Soft buzzing filled my ears as I leaned over my balcony. I seemed untouchable in my place among the clouds as I looked down at the cars that were so far away that they were nothing but a river of twinkling lights.
A drop from this height would be lethal. Just leaning over the railing, one can feel their heart start to raise and their eyes widen as thier blood began to pump wildly throughout thier cold veins. Thier brain would scream of death and a painful ending but that little whisper in the back of thier mind was always louder.
I wonder how long it would take to die from here..
Would death be quick and painless?
Would this body combust against the cold concrete below?
Even now as I take a step back, that little whisper grew louder than the thumping of my heart in my ears.
"Hello?" A mans voice finally answered the phone. My lips lift in a smile, "Marty." I chuckle softly and listen to the man laugh, "Dion?! Is that you, son?!" He laughs, his New York accent even thicker than mine. I nod, "Yeah, bul.. I'm coming back for the weekend and imma need my apartment empty." I could hear him mumble something under his breath before he sighs, "No problem.. Imma have to kick a few people out but I'll get it done." I smile, "Good.. And have a car ready. Bye." I hang up and stuff my phone back in my pocket.
A woman's giggle and hushed voices made me turn around as my office door burst open. Jason smiled as he kissed all over heck, slamming her against the office door as she fumbled with his buckle, "Over the desk, baby." I could have three up from the need in his voice as she moaned and moved to the desk.
Her eyes caught mine and she screamed, her arms coming up to cover her naked chest, "Who is that?!" She points to me and Jason frowns before looking at me, "Shit!" His eyes widen and he quickly pulls his pants back up, "The hell are you doin here?" The girl quickly jumps behind him, "Yeah! You creep!" She points to me and I slowly walk towards them, coming into the light of the office, "You couldn't pay me a billion dollars to watch you dumb asses fuck." I snap and her eyes widen as Jason scowls.

"So out of all the places to bring a whore, you chose my office.." I slowly walk my way to my desk, "Right here." I press my finger against the cool wooden surface. Jason stood up straighter as he cleared his throat, "Dont see why it matters." He chuckles, "You've clearly fucked plenty of women on that desk too.. "Jocelyn" ring a bell?" He was like a slimy ugly fox. His smirk raising higher and higher as he waited for my response.
"I have enough respect for a woman to not fuck her over a desk at 3 in the morning.. And enough dick to make her cum." I chuckle softly and his hands fist at his sides, "I make women cum.. Right?" He looks to the woman beside him and she looks to me nervously before looking at his clenched fists, "Y-Yeah.." She mumbles and he smirks, "Exactly... I know what I'm doing.." I narrow my eyes but let it slide.
My desk drawer squeaked softly as I reached inside,"You." I look to the girl and she jumps but looks to me, "Me?" I nod and curl my finger to make her come closer, "Yes?" She hesitantly stood beside me. I place two hundred in her hands, "Go home." Our eyes lock, "Don't look back. You were never here." She nodded her head slowly before looking to Jason who pointed at his feet. She moved towards him but I grab her cub and make her look at me, "Out." I snap and she nods quickly before rushing out the room.
"You gotta be kidding me?!" Jason yelled as he threw his arms up, "All you do is steal women and fuck my left overs!" He pointed a finger at me as he stomped his way up to my desk.
I sigh and calmly close the drawer before pulling my other open, "You're a disgusting little man.." I slowly pub a finger down the cool metal side, "You abused her for years, beat her and assaulted her in my bathroom, and now disrespect her by speaking her name.." I grasp the metal right in my hand as I pulled it out.

"W-What are you doing?" Jason backed away slowly, his eyes locked onto my hands, "You can't be serious! I did nothing wrong!" He yelled but it fell onto deaf ears, "Do you know where you hurt her most?" I slowly love from behind the desk, matching his steps as he backed up further, "I-I didn't mean to, Dion! C'mon man!" He held his hands out as his back hit the wall.
A loud crack filled the silence between us. A shriek left his lips as he cradled his bleeding arm. It looked mangled and snapped out of place. I grip the metal pole in my hand tighter, "Her back. She has scars from where you would whip her.." His eyes widened as he held his damaged arm into his chest, "No No No No!" He begged as he held his other arm out.
Another loud crack pierced the air followed by his pained scream as his arms fell lip and mangled at his sides. Tears freely flowed down his cheeks as he slowly sank to the floor, "P-Please! Just let m-" I swing hard, smacking him across the mouth with my fist. Blood ran down my fingers as his head dangled to the side. He coughed heavily as his breathing turned labored, "I'm going to die..please.." He begged, his eyes turning redder as he sobbed.
I look at my watch,
4 am.
I chuckle, "Did you stop when she begged you?..hm?" I lean in closer and he leans away as he shook his head shamefully, his eyes closing as his face contorted in pain and remorse. "I-I couldn't stop myself.. I was just so angry.. at myself.." He struggled to speak through labored breaths, "I was mad I wasn't worthy of her.. She could find anyone better and I couldn't let that happen.. I needed her.." He sobbed loudly as he curled up, "I still need her.."
I raised the pole slowly, "You're disgusting, manipulative and-" He looks up at me, "Dead?" Although his voice was scared, his eyes held hope.
Hope to escape the punishment he earned.
"Dead? Oh no.. far from it." I smile darkly as he screamed in anguish, "Please just kill me! End it! Please!" He pushed his body back up and struggled to look up at me, "I-I'm Sorry." His body was a crumpled heap of broken bones and bruises but what did it matter? I'm not going to stop anytime soon.
I swing the pole down hard, closing my eyes in satisfaction at his pained scream and broken spine. I raise the pole again and slam it into his leg, shattering the bone, "That's for kicking her." I raise it again and bring it back down on his hands, "That's for even touching her."
My hits became relentless as I battered his body into a heap of broken bones and mangled flesh. His eyes were wide as his mouth hung open in a silent scream. His breathing was shallow as I stepped forward, "How does it feel?" I chuckle as tears spilled down his cheeks, "I should leave ya ass here but I already got enough blood to clean up." I grip his hair and pull him to the balcony, "So lucky for you," I lift him until his body hung halfway over, "You get to f-" "Tell her.. I'm sorry.." I freeze and he lifts his eyes to lock with mine, "A-And I love her.." Tears slowly leaked down his face as the pain of remorse caused him to grimace.
I wish I felt pity.
We both sit in silence for a moment before I step back, watching his body silently drop.
