had done was for this purpose, when he had heard about the mission’s objective he had already planned all of this. Their situation was worse but the psychological torture would be the cream on topping, in this way he could give Xia Ruo her so desired revenge as well while making sure his mission was completed to perfection. In short their enemy after Zhang fei would be their own thoughts, thoughts that would be always be with them and would only bring them despair and a situation that would fuel these thoughts constantly, hence it would be a never ending cycle of torment.

Xia Su was now full of fear after Zhang fei had told her where she would end at, to her it was a fate worse than death and it was a fate decided for her by her very own sister that she hated to the bones. She already realized that she had lost and her life was over with their being no room for negotiations, but still, she wanted to know, why. Why did he come into the story, why did he side with her sister and why did he ruin her and Mo wenzi’s plan. She wanted to know why someone so scheming would side with her sister, someone he didn’t know before at all, she wanted to know why he was so adamant on ruining them to such an extent. The seed of curiosity was planted in her mind for some time and now, she couldn’t stay still, she badly wanted to know, why?

Xia Su who now had a fearful expression after realizing her fate asked with mixed feelings of hate, fear and burning curiosity in a loud voice, “Zhang Fei, why did you ruin us, why did you act against us, why did all this to me and Mo wenzi, tell me, tell me, at least you owe me this much after ruining my life.” Xia Su looked at Zhang Fei with expectant eyes, at this time she only wanted an answer, an answer that would give some calm to her restless state.

“Why did I do it? Well the answer is really simple.” Zhang Fei said with a smile, but this time the smile was different. The moonlight shone on him in the dark of the night which made him look illusory and the smile, the smile was ethereal, beautiful yet something that wasn’t real, a smile that could be appreciated but not understood. Xia Su looked at him and silently thought how such a lovely looking person could have done all the terrible things that happened to them.

“It’s because I enjoy it.” Zhang Fei said the words with the same smile on his face and turned around to leave. Xia Su was left there as she processed the words, as she tried to understand how these sentences could explain her situation. She just sat there unblinkingly as the doors of the container shut, this time there was no sounds of shrieks.

“What happened?” Xia Su who was looking like white fairy in the darkness asked with a raised eyebrow.

“Nothing, she is having trouble understanding the truth, not that she will understand anyways.” Zhang Fei said as he walked further and further away from the container with Xia Ruo as he told Xia Ruo what he told Xia Su excluding the psychological torture he had intended for them as they went towards a secluded area where only the two of them were present. Xia ruo had a little troubled expression which wasn’t expected from one who had gotten their long awaited revenge.

“Thanks for letting me deal with Xia Su the way I wanted to, I know it might seem cruel but she did the same to me, so I wanted her to suffer the same fate. By the way you said you had planned something for her before I gave my proposal.” Xia Ruo tilted her head slightly and asked Zhang Fei in an inquisitive tone.

“Yeah I did, although I won’t tell you, it’s too dark for you and probably will corrupt your mind”

Coco who was observing something off at a distance immediately turned around and looked at his host with disbelieving expression, if he could have one. WHAT.THE.ACTUAL.FUCK! All this time he lamented how Xia Ruo was becoming more and more dark minded because of what Zhang fei was teaching and telling her, he thought that Zhang fei was just poisoning her mind and turning her into a nightmare for others but all this time Zhang Fei didn’t think like that at all, Zhang fei actually thought that everything he was telling Xia Ruo was normal and now that something actually dark came, well according to Zhang fei’s standard, he didn’t tell it to her because he thought her mind would be corrupted. Now Coco finally realized, it wasn’t xia ruo who was too far gone, it was Zhang fei who was truly too far gone as to not even notice that what he was telling her wasn’t normal at all. *sigh* poor host, who knew you had something wrong in your head, well you do, but *sigh* if only you had met me in the beginning I would set you on the right path.

If Zhang fei knew what Coco was thinking he would just tell Coco not to fry his circuits by thinking too much, according to Zhang Fei himself, he was never a normal person. He just didn’t tell anything to Xia Ruo because she wouldn’t understand his plans fully, but they were also considerably much darker, he didn’t want her to become too twisted because to be honest he had taken a little liking to this girl who always gave terrible ideas.

“So what now?” Xia Ruo asked from Zhang Fei with an expectant expression.

“Now we get what we want, they will suffer for the rest of their lives, and you, you are free to do anything now. You have a company, reputation and a bright future so you can live a worry free life. I have achieved what I set out for and so have you, so this is where we part ways.” Zhang Fei said with a smile.

“Oh……….... then, will we meet again later?” Xia Ruo asked while having a complicated look on her face after realizing that Zhang Fei was pointing out that their deal was finished, they had achieved what they had set out to achieve. She had alredy understood that based on Zhang Fei's personality, he would be leaving soon since he got what he wanted from the patnership with her, maybe that was why she was a little troubled. To him this was all just a business transaction, now that it was complete, the dealing parties could be on their own merry ways. Now that their deal was complete they didn’t have any reason to meet and talk anymore in the future, they would be like people passing by each other on a sidewalk, each minding their own business.

Zhang Fei shrugged his shoulders and said in a calm voice. “Don’t know, I am going to leave my corporation now that I have already used it finances to take down my opponents, so I am just going to get away and roam the world and write my books, I think I deserve some me time after all this shit. But hey, maybe we will meet again in the future, if we do, be sure to say hi. So its farewell for now. See you later and take care.”Zhang said as he gave her a smile.Zhang fei waved his hand as he bid farewell and turned around and started walking away from Xia ruo. It seemed Zhang Fei didn’t have much to discuss with her beside his plans now that they were complete and bid farewell. Xia Ruo just stood there without moving and saying a word back and looked at Zhang Fei’s back as he went further and further away. It seemed that it was the end of their partership. she looked at him hoping that he would look back, maybe just once, but he continued walking away, slowly disappearing into the darkness leaving Xia Ruo, who formed stark contrast with her white dress and the dark of the night, she looked rather lonely. She continued to look at him until he disappeared but he never looked back.
