《He Finally Cares》Scared Lil' Johnny And I

We all walked down to the Nightly Double and settled in the back of the bleachers. I sat next to Darry and Two-bit, finally feeling the warm fuzzy feeling knowing that I have a family.
Dally had pretty much disappeared until I heard two girls yelling in the front of the bleachers. Dally was bugging them by putting his feet up on their chairs and saying nasty things to them.
Oh no. I got up and ran down the stairs, ignoring the hands trying to pull me back. I heard Two-bit whisper "she's dead" to Steve.
"Dally, stop it!" I yelled once I reached them. When he turned around he looked mad. Then he saw it was me and looked confused.
"What did you say to me?" he asked baffled.
I instantly got scared as I answered "You heard me. I didn't mumble."
He stared at me for a while, taking in my expression. "Okay."
He put a hand on the small of my back and we walked back to the gang. I flinched at his touch then leaned into him instead of away. Ah! No, don't fall in love! Everyone stared at us like they just saw a ghost.
When I got back to my seat, Two-bit continued to stare. A little annoyed, I hissed out "What?"
"If you waz about anyone else, he would've just about punched your face in."
I thought about that the rest of the movie. Why do I care so much?!
On the way home I walked by Johnny and Dally. Every once in a while a twig would snap and Johnny and I would jump. Dally looked at us worriedly and would say "You're safe guys. Y'all are safe."
I believed him. Ahg! Stop. Falling. In. Love!

I don't know why I'm so jumpy lately. Maybe I'm just still jumpy from the kidnapping. When we got back to the house everyone crashed there except for Dally. So I fell asleep wedged between Sodapop and Steve.
When I woke up Two-bit, Soda, and Steve were on the couch behind me watching Mickey Mouse. I got up and wandered into the kitchen where Darry and Pony were making breakfast.
"Hey do you guys mind if I take a quick walk."
"All by yourself?" Darry hesitated.
"Oh it'll be fine Darryl. Some people just need to take a walk to breathe in the morning air and think," Ponyboy assured.
I smiled at him. "Thanks Ponyboy. You dig okay."
"All right," Darry sighed. "But don't be gone too long."
"I won't!" I called back as I hugged him and ran out the door.
I kept up a slow jog until I got to the old lot so my asthma wouldn't kick in. From there I walked to the park and sat by the fountain for a while. I noticed the blue mustang circling the park and groaned. Then I realized that they were following someone.
Johnny!
I ran over to him and grabbed his arm. I pulled him along as I ran with full speed until I could hide behind a building to try to control my asthma. They must still be after me because they started driving towards us at full speed.
My asthma wasn't bad enough to stop me from running a couple more minutes, but then I passed out.
When I came to, I was lying on the ground bleeding and bruised. I looked over towards Johnny and he was in better condition than me.
"J... John...ny?"
"I'm h...here kid, I... I'm here," he coughed.

"C...an you m...ove? A...re you o...kay?"
"No, but I... I've had w...orse. J...just a lil' sh...acken up. A...re y...you o...okay?" he asked.
"N...no. Can...t bre...breathe."
I started coughing. I coughed and coughed and I can't stop. Then it started to pour, causing me to choke. No! This is the worst time for asthma.
"Rylee?!" a muffled voice came from my pocket. It was a radio! I can't move to get it though.
Johnny must've heard it because it took all the power in him to drag himself over to me and answer it. "Help!"
I was still chocking and gasping for air as Johnny told the radio where we were.
"The gangs comin' Ry...lee," Johnny said.
I coughed and chocked while Johnny laid there unable to move. Things started to get fuzzy, the last thing I remember was Dally's strong warm arms carrying me to safety. I was out cold before I could scold myself.

Rise of an Undead in a Fantasy World
Have you ever wondered what would happen if an undead being that doesn't know what it is like to be alive got free will? What would that undead creature do? How would they think? How would they view the world around them? Would they see life as futile and conquer the world, making it a lifeless danger zone to all living beings? Well, none of that matters, because that's not happening. Our main character is your average gamer from the modern world, yada yada yada... gets transported to a fantasy world through obscure means, blah blah blah... you know how this works. What separates him from the masses, however, are his views on ethics, and world politics. ... Oh, and the fact that he doesn't need to breathe. Message From Author! Accept?: Yes No This is only my second novel, so keep that in mind. I will try to keep the quality of the story to an acceptable level. This means something that I, myself would read. The quantity, however, may put some people off. Adding onto the whole "villainous lead" thing, I will make sure to have the character develop into that perfect little villain over time, instead of starting him out as a bloodthirsty murder-hobo. Of course, there will still be a lot of murdering and he may be a hobo for some of it, but it will mostly not be out of malice in the very early chapters. Last but not least, I have decided there will not be a defined release schedule for this, as I have lost interest in forcing myself to upload x amount of times a week. I will upload whenever I get a good idea, and take my time. That is, if I even feel like writing in the first place. Instead of taking breaks from this novel to do my own thing, I will take breaks from my daily life to post on here. Also, I'm lazy. Thanks for reading, and if you're alright with everything above, feel free to give it a read, and without further ado, have a good one! - Your Author P.S.: I will have little to no romance in the story, as I can't bring myself to writing it, so you don't have to worry about harems.
