《Phantom Transgression》Chapter 16

LANGLEY, VIRGINIA,
Camshron was on his desk holding Mike's bio.
Lorgé was still being provided protection and was not going out of CIA Headquarter until culprit gets caught. This was a not a situation Camshron had ever imagined. Camshron looked at the hospital's contact number and dialed it with no hesitation.
A lady received the call in sweetest voice, "St. Elizabeth's Hospital. May I help you?"
Camshron changed his tone and made a different voice, "I was informed yesterday Mr. Levi Mike is not there since a long time, perhaps a month too."
"May I know the patient's registration number please?"
"Ah…Ah…it's hmmm…733." Camshron said by reading the paper.
"Sorry sir but he is on a run, sir. We are very sorry. Sorry. Sorry, sir."
How many times did you say sorry? He wanted to say but said, "It's okay…Err…How did he escape?"
"May I know who you are, sir?"
"I am the one who left Mike to your facility." Camshron himself was not sure if it was the right thing to say or not.
"He ran away from here during exercise time. He had a gun with him for this."
"A gun!"
"Yes, a gun, but filled with tranquilizer darts. He fired it on everyone he saw and you know…"
"Thank you for the explanation." Camshron said and hung the call.
The main question was - who had given him guns.
No mental patients are allowed to have guns.
Not in a psychiatric facility.
"If he ran for specific cause or due to involvement in any crime, then where can he go? Of course he won't be hugging his parents or family." He talked to himself.
Soon he began brainstorming- Crime happened on 4th July…escape on 29th June…this is 22nd July. He must not have been so much far till now. He can't leave USA due to a charge of murder. He lives in South Dakota. For sure, this man must not have lots of money with him. MONEY? If he is not Haq's murderer, then why had he lethal weapons in hospital? He wouldn’t have been playing with it whole 24 hours. If he is not a certain killer then he might be used by someone, but how?

Camshron continued- If I was Mike then I won't be living anymore in Washington DC, New York is risky, no way to Langley and not anywhere in Maryland. His own place South Dakota is safest for him. For now, he should be hiding and waiting for everything to calm down. Now it is almost calmed down and he should be trying to leave South Dakota.
Weapons showed he was involved in criminal activities. Who would give crazy guns?
Where he would have been hiding it?
The escape should not have been a sudden one. It was perhaps planned a bit because running out of hospitals isn’t so difficult job to be done. It is not worth of risk. He remembered his days in a Russian prison for few months. The most interesting thing about those days was that when FBI paid bail for releasing him and went to his cell, then Camshron wasn’t there.
He had escaped the night before.
All this was now nothing but a history. Present was now, and no matter it wasn’t something to rejoice at.
He got up and then wore his coat. He called to Mr. Fernsby's desk, "Mr. Fernsby, are all cops ready?"
"Yes they are." said tired Fernsby.
"I will leave now."
"Where should he be right now?"
"I contacted South Dakota Police Department yesterday. They suspect he was seen by a traffic police in Hot Springs."
"Then he might be gone now."
"No sir, if he can't go far in over fifteen days then I am sure he won't be leaving right now. It looks like he only travels in night time." said Camshron by walking in passage alone.
"You still have doubt, Camshron?"
"As well as the chance to clear it."
"I hope cross deduction is true."
"I have also known that he had some weapons while he was in hospital." said Camshron while he was in the elevator.

"I can see you are going near to the vans."
"All hail security cams." he said and hung the call.
He went in his van with four armed cops, and cops filled the van. The car ran in single file procession for the whole distance.
—
Phantom Being was fast.
It was about eleven of summer but he had worn a brownish coat, hat and face half covered tight by mask just exposing eyes. He was in a coffee shop near of the main road.
He had worn goggles which had ultimate zooming capacity like binoculars. Perhaps he was waiting for someone- which he was not good at. He had just been informed someone was planning to leave South Dakota, leaving all the problems behind.
Levi had just planned to go in day time and bought ticked to Casper in Wyoming where he had planned to live a worry free life alone.
Phantom Being knew the bus was going to stop near the Café where he was right now.
He had estimated he would find Mike in the same bus, keep an eye on him during the whole journey and shoot him by taking him to a silent place.
But he knew one thing well- recognizing Mike would not be a difficult task. He could only be recognized by the absence of his left eyebrows. Of course he was not going to paint his eyebrows because he had an ill mind.
"Excuse me winter man." said someone.
"How unwise thing to say." Phantom Being said.
"Is Violet Bus going to stop here?"
"Yes, now you shut up dumb idiot."Phantom Being shouted and almost got up off the bench.
"Mission in progress." was telling Camshron about one mile far from Violet Bus. He was right about Mike changing his plan. He was right that he chose to enquire in the ticket counter.
No matter, Camshron was following the bus.
Meanwhile, the bus stopped about five hundred meters far from Phantom Being.
The red bus didn’t come into his sight.
Phantom Being threw remaining coffee in trash and waited for the bus to stop in front him.
Conductor slid its door open. It was a double-Decker bus, and Phantom Being was feeling confused.
So was Camshron.
He got in the bus first with a bunch of his people who looked like GO workers. All had worn suits, but nobody else knew those suits were bullet proof as well.
And nobody knew all of them had guns on their waist.
Neither Camshron noticed nor the mysterious Phantom Being.
At last Phantom Being got in the bus and started searching for Mike. He couldn’t see anyone whose left eyebrow was missing and he couldn’t risk pulling out his gun and shout, "Who is Mike here?"
Camshron also happened to be searching him, but on the second floor.
In the third seat of bus was a man in a white T-shirt written, "YOU CAN'T CATCH ME." and wearing black quarter shorts.
"Your mind is ass." said Camshron to himself when he got near to the man.
Levi Mike.
Mike got up in a hurry. Camshron grabbed his arm, but nobody noticed. Soon Camshron's men came around. He said, "Mike, keep hanging here."
"Don’t kill me!" the words from Mike dazzled him, "I did nothing wrong."

The Everyday Life of A Pathfinder
Pathfinders are people who are respected and revered, not because of power or might, but because of knowledge of the world. They are the peacekeepers between humans and nature. Guiding humans through the most dangerous areas known to man and killing any species which attempts to throw off the balance of the natural world. This is their job - and their passion. *** Note: This story is going to have a few generic elements in it, like fantasy setting, guilds, cursing and stuff like that. A few (a lot) of things it won’t have is: Overly bloody descriptions, I don’t need to have enough buckets of gore to fill a ballroom for people to get that guy is defiantly dead; Rape, I don’t like it and it’s honestly painful writing that stuff; Harems, fuck harems; Overpowered MC, EVER; Game elements/ transported to another world, overused as shit; “I’m out for revenge”, no one cares; “My village was burned down and everyone died ;-;”, yeah you and the other 60% of the population; A lot of overly dramatic events, Drama has its time and place to be impactful, so you need to use it sparingly so when you do it’s special; “I’m going to stab you because I’m CrAZy, I believe that everyone has a reason for what they do, sometimes the reason is because they’re fucking insane, but I’m still not going to write things like that; Generic fantasy creatures, I’m tired of hearing about the fucking mystical dragons or the god damn slimes, so I’m going to create my own monster. Also feel free to roast. I don't get offended easily and it's honestly one of the best ways to increase writing abilites.
