《He Finally Cares》My Mom

There were three of them, they all looked related though. The biggest and most muscular one had dark hair and looks about 20. The middle one had gold blonde hair and is probably about
17-18. The smallest one has orange-ish hair with green-grey eyes. He looks about my age maybe a year younger. They all looked tough and scary though so I crawled backwards.
"Calm down little buddy, I won't hurt ya'," the biggest one said.
I couldn't answer so he continued speaking reassuringly. "I'm Darry, that's Sodapop, and that's Ponyboy. What's your name?"
I still couldn't answer, so I sat there shacking and silently crying. Darry waited a couple minutes then asked again.
"R...Rylee. I'm Rylee, I'm 15," I answered still shaking. Why am I giving this much information to strangers?
"Well Rylee," Ponyboy, the younger one, started. "My brother is gonna bring you home with us and fix your head."
"No. I can't. I have to get back home," I argued.
"Okay, but I really need to fix your head first, though."
"Okay, where am I?"
"Tulsa, Oklahoma. Where are you from?" the one called Sodapop answered.
"I'm from Alabama. Why did they bring me to a completely different state?"
"I'm not sure kiddo, but if you plan on not passing out in the next few minutes, we gotta bring you to our place," Darry warned. I could already tell he was one of those over protective people.
I nodded in agreement, and tried to stand up. I must have lost a lot of blood, because as soon as I stood, I passed out.
When I woke, I was laying on a couch while Darry stitched my head back together. I winced and he said,"Sorry sleepin' beauty, but I gotta stop this from bleeding."

"It's okay," I mumbled.
I looked around at the room and realized it was a living room. A living room full of people. My heart instantly started pounding as fear filled me.
"Calm down Rylee. These are our friends. They are our gang," Sodapop explained. "This is Two-bit, he's 17," he gestured to a guy with a Mickey Mouse shirt. "This is Steve, he's 19,"he points to a guy who is tall and lean. "Johnny, 16," he was dark haired with a scar from his cheek to his ear. "and Dally,19," he motioned to a guy with a scary elfish look. He stared at me and didn't look away. He scared me and also intrigued me at the same time. I felt kinda funny, but also like I have to stay away from him.
"All right, kiddo," Darry said finishing up my stitches. "Let's take a look at your cheek."
He started to examine the cut on my cheek. He pulled out a rag and put cleaning alcohol on it. He carefully cleaned the cut that will probably leave a scar.
"Hey kid," Steve said. "How'd you get that cut?"
"Uh... some guy with lots of rings punched me."
Dally clenched his teeth and fists. Johnny practically fainted.
"That is the last time that guy will ever hurt someone," Dally exploded. He then pulled Johnny over to me and studied both of our scars. "Do you know who the guy was?"
"No. I'm from Alabama, not Oklahoma," I answered slightly nervous from his intensity.
"Alabama! Why the hell would they go all the way to Alabama?" Two-bit exclaimed.
"You gotta be important to them," Dally mumbled. It kinda felt good to be called important, but it scared me way more than it pleased me. Oh come on. I'm not that sick!

Just then the phone rang and I practically jumped 3 feet in the air. Darry went over to answer it, and mouthed "your mom" to me. I ran over crying with joy.
"Mamma?!" I frantically called into the phone.
"Rylee, where the hell are you? Who took you away from Bob?" she yelled at me.
"What? Who's Bob?" I asked confused.
"I guess it doesn't matter, he did most of his job."
"What are you talking about mamma?" All I could think about was that guy who said ," will kill us if we lose her!"
"No," I gasped in horror.
It couldn't be true, my mom would not pay some guys to kidnap me.
"Yes," she proved that she would. "I hired Bob and his gang to come kidnap you. Only they were supposed to kill you so the fuzz wouldn't find you. Now that you got away, they'll probably keep hunting for ya'. If I was you, I would stay out of their way, and never come back to me.
"What?" I was crying with fear now.
"Bye, Rylee. Forever." She hung up.
My hand was shaking so much as I pressed the end button, that I was afraid I would drop it. I had to face it. My mom tried to kill me.

The Trespasser
Synopsis Following his di—instincts, David finds himself in a weird situation; the next thing he knows, he's in a different world, dying, and manhandled by a big-ass alien. When the Source comes to his aid, granting him the access that—like every other sapient—he's due, David barely manages to get out of the fight with his life intact, but is that enough? Of course it isn't. The very Source giving him powers is also poisoning him to death. Oh, there she is, the petite female alien. Will that be enough to save him? Of course it won't. If he wants to be saved, he has first to save himself. The only way to do so is by getting to know the world around him, but even before that... Why the bloody hell did I have to be called Deviant!? *** Blurb? Blurb. The Trespasser starts slowly, I believe I've written a decent world, and I want you to find out what it's all about, won't just throw it in your face because of *levels*. I do not like stories that don't make sense. David is not a murderhobo, he respects life and answers to the world and the weird situations thrown at him with irony and sarcasm; so you are looking for easy killing streaks, you will not find them here. So, a man finds himself into the wild? It's a different world, and yet he can breathe its air? Finds himself in a lucky-low-level zone? Oh, look at that, people speak English—how likely is that? So, nope, not for me, gentleman. You won't find anything of the likes here. Again, a man finds himself in a new world but only thinks about the system? Yeah, that's not exactly how it works. David will try to find out what it's really all about, what the aliens want, how they work, why is that Fay really helping him? You can kill somebody to get levels, and yet there is not even a form of police? Not gonna happen here. Man becomes suddenly overpowered in a world where people can live for thousands of years by having enough luck to face only lower-level people? Hahaha—nope. Lastly...Spaceships and fantasy with LitRPG... say what!? Well, what's wrong with that? Let's make it happen, shall we? *** You want even more info? Really? Alright... David will start from the very bottom of the food chain, so there will be a settling arc—it's inevitable. David will find true companions, with personalities and backstories, and they will have a life of their own. There will be enemies, and those enemies will have a life of their own, too; there will be no evil just because. The world-building will have true depth; it will not exist just because the protagonist visits it. There will be both Fantasy and (Soft) Sci-fi—yeah, you heard that right. There will be rationality to every action taken, as long as the characters are aware of what is going on. There will be a godly system. You will come to read because of the world-building, but you will stay for the characters. The dead stay dead, and you will weep for them. There will be no action without a reaction. Lastly, there will be laughs. Are you still up for it? Then get in but fasten your seatbelts because it's going to be a wild ride. *** Release Days: Twice a week Release Time: ~09:00 PM UTC Words per chapter: ~3000 This web novel is also available on other platforms.
