Yes! There was a method for why I was doing this.

I made sure to avoid killing the cells without first coating its membrane with one of my own. If a cell didn’t raise any flags, then there were no problems.

It was like a game. I chose how I could move, how I could act, and react.

I made sure to divide my colony into a smaller section. To let it drift amongst the blood flow. I saw the T cells and I made sure to allow my own membrane to be able to change its shape by mimicking various helpful cells that the body needed.

I made sure to be infecting the lungs so that with each breath they let a little of me go. With each sneeze and cough, whole chunks of a colony would have a chance of finding a new home.

I encountered issues. The body began to fight back. I was in several sections. Several organs. But they began to heat up.

It seemed that for this host, the end was near. I was in far too many places now. The fever was simply a death knell. The final stage before I had consumed enough for the body to begin shutting down.

Even at a tenth of my regular speed, I had enough of myself that this body was screwed.

At last, I had my revenge! The people of Springfield would suffer! Host and pardon a murderer! I showed you!

I made myself a super killer. I spread by sneezes and it took a while before I properly reached critical mass and killed the host…

Which would infect the whole town... Revenge complete. But…

Uhhh… how was I supposed to stay in just Springfield? I mean, if even one person left and hit like an airport…
