100 health pills: These pills are good to increase people health. Each pill will increase HP points by 1000.

100 defense pills: These pills are good to increase the defense of the people that them. Each pills will increase defense by 1000 points.

2 immortal pills: using these two pills will make anyone be able to live forever. The only way to die is if their head is no longer on the body

Sophia felt sleep after the system said that. Due to that Sophia lived in a dorm, and it was a long weekend no one noticed the fact that Sophia slept for 24 hours.

After Sophia check her status, she went to look at herself in the mirror. She was astoundingly beautiful. Her face is more beautiful than before. It can say she was the most beautiful girl in the entire country. Her skin was white with no impurity on it. Her eyes change colors. Now they were completely silver. Her hair still was red as before. Her body was even sexier than before. It can say she was a perfect human girl.
"System, how people will know that I am Sophia Eliana Moiré? My appearance has changed by a lot. I want to know what those Mafia Points are as well." Sophia asked the system.
"Do not worry the system is a professional. The system has made so that the appearance you have now is the one that you always had before. Mafia points are points that can be used to buy many things in the Mafia Store. The way to get more point is by adding more land to your territory. This, of course, is related to your mafia. The 100 points you have now are a gift from the system use them wisely or save them is up to you. I recommend you to take out your subordinated." The system answer Sophia.
Sophia went to a place where there are no people. The reason for this was because there will be 101 people coming out of nowhere. She found the perfect location in an underground tunnel.
