《Project Book》Reddit Fantasy promotion

Hello, I’m new to the subreddit and a bit Lost…
So, I’m a huge fan of Fantasy and have recently started going deeper into the plot and why and how one can use Fantasy. I first tried it when trying to motivate myself for my studies, at first, I was lost when I would ever use anything I learned there, but then it hit me.
What if I take the things I learn and put them into a fictional world and see how real it becomes through the question I ask myself. From how math would work in that world, to how language would work to my profile studies and more.
The more I thought about it the weirder it became for me. Like yeah, the government, normally in writing you let the reader interpret the plot himself by giving clues, but not rly inventing or establishing it.
Now what if the question comes up on how the government works in your Story, outside of the olden area, but exactly the one in our era. How deep could one go before it just goes boom and the whole story falls apart. It went quick for me, as I saw many of my flaws in the understanding of the government and more.
Interesting enough, there is no limit to fantasy, there is almost always a seeable future for anything you put into your head. Creating a new Universe from scratch, by using real life theories to the creation of it?
Using fantasy tropes and bringing them to reality while also establishing your own theory and then seeing how it would end up in your fantasy story???
It was interesting for a long time, till I thought man that it would be so much more fun if people took part in it.
So, I kinda created my first Project around that principle called Project Book, but now I’m a bit lost on what now? Like how you promote your first Project in that sense.

I thought maybe go to a subreddit and just share it, but then came the self-promotion rules and more.
So now I’m stuck with such a Project and 0 people taking part in it.
Not even, because the Project sucks or anything like that, only because I’m too lost on how to promote something like that.
Like just talking about it would already be a promotion, so I’m even more lost on how to even ask it??? Go to a mod and ask them for help? Nope, it did not work and got rejected on all fronts from any Subreddit I asked about that…
Like if I would be allowed to talk about my project or mention it, then I would probably be more active in asking for anything in this community, but by being limited about not mentioning my passion project, kinda makes me feel sad as … It's my passion including fantasy and now I can't take part in any conversation without worrying that I might have self-promoted by just trying to explain some of my passion in fantasy.
(That’s why you make your first passion project not based around a new community… and instead try to work around an established one…)

NEWDIE STEADSLAW Part I
NEWDIE STEADSLAW is a randomized array of Chekhov's red herrings, non sequitors ex machina, run-on sentences, and em dashes—so many em dashes. It's like if the Bible and Shakespeare had a baby that they surrendered to foster care, then it got adopted by Alice in Wonderland and Dr. Seuss—the books, not the people—and then the baby fell down the stairs. In this metaphor, the stairs wrote the story. Part I is the tale of the adventures of Traycup and Roby as they try to hold down a job inside the hollow Earth—a place made possible thanks to the secret science of embargoed relativity—and they get distracted by dancing foxes, a giant's record collection, and something with a train, I think. It's a work of fiction—although to call it work seems insulting to, y'know, actual work—but the fiction label is apt, so, y'know, that's a win. Half the words are made up, and the other half are embarrassed to be seen with them. Part I is complete.
