"Fuck!! so many options. Did the Force have so many options? Damn Luke. You are still a young padawan. Or maybe he never showed in the movie. Ahhh!!!" Gawen mumbled.
"What should I choose? I don't even know what these options do." Gawen thought as he involuntarily concentrated on one option without choosing it.
And then it appeared. The things which he desperately needed now. The description of these options.
[
many shades of force - allows the user to use abilities across the entire spectrum of force, seeing it as a rainbow instead of dark and light.
]
"Ahh!! So I need to concentrate. How stupid of me."
Then he went through all the options by concentrating on each and every one. Though there were still some hidden ones but the ones that were highlighted he could easily know the description. And after much contemplation he finally chose.

Gawen instantly felt more power and he could feel that his synchronisation with force had become better. He proceeded to use his telekinesis around and noticed that his control of Force was much better than before. And he was pretty sure that he was now 5 times better than before.
"This is cool."
Gawen after experimenting more on telekinesis went to sleep. He was really happy to have become more powerful and he couldn't wait to try the new powers that he had just gained.
----
The next day Gawen woke up and went on for his work. Now he needed to execute the second phase of his plan. And for this plan he needed trusted subordinates. This past year, Gawen had kept an eye for this and he had already picked up 6 people.
6 orphans.
Gawen had chosen them after spying on them for a long time. He needed to make sure that his subordinates needed to be trustworthy and have a sensible character. Of course their loyalty needed to be trusted first.
But before they could be trusted he needed to fatten the pigs. And that's what he did. He called the 6 orphans later that evening. They all lined up at his small room while Gawen took his seat.
"Do you know why you are here?" Gawen asked.
All 6 of them shook their heads while one spoke "No my Lord."
"You are here because I want to make you my subordinates. Loyal subordinates, right under me. I have been looking at the characters of 6 of you for a while now and I can say that I am satisfied. You will be fed, educated, will be able to read and write, fight and if you are interested in other kinds of jobs you are welcome to try."

All the 6 orphans' eyes shined when Gawen said this. When they were summoned they thought they had committed some kind of crime and the Young Lord would take revenge on them. And even one of them thought Gawen swung the other way!!
But it seemed like that had been offered a golden opportunity.
"Are you all onboard.. I mean are you ready for the job?" Gawen asked. And surprisingly all 6 bent their knees in front of Gawen and one of them said.
"Young Lord, I will not disappoint you. You have given me the chance to live a better life and I would do everything for you."
"My Lord...."
"..."
All 6 of them spoke the same lines in different versions, pledging their allegiance and thanking him for giving them the opportunity. Gawen nodded his head but didn't say anymore and let them leave.
And from the next day their training and education started. Gawen had already contacted Maester Wolkan for their education and he even agreed to pay. Anyway he was rich now so he could afford the education of 6 people.
Gawen had been learning sword fighting for the past one year from Coholo for at least 2 hours a day. And this time he just brought 6 more people with him.
"Gawen are these your new subordinates?" Coholo, Commander of House Glover, asked.
"Not yet. They will have to prove." Gawen replied in a whisper.
"Alright. Don't ever give your full trust to anyone. You never know what their real intentions are." Coholo replied. Gawen nodded his head. Coholo had been training Gawen for the past one year and he was happy that he took sword fighting very seriously.
Before Gawen never cared about this but after the accident he became increasingly serious with his life and now he was probably the youngest rich person in all of North. He was now proud of how Gawen had changed and progressed.
Now Gawen wanted to have his own loyal subordinates and he supported this action. So he agreed to teach these new kids for an hour on the days he could.
So from the very same day, along with Gawen, the 6 new people joined in the training. And soon th 6 got integrated with Gawen. They followed him when they weren't studying or practising. Gawen normally would just be in his shop upgrading his bread and ale. And when he didn't do all these kinds of tasks, he would go outside to hunt for meat with Erena.
This was one of his favorite pastime as he could train his force powers and be more lethal with it.
