Silva and Enzo progressed side by side in 2x2 formation through the houses, calmly looking for men from Crazy Rooster. An intense exchange of gunshots ensued as soon as Silva noticed a suspicious movement. The agent hid behind one of the plaster walls, but the noise made communication difficult with Enzo, who was probably not two vehicles away.
- Holy shit. Enzo, can you cover me?
- Fuck! We're going to die anyway!
Enzo ran forward and came out shooting at everything that moved. He hit two men high up in a tree. He assumed it was safe, but he didn't notice one of the men hiding behind a parked VW Beetle. This man was about to hit him easily from behind, but Silva was quicker and shot him in the back.
- Great ass coverage. - Enzo praised.
Silva's men did a great job of cornering the Crazy Rooster gang on their own turf. Trapped, there wasn't much that could have been done. The few that survived managed to escape from the slum and spread out throughout the city. It was up to the police to finish the job and arrest them. Roberto's car stopped in front of Estrada da Gávea and started exchanging fire with Silva's agents.
- What the fuck?
- Roberto is a fucking son of a bitch! - Enzo had to clarify. - I should have killed that cocksucker when I had the chance.
Silva tried to strike him inside the car, but the armored windows made the militiaman's life easier. Enzo tried to hit the tires and the doors of the vehicle, but the noise of the shots made him want to vomit.
- Enzo, shoot that motherfucker!
- I am one-eared deaf, goddamn it! Fucking shit!
- Shoot him, shit! Shoot him!

Enzo came out of hiding and ran down the sidewalk to the beginning of Estrada da Gávea. Silva didn't understand why Enzo was running in the middle of the gunfight. And then everything made sense. Enzo borrowed one of Silva's cars. He pressed the accelerator pedal down and shifted the gearshift from P to D and let the vehicle roll on its own. The car went straight up Gávea Road, without a driver. Roberto didn't imagine that a self-driven vehicle would hit his Toyota Corolla.
- Holy shit! - Roberto shouted.
He saw that he had no option. He turned on his Corolla and sped away as fast as he could, with the aluminum bodywork scraping the asphalt.
Slowly, the situation calmed down. Silva raised his hand to indicate that the place was safe. He took a Brazilian flag and stuck it on the highest point he could find. This was the best indication that he could give at that moment. But something was missed. Enzo looked around and asked:
- Where the fuck is Vini?
Actually, Belgium helped him out of the slum without attracting any attention. Enzo didn't know it, but she stayed in the middle of the gunfire to help Vini. The two went back together to Barra da Tijuca, back to the Barra Dor Hospital. Vini's injuries only worsened due to the jumping and the blows he suffered.
