《Rise as a Demon Lordress》Vol 1 Ch 4: An Insatiable Hunger

"Wake up."
Something cold and wet hit my body jerking me to conciousness.
I peered into the eyes of that armored man from earlier.
He held a bucket in his hand and was staring down at me with disgust.
"Filthy monster. I don't see what Lady Nimata could accomplish keeping you." He says.
I see, so everything was real.
I die in my past life only to reincarnate into this hellish life.
Perhaps I deserved it.
"Now now, Aman. Don't be so harsh. Isn't she cute?" Nimata enters the room.
Aman bows his head before going over to stand by the wooden door.
Looks like I was brought to an underground dungeon of some sort.
Nimata smiles in my direction. "glad that you're awake."
She walked closer and seemed to look satisfied with something.
"This is the first time I see a Demon ogre. Espcially one that's cute and pink like yourself." Nimata says.
Nimata grabs my face in her perfectly manicured hands, "what's your name demon?" She asked.
I spit in her face, "I hope you die." I tell her with a malicious glare.
The man Aman hands over a hand kerchief and takes his place again.
Nimata wiped the spit from her face without looking from my gaze once.
Once done she tossed the hand kerchief onto the floor and grabbed my hair.
"Agh!"
My body was suddenly pushed to the floor and my face was being shoved into the hand kerchief.
"Look here you stupid demon trash. I've been very nice and I won't have my toy disobey me. Now be a good demon and tell me your name." Nimata says angrily.
I clenched my lips tightly together. I don't care what she does to me.
There was no way I was telling her anything.

I have my pride as a demon and I would rather die than be this fake hero's toy.
I ignored the pain in my scalp and as she tugged fiercely at my hair.
Bare with it.
Bare with it even if it hurts.
"Shit!" Nimata screams and begins to kick me in my sides until I passed out from the pain.
Another Perspective
Nimata sighs as she slides her fingers into her hair, "tend to her wounds. Also make sure you brand her." She says.
"Yes Lady Nimata." Aman says walking over and lifting the demon off the floor.
Aman makes his way out the prison room, he paused and looked back. "You should rest." He says.
He leaves Nimata to herself so she could vent.
The next day
I'm hungry.
It's been two days since I was last brought here.
They not only branded me but I was also forced to play with the fake hero's little sister.
I can't believe this was the reason I was picked up like some sort of toy.
The last meal I had, when was it?
I don't remember.
*Grumbles*
I feel so dizzy, will the child taste good?
I shook my head from the thought.
I bit my lip hard, drawing blood. If I don't get any food, I don't think I'll be able to keep my senses.
Once night fell and the little girl was put to sleep by one of the maids, I was then led back to a small room given to me two days ago.
"Demon Trash." The maid, who led me to my room, says in disgust before leaving me there alone.
I sat down at the only window and stared out at the moon.
*Grumbles*
I wrap my arms about my knees and hugged them to my chest.

The pain in my stomach continues, but I had no choice but to ignore it.
Should I be happy that I didn't die?
Should I be grateful that that fake hero saved my life?
I don't know.
I think that this experience was enough.
I don't think I'll care for humans after this.
As a matter of fact I think I might seriously hate them now.
Demon Trash this, Demon Trash that.
Why do I care?
I never cared when I was still a toddler being called that.
So why now?
Was it because Kika died by their hands, so I'm sensitive?
Or maybe I finally understand the pains of being hated just because I'm different?
The brand on my back that identifies me as someone elses property was also the thing that will burn hatred into every core of my soul.
I hate them.
I hate them.
I hate them.
I hate them!
I repeated that over and over in my head.
Sleep would not consume me.
The loud sound of my beating heart will not calm my hate or growing rage.
I'm hungry.
So hungry.
When will I be able to eat?
Another's Perspective
The moon was bright that night. One could see a dark figure standing over Reesa.
The man's face is flushed and disoriented.
One can tell he had a bit much to drink.
"Little demonnn...." He calls with a high tone that was meant to pass off as cute.
Reesa flinches.
She didn't move though and the man saw this as a sign to reach out.
'Good girl, I'll make you feel good." He says grabbing her shoulders.
He pushes her down where the moon's light casted them both in a glowing bright light.
One could see glowing red eyes and her flushed face.
"Oooh...you look turned on." He says.
He lowered his head to kiss her lips.
When their lips touched he tried to stick his tongue in.
She opens her mouth to invite him in.
Unfortunately for this man she bit down hard.
One can here his muffled scream and the sound of her still biting.
The man rolled to his side but Reesa was not done.
She had blood dripping from her lips.
She climbed on top of the man and with her mouth she ripped off his right ear ignoring his loud screams.
So hungry.
She ate him until all that was left was his bones.
Even so, she was still hungry.
That night She ate everyone in the manor, from the servants to whoever she could.
Even then she was still hungry.
She finally came upon the last room in the manor.
One could see blood scattered on the floors and walls behind her.
Even she was covered in blood.
One can see the emptiness in her eyes.
"I'm still hungry."
"Step away from that door, Demon!"
Who was it that appeared?

Taverns edge - A mercenary's guide to Ley Line traveling
The taverns edge is a fiction that centers around a pair of unusual friends. A mercenary that happens to be a princess of fae, but prefers to stay in a well-known établissement instead of staying in the Sidhe. Moira. Being half a dragon doesn't really help getting along with snobbish elitists at her mother's court. Like all sidhe she likes to strike a good deal... Which has led into many a disaster... Though she always tends to get by, especially when she gets home to the Tavern on the edge. The mentioned établissement is run by the formidable Barkeeper and jack of all trades Tora, who happens to have a very interesting past. Which involves more than one sinister secret... Now add to the mix a totally clueless elven girl - a mortal, not a fae- on the run. Lunara. She has unknowingly struck a deal with the devil - quite literally. Now unable to handle the consequences on her own she enters the tavern on the edge. An epicenter for magic and the only place where she might find help. She talks Moira into helping her out. A race against time begins as the deal's symbols appear on Lunara's skin. The journey leads to the dwarven empire, the sidhe and wherever the crossing leylines under the tavern may lead. This fiction belongs to the same universe as Ancient Blood. English is not my native language, so please don't be harsh. This story is an adaption of an idea, that we, a friend of mine and me, have developed over a few months while taking a break from learning. Some parts were written by Emberspark. Thank you for allowing me to work with your ideas and letting me publish this as a whole. Updates... I will try to frequently update both of my fictions... Well in case you are interested I post it on Scribble hub, too. I really don't steal from myself 😂

Rebirth, but not quite.
A boy is born in a fantasy world with knowledge of modern earth, however he does not have personal memories of living or dying before. Good news is he was born in militaristic branch of the royal family and the variety of forms and uses of magic in this world are great fun, bad news is with status come expectations. Follow him as he makes his place in the world all the while escaping boredom with all his might. This is a story without a big baddie trying to destroy the world, without gods choosing heroes to give powers to and without systems that determine what you can and can't do. This is my first fiction and i'm open to suggestions. I plan on using a few cliches while putting my own spin on things, if i write something that feels too much like every other fictions, please say so.

Fighting Back The Tide
My first attempt at writing a novel so please go easy on me and constructive criticism and ideas are welcome. This is a story about how the world get turned into an RPG like world and how the MC fights back and explores the new/merged world. There are many like this so apologies if it sounds similar to any others but I have read MANY, MANY fantasy and RPG stories as they are my favourite but stick with me and I promise one heck of a unique ride
