《Gone Before Raine (Interracial-Bwwm)》Chapter 5

The group made their way back to the campsite. George was walking behind the group with Ebony. Every time Raine turned around, she saw George whisper something into Ebony's ear. Raine turned and glanced at Cherry who had a permanent scowl on her face. Raine moved closer to her and touched her arm. Cherry jumped slightly, looking at her.
"Are you okay?" Raine questions her. Cherry nods her head slowly. Honestly, she wasn't, she could hear George in the back flirting with Ebony. How rude could he get? The fact that Ebony wasn't making any attempt to defuse his attempts at flirting, irritated her even more.
Cherry plastered a fake smile on her face, pushing her hair behind her ear.
"I'm perfectly fine, Raine. Just dandy." Cherry continued to walk, kicking a few rocks in her path. Daryl caught up to them and threw his arms around both of them.
"I say when we get back to camp we have ourselves a little singing fest and a crap tone of s'mores." He grins. Raine cracked a smile, nodding her head. She needed to get her mind off of the person she saw in the woods. Cherry opened her mouth to say something, but was interrupted by Ebony letting out a loud laugh. The trio stopped walking to turn around, starring at Ebony and George.
"Sorry..." She licked her lips, glancing at George who shrugged, smirking as he turned his head to the left. Raine looked at Cherry, whose face had started to turn a bright red.
"Let us not pay attention to those goons." Daryl says, even he was getting annoyed with Ebony's behavior with George. Raine had to roll her eyes at the pair, George had no shame at all. His girlfriend was right in front of him.
Finally, the group reached the campsite, but stopped in the tracks, their campsite was trashed. The tents were ripped to shreds, some of their food were scattered all over the place. Their gear were tampered with. Raine walked closer, looking at everything.
"I bet you the guy that I saw did this!" She exclaimed. Daryl shook his head no, picking up a shirt that had shred marks.

"It was probably just a animal, a bear, maybe even a raccoon." He says, setting the shirt down. Raine knew better then that. This was not the work of an animal. The group walked around, cleaning up the mess. "We can't sleep in the tents, they're shredded." Daryl says poking at the tent flap.
"We'll have to sleep in the car." Cherry says, picking up the canned food they had brought with them. Raine watched her friends cleaning up the camp. She started to shake her head.
"No, I think we should go home. Staying here is a bad idea. I already feel like someone is watching us and the other camp site I found was also destroyed but everything was abandoned..." Raine started to rant. Cherry walked over to her, grasping her arms.
"What camp?" Cherry squinted her eyes in confusion.
"We found an abandoned camp earlier." Daryl says, placing his hands on his hip. "But the people probably just had to leave in a hurry." He shrugs. Cherry glances at him and back to Raine.
"Do you feel safe staying here?" Cherry asks, Raine quickly shook her head no. "Then I think she is right guys...we should leave." George started laughing causing everyone to look at him.
"You guys honestly believe her bullshit? C'mon nothing is going to happen to us if we stay here." He says rolling his eyes. Raine wanted to lunge at his stupid behind.
"Yeah...I agree with George on this one, besides Raine could be making everything up. I don't think she's sane..." Ebony voiced her opinion. Daryl stared at his friend, shaking his head in disappointment.
"I'm not sane?" Raine looks at her. Wow.
"I suggest you keep your mouth shut and watch what you say to us." Cherry spat at Ebony, the disgust for her was clearly evident in her voice.
"I didn't even do anything, why are you jumping on me?" Ebony demanded. Cherry mumbles something about 'well for one you need to stop flirting with my boyfriend.' "What was that?" Ebony spoke up again.

"I said you need to stop flirting with my boyfriend!" Cherry suddenly screamed at her. Ebony rolled her eyes at the redhead.
"I'm not flirting with your boyfriend, he is flirting with me." Raine wanted to smack her, as if that made it any better.
"Are you stupid?" Cherry asks taking a step towards her. Daryl got in between the two girls.
"Alright, settle down there is no need for this dispute." He says looking between the both of them. Raine stepped to the girls also, but she stayed near Cherry.
"Hey man, let them scrap it out." George smirks, "Give me some entertainment up in here." He pulls out another cigarette.
"For once in your stupid life shut up!" Cheery exclaims looking at her boyfriend, well if you could even call him that at this point. George stared at Cherry, his nose flaring in anger. Raine thought he resembled a dragon. She was just waiting for the flames to burst out of his mouth.
"What did you just say to me?" He takes a menacing step towards Cherry. Daryl got into his path, blocking her from him. "Get out of my way and let me have a conversation with my girlfriend." George seethed, emphasizing on the 'my'. Daryl shook his head no.
"Let him talk to her! What are you? Her body guard?" Daryl fixed his eyes on Ebony, he couldn't believe her right now.
"Are you f*ucking him or something since you're so far up his a*ss?" Daryl retorts. Raine smirks watching Ebony's reaching. She was! Wait, oh my god, she was sleeping with George! How did she miss that?!
Cherry looked between George and Ebony. "You guys slept together?!" George stays silent and Ebony looks away. "You f*ucking jerk! You freaking cheated on me?" Cherry ran up to George and slapped him in the face. "I've stayed with you and dealt with your crap! This is what you do to me?" She looks at him. George clenched his jaw, touching his face.
"Did you just slap me?" He asks looking down at her. Is he mentally challenged?
"I found out you're cheating on me and you're worried about if I slapped you. Be happy I'm not f*cking murdering you and that b*itch too."
Ebony stepped closer to Cherry, but Raine shook her head warning her to back off. "Don't call me out of my name." Ebony says.
Cherry flips her the bird, turning her attention back to George.
"I suggest you take a step back." He tells her. Cherry rolls her eyes at him.
"What are you going to do?" Cherry tries him. George lets out a little chuckle and pushes her back. Cherry lost her footing and stumbled back onto the ground. A small gasp escaped her mouth when her tosh made contact with the ground. She looks up at George who is towering over her. Cherry covers her face, expecting a blow to her face. Raine watched everything happen so quickly. One minutes George was pushing Cherry to the ground and the next minute, he was on the ground, Daryl was on top of him throwing punch after punch.
As much as Raine wanted to see Daryl beat him up, she need to break it up before it got worse. Cherry got up after her shock and helped Raine pull Daryl off of George. George rolled over onto his stomach, spitting out a glob of blood. They watched as he stumbled as he tried to get up onto his feet.
"Man, f*ck this," He mumbles walking off into the woods.
"Should we go after him?" Raine glances at Daryl who was rubbing his knuckles. He shook his head no.
"Let him cool off."
Ebony stood to the side watching everyone. She didn't know what to do with herself and no one wanted anything to do with her anymore. Daryl walked passed her.
"So much for being a friend." He says to her and walks away. Cherry and Raine scurry after him, leaving Ebony alone at the camp site.
