《Sekai》Chapter 1: Cursed Deals and Words

Hartea would cross his arms, dropping his feet to the ground as he sighed, looking at his big brother, then he looked at the forest, then he looked at his big brother again.
Hartea: You know, I heard that there's a sort of...wish granter within these woods. We can have them wish for us to be back home so we can go back to mom and dad, and stop all this moving homes, going to schools, and all that other nonsense!
Hartea looked his brother with a wide grin, only for it to be countered with a disappointed look, and Hartea's grin would fade away.
Harashi: Lil' bro...that's only a myth, it doesn't exist. It's only a tale told throughout the land to encourage people to get lost in this forest of confusion.
Hartea: Pfft, no! Some guy told me...and he had magic powers and stuff! See look, he made the elves chill and stuff.
Harashi: Those elves will kill you.
As Hartea laughed at the thought of deadly elves, one jumped down from the sky and jabbed Hartea right in his gut! As Hartea tried to retaliate by grabbing the elves arm, it had kicked him right in his jaw and he had collapsed -- but his older brother would catch him before he landed on the ground.
Elf: LEAVE.
The elf shouted out in an ear piercing voice, as about ten more elves plagued the tree branches, watching the brother's every move from above. Hartea's older brother would bring Hartea back to his feet, as he shook his head around like a dog and ran up to the elf and kicked its face in!
Hartea: One tasty boot, coming your way! Dipped in the blackest of dyes and dirt to be sure to give you a nice aftertaste!
As The elf fell to the ground, its allies would jump into the fight -- hopping in from above as they tried to land on Hartea, but with the simple snap from his older brother, a rush of flames would disburse from his fingers, as the elves were all trapped inside of a fiery orb. While that happened, Hartea rushed towards the elf he had set his sights on and threw it into the orb with the others -- as the orb exploded, causing the elves to scatter into different directions. Hartea laughed, running towards his brother as he gave him a high five.
Hartea: Ha! Great work there Big bro, thanks for having my back!
Harashi: Don't mention, Lil' bro. Keep your guard up, though...I don't think we'll have much trouble dealing with this small group of elves.
The two brother would laugh, then they felt...an inbalance. As they looked around saw several pairs of eyes glaring them down from the several dark shadows these trees dropped down from around the surrounding area.
Harashi: ....Well, that's it. Lil' bro, we've gotta go!
Hartea would make a run for it, and Hartea would stand his ground, punching his fist together as he held one of his fists up in the air to the several eyes glaring him down.
Hartea: Pfft, Big bro you can wait outside, I'll be here knocking all of these tiny guys out! Harashi: No, come on -- let's go! Harashi would tug the arm of his young brother, as they would both run through the forest, as they would come across a spilt in the road, with oneway going on the left side, and one on the right.
Hartea: Which way, Big Bro? Right or left?
Harashi: Let's turn back. Spilt ends only lead to disasters.

Hartea's older brother would turn the other way, and Hartea would quickly follow -- but as they went backwards, their path was blocked by five elves, as Harashi held his fingers in a snapping position, ready to incinerate the creatures, Hartea would point at the sky and shout:
Hartea: Big Bro, Look out!
His older brother would then turn his attention to the sky, as elves came following down, his older brother glided his arm through the wind, as flames would be directed upwards, towards the elves. Setting those elves a blaze, Hartea would aim to kick the ones that blocked his trail, but they would remain unfazed. Confused, Hartea jumped back, and elves would tackle him down, fourteen, to be exact. His older brother would turn towards these elves, cloaking his hands in flames as he punched each and everyone one of them. Grabbing, slamming, and throwing them off his dear young brother. Hartea would stand back up, curling his fingers and sticking his thumb out to his brother. His brother would do the same, as they smiled and looked back towards the two-way road in front of them.
Harashi: Well, forget what I just said...Let's try to get these elves off our trail. Do you think you can handle a couple of them?
Hartea: You know I can!
Harashi: Alright, you take the right path, I'll take the left one. And if you don't find any elves chasing you, then you come back to the center, and hopefully, I'll meet you back there.
Following his brother's words, Hartea would run down the right path, and his older brother would go down the left one. The elves would follow the left path, angrily as their numbers just seemed to increase as the more went to follow his brother. Hartea would turn behind him, and realize that there were only a couple of elves in front of him, punching his fist as he grinned the elves down.
Hartea: Okay, this time for SURE -- I'm taking you guys down. COME AT ME.
. . . .
Hartea: Whoa, whoa -- way too many, too many!
The cries of our young friend Hartea could be heard throughout the forest, as he ran from the horde of elves that furiously chased him. He would then jump over a branch, and roll behind a tree and into a set of bushes, as he would continue to roll until he stopped by a threeway road, he wouldn't take any time to waste and he ran to the left, the elves would catch up to them, and one of them even grabbed a tree! They followed Hartea swiftly as if they knew exactly where he was going. The elf would the tree clutched in its hands would attempt to slam down the tree on top of Hartea, but he would slide out of the way, to the right to more specific. He would then run to that elf, and kick its face in, but then the other elves would run to him, throwing rocks and bushes at him as they all once again jumped right at him, he would try to run, by a handful of them grabbed his legs and dragged him slowly, one elf would get pretty cocky, as he would pretend to stomp on Hartea's head, and sticking out his tongue at Hartea over and over.
Elf: Haha! We've got you. And we're gonna mess you up real good. . .
Hartea: Well? Is that so? Maybe you should finally land a hit. You seem pretty hesitant about attacking me." Hartea said with a grin, lifting up his head as he eyed down the elf in front of him.

Elf: W-What are you talking about?! You better shut your mouth, or I'll shut it for you!
Hartea: Whaddya stutterin' for? Something tells me you don't have the balls to do it.
Elf: I-I can do it, don't test me!
Hartea: Do it.
The elf would clutch its teeth, shaking as it would deliver a weak kick to Hartea's head -- but he grabbed the elf's foot, and began to use it as a weapon! Bashing the elf against the ones on his left leg, then the ones on his right foot. He would then place the used elf on the ground and make another run for it, kicking at best two elves before he completely ran off.
Hartea: Later, Batters!" Hartea yelled out, waving at the elves before he found himself all alone, at least for the time being, as he sat on the ground, sighing in relief.
He would look around, he hadn't heard from the elves in awhile, but he heard a whisper from his left side
???: Hartea...Hartea....can you hear me?
Hartea: W-What..? GOD IS THAT YOU?
Hartea would scout the area for this whisper. Figuring it was someone he knew, he wasn't getting a bad vibe from it. His search would end soon, as the person he was looking for was hidden within a bush; eyeing him down as they watched. Hartea would walk towards this person, not knowing what to expect. Once he got in a certain distance to this person, they would stand up -- and it was revealed that this person that whispered Hartea's name, was female. A female with a black Kimono, She had long white hair, and light blue eyes, eyes that were quite similar to Hartea's. She smiled and giggled -- looking at him as she covered her mouth with her long sleeve. Hartea raised an eyebrow, scratching his hair as he pointed towards this new person.
Hartea: Whoa; who died?
???: You have been searching for someone to grant you your wish....I will do so.
Hartea: Whooaaaaaaaaa. Whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa.....whoa! Really!? You're the girl Zodiac was talking about!
???: Of course...now, come with me. We must begin the process.
The female would grab Hartea's wrist, and pulled him down the right path, the one he was already traveling down. and then they come across three more spilt pathways, as she would travel down the middle one, still with Hartea firmly in her grip.
Hartea's brother would take a sharp turn, and punch the ground in front of him, as flames uprose in front of him, incinerating the elves that attempted to harm him. He would sigh, as he looked around the area as he seems to have disposed of all of the elves, as he looked ahead of him, and saw that he was on a small piece of land that hovered above a deep black ditch, he would then look at as his face cringed, and he turned around the way he came from.
Harashi: Nope, nope...not going down that deep black hole.
He would then turn back around, and travel down the road he went down, then he would see that his brother hadn't returned yet. He would begin to worry, as he would run down the right path, the one his brother had run down, then he would come across a set of three fork ways, as he would look at each path, the right, left, and center path, pondering on which one he should travel down.
Harashi: Aww great...."
Hartea and the female would arrive in a meadow within the forest, as she clutched onto her shoulders and Hartea would gaze at her from a distance, she would stand in the center -- facing her back towards Hartea.
???: Now....are you ready to go home, ready to return back home to your mother?
"Yeah! I've been only waiting for this, since forever. But...I think I should wait for my bro-"
He would find himself at a loss of words, as he would watch the female in front of him slipping off her Kimono, and the belt around her waist, afterwards -- a white cotton top and skirt, and then she was completely nude. A thin hourglass figure. He would begin to cover his mouth, as his eyes would widen.
Hartea: Uhhhhhh
???: Come here.
Hartea: UHHHHHH
???: Fine. I'll come to you.
The girl would slowly walk to Hartea, as he stayed still, in stun -- he was very apprehensive at this point. The female would grab his hand, she would kiss the front side of his hand, as she would slowly sit down, pulling her down with her.
???: Let me show you the way home.
She would lay her head and back down, as her legs were crossed and she lifted them into the air, Hartea would watch her, and she would laugh.
???: Open them.
Hartea would grab the girl's feet, as he would spread them open -- a blinding white light would come from the center of his legs, as a smile would spread across Hartea's face, creeping his hand closer so he would be able to grab the light, but soon his world would be utterly shattered once again, as a widening mouth with deadly fangs lashed out at his hand and consumed the light, he would quickly crawl back and shout out, standing back on his feet as he would slightly shake at the sight of it, as the girl would spread her legs out even wider and let out a moan. He would ball his fists, and then soon afterward his brother would rush in, and knock Hartea down.
Harashi: Huh, Oh, sorry Lil' bro...I didn't see yo.....What is that?"
Hartea: Uhh, I'll tell you later...let's uh, let's just get outta here.
Harashi: Really...? Do you want to leave now? After all, I was just about to give you exactly what you wanted...
The girl laughed, as the mouth in between her legs would spread out wider and her legs would become ripped apart and a wide snake-like tail would pour out from underneath her, as she would rise as a half human, half snake. She laughed and chuckled, her voice was no longer soft and sweet, but rather deep and intimidating.
The Wish Granter: Now....I'll ask you again...Are you really going to leave!? After I'm about to give you EVERYTHING YOU ASKED FOR!? WOULDN'T YOU LIKE TO FINALLY HAVE YOUR WISH?
The brothers would gaze down this foul beast, as Hartea's older brother gripped onto Hartea's arm, throwing Hartea behind him as he snapped his fingers and caused huge flames to circle around the beast, the beast would slither towards them, and Hartea would jump into the fray and give the beast a strong jab to the nose! It would slither back, and Hartea and his brother would run out of the meadow like area, as the beast roared and the several cries and shrieks of elves could be heard throughout the forest -- and now, the search was underway.
