It's been three day from the last encounter happened at dinner that night. Nandini is silent, she know that she can't do anything to stop this marriage so she is just following the orders of king participating in marriage works.

Hema is banned in any of marriage rituals and work, her punishment was to loose her stamps as first wife of Manik which is so humiliating and shame for her. They were her pride her property, her right to have them, when she was just eight she came to mahal as Manik's wife since that very first day she posses them now they are been snatched away and this is happening because of that orphan Nandini which is making Hema go insane and mad.

Leelavati introduces Chauhan family to Nandini, even Parth came to meet her. Nandini bend down and bow to each and everyone in Chauhan family.

"I am overwhelmed by your decision, I am orphan till now, it's your kind and warm heart which made you take my parents place to make me married which I owe my life to you people thank you very much" Manik said to Parth mother. She hugged Nandini back.

"I have two daughters beti I know how important a mother to a girl, I welcome you to my family has daughter it's our pleasure to have you as daughter"

"Thank you"

She introduce everyone of her family member, when she introduced Parth he said "sister!!! I am friend of Yuvaraj from childhood we are together I know him very well, now as a sister having you makes me more happy"

Nandini smiled and bowed in front of him in respect.

Chauhan family brought gifts for Nandini, then they even asked king to take her to their house till marriage complete. King said out. But Manik moved himself in discomfort, he don't want to send Nandini away from mahal, "is it not enough she is away from me now she has to be away from mahal too no no I won't send her away that stupid girl will again think of going away from me which I will never let happen"

"She won't go anywhere" Manik said out of blue in firm voice. Which made everyone shocked and looked at him. Even king is shocked. As it's first time he opposes his decision, King is not angry but definitely surprised. He looked at his son, his face carried so many insecurities and slight ray fear which made king smile.

Manik when looked up at elders he felt embarrassed to say so, he just excused himself and walked away from that room.

"I don't think Yuvaraj is interested in sending her away" king said laughing

Shaker Chauhan to laughed along with him.

They dropped the idea of taking Nandini away from mahal.

Leelavati ordered for glass bangles, all bangles sellers came to mahal. All the ladies were called to wear bangles for marriage. They were all checking colour and designs of bangles and ordering according to their interest.

Leelavati called Nandini and made her sit besides her "look beti after marriage rituals complete you need to wear bangles hands full every day so take some bangles and store them for marriage you will have special bangles so take as many as you wish

Nandini took some green and red bangles, Radha bhai smiles and whispered in Nandini ear "Yuvaraj likes orange colour most"

Nandini turned red while blushing. She took them without looked at her. Radha bhai smiled.

Next day Sunar was called and jewelleries are ordered for marriage. Even Chauhan ordered some for both bride and groom.

In all means marriage rituals started. All the mahal is hustle bustle. Manik is also busy in giving training to new batch and some new financial strategies. All day is busy still he want to have a glimpse of Nandini.

He hold Nandini too himself. When he found Nandini didn't go to Chauhan's house he felt so happy but it is not for long time he is not getting a small glimpse of Nandini from that day.

Parth came next day along with family for tilak ceremony, he came to mahal with a new golden sword, dress for Manik, and family, some sweets.

Here Leelavati and her to sisters came to Nandini and gifted her wedding dress chunny dupatta and jewellery for wedding specially, mangtika, choker, coconut, chuda and some sweets. They even gave gifts to all Chauhan family.

Next came a ritual where Nandini's mama came to gift her and Manik some jewellery and dress along with gifts.

Then made Ganapathi puja. Both Manik and Nandini are doing Ganapathi puja at their respected places, pandits came to perform puja, do that nothing bad can happen or any sort of disturbance may happen in marriage.

Manik is happy that now this marriage is going to take place, he just want to see Nandini once because once actual rituals start he can't see her till marriage.

After dinner, Manik came to Nandini place, he found some noises, he hesitated to go in, after taking a deep breath, he just walked in, servants came to him running

"What are you doing? Work didn't complete?" Manik asked them

"Yuvaraj!!!! Tomorrow is haldi chandan resam so we are doing preparations" they replied politely

"Ok is Nandini inside?"

"She in balcony Yuvaraj"

"Ok" he walked in, whole bedroom is full of things servants are sorting things seeing Yuvaraj all stopped working got up and now their head and did Pranam. He just nodded and passed them and reached balcony, Nandini is with her two dasis. They are applying oil to her hair, while saying something seeing Yuvaraj jyothi Who is facing him got up "Pranam Yuvaraj" she said bowing

Both Nandini and Siya both up turned towards him, Nandini took her pallu and coveted her head "Pranam Yuvaraj" she wished him

"Pranam, are you busy?"

"No Yuvaraj, have your seat" Manik sat on julla, Which was free.

"Siya bring Yuvaraj some milk and paan" she ordered

Siya and jyothi ran to bring

"Take your seat"

"I am comfortable Yuvaraj" she politely refused

Manik took her arm dragged her towards him as a feather she slipped towards him he gripped her waist "why don't you listen to any of my orders why?"

"No it's not true"

Manik looked at her face once "then why you cover yourself from me?" He said removing her pallu from head

"I just covered my head not face" she replied

"No need" he then took her hair and throw them to her left side, she picked them and kept it neatly on left shoulder

Her bare back is shining with moon light "no one is allowed to see your this gorgeous back than me" he said touching it softly she gasped and moaned "Yuvaraj"

"Ooo my god!!!! Say it again" he demanded

"Yuvaraj" she said looking straight in his eyes. His heart skipped its beat, throat went dry, the way his name rolled in her tongue made him loose control, he pressed herself to him, both are just a inch away from each other

Before Manik can say or do anything Siya and jyothi anklets sound been heard Nandini jerked his hand stood two steps away from him and adjusted her pallu as before. Both walked in with milk and items of paan.

Nandini took the plate and started to make paan while Manik is drinking milk. Manik is just observing her keenly while drinking milk.

When he finished drinking milk she offered paan, he took it and kept in mouth.

"Did you had dinner?"

"No Yuvaraj!!! Till marriage she is asked to have only one time to eat" Siya said

Nandini tried to stop her before that she said everything

"Who said that? MA sa?" Manik asked suspecting

"No no!!! It was Latha bahu rani sa who said it, that in royal families from bangles rasam to marriage panditayan should eat only once" jyothi added

Manik got up gritting his teeth "are you brainless or naive? Don't you know that she is just playing tricks?" Manik shouted on Nandini

"What if it is a ritual? I just don't want to take risk" Nandini said in low tone

Manik kept his both hands on his waist, took deep breath looked at her nodded in disbelief "go fast run and bring food for her"Manik ordered

"No no!!! I will not eat" Nandini said in hurry

Manik glared at her "if you don't eat I will feed you with my hands forcefully"

"Still I won't eat" she said stubbornly

Manik got irritated he took her hand dragged her to main mahal.

"Yuvaraj!!! Where are you taking me?"

"Just walk" he took her to his mothers room and asked permission dasi came running to call him in, Manik took Nandini in along with him.

King and queen both are present both did Pranam to king and queen. They blessed them

"What happened Manik at this hour you need to come to me and you brought her is everything ok?" Leelavati asked in confusion and scared tone

"Kshama MA sa!!! I am sorry I disturbed you, it's that she is just taking a single meal in a day"

"Why So? Both king and queen asked in concern tone

"Latha said it as ritual since from two days she is starving and she is even determined to fast till marriage" Manik said gritting his teeth

Nandini just bowed her head looking down she is extremely embarrassed that at this hour of time she need to come to them that to with Manik on such a petty issue.

"There is no such ritual in marriages of royals only on marriage day we need to be fast till marriage completed, Nandini they are doing all this out of jealousy you should be smart not like this"

"Kshama ranisa!!! I just want to be conscious about things that's all"

"Next time you just ask me and I will inform you in prior if such rituals are there don't worry"

"Ok rani sa once again Kshama!!!" She bowed her head again

Manik took said sorry

"It's ok!!! Nandini go and have dinner and sleep"

She nodded her head

"Manik you to should rest"

"Ok MA sa He said shubhrathri to both and came out with Nandini"

"Now will you eat?"

"Only if you promise me that you will not make this as an issue and scold Latha ranisa Yuvaraj"

Manik looked at her as if she is alien , "no I won't promise"

"Then I will not eat" she started walking Manik followed her and took her wrist, and turned to him "you are eating now"

"No" she said firmly

Manik looked at her with frustration "Fine I won't shout but she needs punishment"

"No you will not punish her"

"Give me one reason why shouldn't I punish her?"

"To keep family united, this type arguments led to conflicts in family some one should stop them at some point so I want to stop it now from my side"

Manik looked at her with amusement "Ok" he said half heartedly

Nandini smiled, Manik came near her took her chin lifted it slightly and smiled "your smile is beautiful smile always" she nodded

Both walked to Nandini's room, till she had dinner he sat with her and went away.
