There is a difference in the working system in software companies and other companies. We have a system called Flexi-timing here. It is in such a way that you can come and leave at any time you want, BUT, you will have to be in the office for 48 hours a week. It is up to you how you make this 48 hours. Maybe working late somedays or coming early somedays. No one bothers about your incoming and outgoing timings. For me, I am studying German because my company is sending me. Those 2 hours will also be regarded as on duty. The company is paying my fees also.

About leave. We don't have a vacation or a long spell of holidays here. Every year you will get a total of 30 leaves (in our company, each company has different rules), in addition to Saturday and Sunday, which are holidays. You can take leave when you want. Nobody will ask why. It is your personal matter. The only thing, you will have to inform our project leader before taking leave. But in case of sick leaves, you don't have to inform prior to taking leave.

Now, do you understand our system? I will have to adjust to your system anyway, right? Being with you is more important than any other thing. About the pay, will 1500 is a little less, I think. People who go from here to the US will get around 4000$ minimum as starting. But OK, we will be staying together, so there won't be many extra expenses, and you will always be there to control me too!

Ok, now, this week I will create a new account for our mails only. A bad thing happened. This mailcity person deleted some old emails from my account. It includes our first few emails too. I never thought that they will do it.
