《The Vessel》1) At the quest house

Our world has four big kingdoms, every kingdom is divided equally in their continent.
A world of adventurers, not just humans but even more races. Mages, swordsmans, tankers, and many more classes.
There are five ranks of adventurers, Bronze the lowest rank, next is Silver, Gold, Diamond, and the strongest of all, the Demigod Class adventurer.
I'm on my way to the quest house in this small City called Limbras City, located in Azet Kingdom, one of the four big kingdoms.
A quest reward is one of many benefits an adventurer can get. Such as golds for equipment or even equipment itself.
As I opened the door, every adventurer's eyes were on me. Some grins evilly, murmuring and some are just looking down silently.
I was shocked and felt uncomfortable.
"What's the prob?" I asked out of curiosity, I looked in their eyes, but they all got away on my gazes.
As I walked towards the quest board, I noticed a girl wearing a cape and a hood covering her face.
Gazing upon her gives me chills and goosebumps as if she's a ghost. "Kehehe" the girl laughed silently.
I just didn't mind it because the only reason I'm here is to get a quest and I did not do anything wrong either.
A quest difficulty can be determined by their level. The easiest is the level 1 quest and the hardest is the level 5 quest.
I choose a level 1 quest because I'm just a Bronze Class. I picked the quest note and walked towards the portal next to the quest board.
The quest note will be the key to the portal and the portal automatically transfers the person who holds the note or their party members to the quest's place.
As my foot enters the portal, the portal shines red. It's like a river of blood and sucks me in. "GRAAAAAAAH! " I shouted sacredly. This never happened before.

I opened my eyes and what I saw was just a plain and dark place. A void to be exact ,and I'm floating on this place.
I tried to move but I can't. I thought I'm dead. But another shining red blood shines upon me. "HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE" an evil laugh coming from the light.
I'm scared and ask "W-who a-are you? , Where am I? Am I dead? "
My mind is full of thoughts then suddenly a girl shows up in the red light. The girl I saw at the quest house, I know she wasn't normal.
"EHEHEHEHEHEEHEH" She laughed annoyingly. She took off her hood and I saw her face. She was so ugly and so old, gazing at her face, I know what she is, a Witch.
