《Harmony: An Assassins Tale》Chapter 7 : An Awakening Call

Two months have passed since Johnny left. In this time, I too, have been training, although my strength is far above that of him. I thought I should train with the others so that I can be sure to defeat him with one blow. To be honest, this school girl acting is kinda boring and I thought it was going to be different than this. I wanted to have more fun and I thought it would be cooler than hunting the Hagriz, our primary duty as SPIRITS. Hagriz are demons who devour human souls, and we have been on Earth when they entered such that humans will not be injured. We lived peaceful lives with the humans and no one questioned us. All prominent names such as King Arthur, or Alexander, all have been SPIRITS fighting off the Hagriz.
The biggest question is what exactly are SPIRITS? We ourselves do not know, but all I know is that I've been created by my master for the sole purpose of killing Johnny. I never thought it had to come to this, a trained veternan SPIRIT fighting off a lowly human. Sure , he may have partially the strongest SE, but he does not know that himself, which makes it much easier for us. So, I wandered into the forest, found The Tree , and I cut it down.
Afterwards I went into the trunk and I fell into the SPIRITS headquarters. "Hey, hey! Jennifer how are you!" Nicholas said, someone who I think has a crush on me. "For the last time, novice, first treat your elders with respect, im 300 years old you know." Nicholas then calmed down a bit. "I heard you were 'dating' your target. Why so?" He said, a bit angry. I then told him what happened and I even showed my fathers body as a proof. "Man, he did a number on that old sucker!" I simply ignored him and went to the main office.

"Sir, I came in to report to you about Johnny's development. It seems he has went off for training so that he can get better situated with his SE, but I still don't think he knows how to use 'that' , so I think we should wait it out here and then spring at him. I would love to do it myself , but I don't think we should be risky. Maybe we can send in two novices so that they understand how we do business?" I told the headchief. "Yes,yes. I do think we should kill Johnny before it's to late, but a Hagriz showed up, so show those two novices how to kill one. Take Nicholas and Zero, they both seem like they will become fine warriors." With that I told them the mission and we went to the mission hall.
There, the Senior Chief sent us to where we were to go, Brazil, South America. There we saw many differnent animals that I have not seen before. We then went to the deepest part of the forests when we found the monkey who had the Hagriz imbued into his body. We are able to tell whether the anime had the Hagriz or not because the places where he has senses (i.e Mouth,Nose,Ears,Hands) Had black spots on them. These blackspots had a gradient of dark purple and white along with it and you could also feel the evil presence.
"Now the first think you would do is take out your SE, as its the only ting that harms a Hagriz. The next step would be thinking about only killing the Hagriz, and nothing else." I told them. They both called out there SE. Nicholas's Soul Emifer was a Bow and Arrow, and Zero's were twin daggers. They both then concentrated on the Hagriz's evil presence and attacked. "Remember, since he only possesses senses, target the monkey's ears . mouth , nose , hands , and the other parts with the black." Zero dashed in and with a quick sweep he knocked off the Hagriz's control on his ear. Nicholas then shot 4 arrows in the sky and it took the remaining black spots, which was impressive for beginners, as usually most novice's topple on the ground and before being devoured they cry for mercy , until we had to save them.

I actually thought it was good training as they learn the next things that happen in life and with that it would be easier for them when they encounter another Hagriz. After the monkey was freed, we were sent back to the base and there I went to the training hall along with the general. He then gave me some more tips on how to defeat people with the molding Soul Emifer and it made it seem a ton some easier to kill someone like Johnny. these new points helped me alot , as well, to understand how Johnny's Soul Emifer worked and I too understood things a bit better.
With all this knowledge and training I've put into the past 2 months, I believe I can easily kill Johnny. It made it seem much to easy as the molding SE is one of the most common ones and as a result it would be easier to counter. Yet still I don't understand how the molding SE is one of the most strongest ones. This is because the Reaper has a scythe, the demon lord has a sword, the angel general has his guns and God's ability is to create anything he so desires. The unknown human who was mastered it, though, is still unknown.
Although I had my doubts about the true strength of Johnny, I trusted my Head Chief that he was a strong and worrysome oponent as so I should be careful around him. I continued my training in my own cube, a personal place, in an alternate dimension where we and the Hagriz first came from. I live there and I train there. My personal cube has about everything needed for solo training, including bench pressing and the fun human bouncy ball that they use for yoga. Overall I was certain Johnny was going to be killed at second semester and to make him feel better I may continue the act a little bit longer. With that being said, I continued training for the next 2 weeks, vigourously, and without break.

The Hunt
Cecily's blade swung, hitting its mark as always. The man's arm fell to the cold grass of the prison with a familiar thud. He let out a blood curdling scream. A warning to the rest. Stay away, the Hunter is here. That's the name they'd given her, the Hunter. After she cut off the man who tried to rape hers masculinity, they stayed away. She'd made it clear anyone who tried to touch her would be hunted and slaughtered. Cecily kneeled down, pushing the man's face into the dirt so she could use his back as a seat while she trifled through his belongings. "You're hurting my ears," she told him, no remorse in her voice. "Quiet down before I really do kill you."The man but his lip, well aware that she wasn't lying. Sobs shook him, making for an uncomfortable seat. She, however, didn't particularly feel the beed to kill him. It happened, not often, but it did. "Oh, hush up," she hissed, taking out a bag of rations with her metal hand, "it doesn't hurt that bad."With her good, human hand, she dropped the plastic bag of food into her own bag. She pushed up, off the man back. As she was about to walk away, bag slung over her shoulder, brushing against her autumn colored braid, she turned back to him. "Consider yourself lucky," she said, no hatred in her voice, there never was. "Consider yourself lucky that you didn't do anything stupid. And even luckier if one of the scum bagged criminals in here feel a little light in their hearts and help you. Consider yourself luckier if you die there."With that, her old black and white Nike sneakers carried her off into the brush of the huge prison.
