" Lunar sea " Allow the user to give any surface of matter a property of liquid with density equals to Sea water. The user can also control her ability to suck or release the target out of it as she wishes but that will consume a lot of her energy.

she can use it to hide things including herself, or get away when she's in trouble.

The only condition for "Lunar Sea" is that it acts like a sea water, things that suppose to float, will float. things that suppose to drown, will drown. Unless she controls the wavering surface to absorb it, which again, consume lots of Saldana's energy. Because she's trying to go against the nature of object.
