U.A.'s Cultural Festival. A time for the General Studies, Support department and Department of Management to show what they can do. A spotlight is taken from the heroes department and placed on others. It wasn't as big as the Sports Festival, but it was helpful to them.
But with all of the attacks that have been happening, there was more security put in place for the event. Nezu asked the alters to help out where they could and try not to interact with the students. (Y/n) was walking around the festival on patrol before Class 1-A's concert. Nothing was going on and she caught a glimpse at the booths.
She greeted the students and complimented the work they had done. She listened to the other staff members on their communication system. Everything seemed fine so far. No villains had attacked. It was a nice day out as well.
Soon, all the students started heading into the concert from Class 1-A. The place was packed with students wondering how this would turn out. "(Y/n)! So glad I found you!" Hizashi came up and wrapped his arm around his cousin.
"Are you neglecting your patrol duties?" She asked him as he dragged her into the concert
"Absolutely not!" He said as the two quickly found Aizawa, who was thinking out loud and Mic was annoying him as usual, only to get told to go on patrol duties.
Then it started. The curtains open and the first thing heard was Bakugo screaming. The music started and the students on stage started dancing. "You let them do this?" (Y/n) leaned over and asked the ravenette.
"I didn't care what they chose, as long as they chose something," Aizawa replies as their concert continued. Soon, Aoyama was a human disco ball and students were floating with ice coming down. Everyone seemed to be having the time of their lives. Once it ended, the students cleared out and 1-A started cleaning up as students started going to the 1-B play.
"Come on Mic, we've still got work to do," (Y/n) said as she dragged her cousin back to the patrol duties. As before everything seemed fine. She heard from Hound Dog about something that happened in the forest. Some villain who's been recording his crime's for the internet to see was planning to attack U.A.'s festival put was stopped by Midoriya and taken into custody.
"Fiammetta," All Might called
"All Might," she turned and looked at the skinny blonde
"Do you think Midoriya is alright? He keeps making rash decisions, like today." He asked
"He's like you. You made similar decisions when we were in high school. He's determined to be a hero. We make decisions like this all the time. I think he'll be fine," I assured the former number one pro hero.
"Thank you, Fiammetta," he gave her a smile and walked off
"Talk to him All Might!" She called to him and returned to her patrol.
The students enjoyed their time at the festival as the teachers went through their patrols. "Fiammetta-sensi!" The flame hero turned and saw the former blonde U.A. student with the small girl they saved weeks prior.
"Togata, nice to see you again. I see you brought Eri along," she smiled at the two.

"Yep! We got permission to take her out of the hospital for the day!" The blonde smiled
The pro squatted down to the girls level, "Hi Eri," she greeted the girl.
"You were the fire lady that was with the dragon women," she said
"Yes, I am. I'm pro-hero Fiammetta," she giggled at the child, "Have you been enjoying the festival?" She asked
"Yeah! I liked Deku-sans performance. It was scary at first but then I saw everyone dancing and Deku-san went bye-bye then there was ice and the lady yelled and so I yelled and I started dancing and having fun!" The child told her, she had broken out of her shell.
"That's amazing! I'm glad you're having a good time Eri, maybe you can get Lemillion to get you some prizes at the games," the girl's face lit up as she turned to the blonde who gladly agreed.
The two said goodbye to the hero and went off. She stood back up and looked at the two, "you're good with kids," came a voice from behind the hero. She turned and looked at the Erasure hero.
"Saved a lot of them back home, plus I work with them, I should be good with kids," she told him.
"How are your alters doing?" He asked
"Mara's annoying Mic, Deirlot and Coy haven't found anything, Leryn and Kencil haven't heard anything," she told him
"I still don't understand why you sent Mic to help Mara."
"Because I knew she would annoy the shit out of him and I wanted payback for all the times he annoyed the shit out of me."
Aizawa shrugged, "Fair enough."
"Eri's doing a lot better. I think what your class did gave her that final push out of her shell."
"There's still a long way to go till she's fully recovered."
"She can do it. She's got people around her to help her."
"Fiammetta, can you come get your alter to stop annoying me?" Mic asked over the teacher's communication system
"Sorry, busy. Have fun," she told him and continued her patrol, which ended with Aizawa tagging along because he had nothing better to do.
After hours of the students enjoying themselves, the festival came to a close. Aizawa left to take Eri back to the hospital and Togata left to go home. (Y/n) helped staff and students clean up. Once students cleared out, the alters came back, led by Present Mic, "I feel like you were using Mara to annoy me," Mic said
"Yeah. It's payback for all the times you annoyed me," she told him and walked over to the alter's, "Did any of you have a problem with producing a flame?"
"I did," Leryn told her
"It's affecting the ones that were most recently created. Kencil was the last one created and was the first to have difficulties. Now it's Leryn," Coy said
"Shit, does that mean I'm next?" Mara asked
"Okay. Well, till we figure out what's going on, you're guys are going to have to stay in the teacher's dorms," (Y/n) told them.
"Boo! I want to go out," Mara said
"You can go with Hizashi to his radio show," the hero suggested

"No," The blonde and the alter said at the same time.
"Then you're staying in the teacher's dorms. Go to the dorms, get some rest," she told them. The five walked away with some of the staff members that we're heading back.
"You sound like a mom," Hizashi said
"Could have been one, gave it up," she told him.
"What does that mean?" The blonde was concerned.
"Long story short, closer to graduation back in (H/c), I was sexually assaulted, got in a shitty relationship, came out with a new alter and a pregnancy," she admitted
"And you didn't tell me?! I would have flown out there and helped you out!"
"I didn't tell anyone when it happened. The hero I was being a sidekick to was the only person that knew. She got adopted by a good couple, she's better off with them anyway."
"You had a daughter? Does Shota know?"
"Yes. I told him."
"You're parents, siblings, my parents?"
"No. I never told them. And at this point, it's irrelevant, she's about twelve or thirteen now."
"Is that why you pushed us all away?"
"Part of it."
Hizashi sighed and took off his glasses, "I know you handle yourself just fine, but next time something extremely bad happens, please call me. We're not blood-related but we're still family. I don't know what I would do without you."
"I've grown up since it happened. I'm starting to let more people in, but I promise you'll be one of the first people to know next time."
"You gonna tell the rest of the family about what happened?"
"Hell no. They'll kick my ass for not telling them sooner. By the way, who else in the family did you tell about Shota and me?"
"Worry about who your sister has told," with that Hizashi walked off to the dorms.
"I'm going to set your hair on fire," she called to him.
"No!" he quickly ran off as the female giggled and casually made her way back to the dorms.
———
Some of the staff members were sat in the common area, discussing the festival and how well it went. The group consisted of Midnight, Vlad King, Snipe, Ectoplasm, Present Mic, All Might, and Fiammetta. It was small but it as okay.
"Mic, when did you learn to braid?" Midnight asked the blonde, who was sitting on the couch behind his cousin, braiding her hair out of boredom.
"When I went to (H/c) to meet my aunt and her. She taught me," Mic said, continuing to French braid the (h/c) hair in front of him.
"I feel like that's why he grew his hair out. Just so he could braid it," (Y/n) said
"That wouldn't be surprising," Midnight said.
The conversation turned back to the festival. Slowly the small group was left to just Vlad, Mic, Midnight, and Fiammetta. "You've been pretty buddy buddy with Aizawa lately, (L/n)," Vlad said
"Kan, did you just now realize that?" (Y/n) asked
"Yeah. They've been together for a while now!" Hizashi announced, earning a smack on his thigh.
"This is why I don't tell Hizashi things," (Y/n) stood up from her spot as the door opened and the Erasure Hero stepped in.
"Well, if it isn't the man of the hour!" Hizashi smiled
"Why am I friends with you?" Aizawa asked as he took his shoes off and placed them in his shoe locker.
"Because I got you a girlfriend," Hizashi smiled
"I am, leaving this conversation before it gets worse," she said walking to the elevator
"How does he preform in bed?" Midnight called
"I am not answering that!" She called
"Wait! You slept with my best friend?!" Hizashi yelled
"Why are you more concerned about that than your best friend sleeping with your cousin," the elevator opened as the erasure hero ignored his co workers as he stepped into the elevator with the flame hero.
"That's why he seemed happier today!" Vlad laughed with Midnight as Hizashi seemed to be having an internal panic
"Those condoms came in handy, Mic," Aizawa said right before the door closed
The (h/c) girl laughed at the comment as the two headed to her room. "Thank you, for leaving my cousin speechless."
"Anytime," he smiled and looked over at her. "Mic do your hair?"
"Yeah," she shrugged, "he got bored during our conversation."
"I didn't even know he could braid," he shrugged and picked up the end of one of the braids
"He didn't, until he met me. I taught him, now he just does it," she explained and looked up at the male as the elevator stopped and the two stepped out and headed to the females room.
Once the two were in and the door was closed the female went to her closest and changed out of her hero costume and into a simple sweatshirt and pajama pants. The male simply removed his scarf and belt, setting them on her desk as he watched her changed.
"Where did you get the burn scars from?" He asked
"I was wondering when you were going to ask about those," she said moving her hair out of her top
"Was it your dad?"
"No. Someone he used for his own gain. They had a fire quirk. After it happened, they got burned to a crisp by him," she explained
"Thought I'd have to strangle someone," he said as the female walked over to him.
"It was before we ever met, before I even knew Hizashi," she stood between his legs as he leaned against her desk.
"We're gonna find your dad and put him back in jail. And figure something out for the alters," he told her.
"I know. We've got our plan, we're just waiting for it to start," she told him, "changing the subject from my fucked up life," she picked up a piece of his binding cloth from behind him, "ever used these for things other than wrapping up criminals?"
"Don't tempt me to start," he took the cloth from her hand and set it back on the table. He looked back at the smiling female. He found himself smiling at her. He stood up and placed his lips on hers.

Author's note: This is the first book in what is expected to be an eight-book series. The first few chapters aren't very good since they were written when I was about ten, but the quality improves around chapter 7. Please bear with it; I'll try to get the chapters in as soon as possible. Thanks!

Liana in between Worlds
17 year old Liana is not as surprised as most people would be when she meets Inaya, coming from another world searching for a mysterious danger that could be disastrous for both worlds. She's always seen things others could not see, and she often finds it easier to befriend strange creatures from dreamworlds than her classmates. But now she's involved in a possible plot to eradicate our whole species, which makes her travel through a dead alien city and the oak wood of the Nummerfa who believe that our species are dangerous demons from hell, and other places in several different worlds. All she actually wanted was read her Tolkien book, or sit and watch the stars without being bothered by the existential problems of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. And how is she going to even explain her absence at school? 'Liana in Between Words' is a weird genre-defying mix of portal fantasy and scifi in a tale of friendship, loneliness, and the role of humans in the multiverse. This one contains absolutely no romance and no serious trigger warnings for sex, excessive violence, bad words or heavily traumatising content if you can handle the idea that there are people somewhere who think -maybe not completely without reason- that our species are destructive demons that should be eradicated.
