Maya came down and saw a drunk Rajesh who was behaving badly. Looking at him, fear gripped her heart, and she was about to slip from the stairs, but Avi held her at the right time. She hugged Avi tightly in fear. Sravya came and stood beside her. Rajesh looked at Maya and walked towards her with wobbly steps. Maya's grip on Avi became tight, and he hid her safely in his arms. Aashi, Siri, Vicky, Nandan, Pranav and Aashi's grandparents are upstairs along with the twins. Aashi wanted to come down, but Suhaas and Arjun warned her strictly to take rest.

Rajesh looked at Maya and Sravya. Sravya felt uneasy by his looks and hid behind Surya who was standing beside her and clutched his hand tightly. Surya stood in front of her. Avi's grip on Maya became tight, and he glared at Rajesh.

"Hi, baby! Why are you hugging him? Come to me like a good girl. He said it tipsily. By the way, is he good in bed? I guess you are doing more workouts nowadays. Your body has got into shape." Rajesh asked, looking at her in an improper way.

Chytra, Vyshali, and their parents, who had just entered the mansion, looked down guiltily at his behaviour. Kishore went and pulled Rajesh back and slapped him, hardly making him fall on the ground. Gowri turned her face away, not able to see her son like this.

"Why did you slap me, dad? She chose him above me, right? So, I need to know what's good in him that she rejected me on my face the very first time I proposed to her." Sakshi and Rishi looked at him wide-eyed. "Tell me what's in him that I didn't have.Is he good in bed and is he satisfying you? If not, you can come to me anytime. I'll satisfy all your needs." He said, shamelessly eyeing her in a bad way.

All the ladies felt uncomfortable with his talk and the men wanted to kill him. But they kept mum because they wanted Rishi and Sakshi to know about the real face of Rajesh.

"Arey, now don't act like an innocent baby. I know you warmed Surya and Pranav's beds too." He went near Surya and asked them, "Tell me how she is in bed? She is good, isn't she? I know she is a whore who sleeps with anyone for money." Sravya clutched Surya's hand tightly, listening to his words. Vyshali and Chytra felt uneasy. They didn't expect their brother would stoop this low.

That's it; a strong punch landed straight on his face. He fell to the ground with the intensity of the punch, and his lips started to bleed. Rajesh looked up and saw Avi raging like a bull. Avi made him stand again and gave him another punch in the stomach. Arjun and Yash joined Avi, and all of them were punching and kicking him mercilessly.

Gowri was crying silently, looking at her son's condition. Even Kishore's eyes pooled with tears. He might have slapped him and scolded him, but he could not see others beating him. Vyshali and Chytra closed their eyes, not able to see their brother getting beaten up.

Rishi and Sakshi were ashamed of themselves for trusting that slime over their daughter. Today they saw the true colours of that rogue. Yet they didn't know what their daughter had gone through because of that man.

Rajesh got up slowly and stood up with difficulty. He wiped the blood from his lips and started to comment on Maya in a cheap way.

"No, I can't be weak every time. I've to prove him wrong. He doesn't have any right to comment on anyone." Thinking that in her mind, Maya wiped her tears and came out of Jai's hold and slapped Rajesh hard, making him look stunned.

"This is for commenting badly about me."

Slap...

"This is for torturing me mentally."

Slap....

"This is for trying to separate me from my Avi."

Slap...

"This is for talking bad about Surya and Pranav."

Slap...

"This is for talking about girls cheaply."

Slap...

"This is for talking nonsense about my Aashi."

Slap...

"This is speaking badly about my family."

She was slapping him continuously, and nobody was stopping her. She looked like Goddess Durga, who was punishing evil. Tears of anger flew from her eyes. She fell on her knees and cried her heart out. Her body was shaking. Arjun and Avi reached her side and took her into a hug. She hugged both of them tightly and broke down. She broke down in their arms, remembering all those sleepless nights that she had spent because of him, all those nightmares she got due to him, all those sufferings she had faced because of him. She knew how much her friends suffered along with her. They were with her in her hard times. They even spent many sleepless nights along with her, consoling her and giving her necessary support.

Rajesh didn't have any words to speak. He stood numb with the continuous slaps he got from Maya. Gowri looked at her son. They never raised a hand on him till date. They pampered him a lot, as he was their only son. She felt pain in her heart now, looking at him like this. But whom can she blame, except her son? It's because of his deeds that he was standing in front of them as a culprit. She wiped her tears and went near Rajesh, turning him around and slapped him hard. She thought she gave him a good up-bringing, but now, listening to his words and seeing his behaviour, she felt that she had failed in making him a good human being.

"Chi, I'm ashamed of myself, Rajesh. I thought I gave you a good upbringing, but I guess I was wrong. I didn't know that I had given birth to a monster. Is this how you behave with a girl? What if someone behaved the same way with your sisters or me?" Gowri asked Rajesh.

"I'll kill them, maa." He said angrily.

"Then how can you talk about any girl like that? How can you point at her character like that just because she rejected you?" Gowri asked him.

"Maa, you don't know anything. I thought she was different from others, but she was also the same as every girl who goes behind every rich man", Rajesh said, fuming.

"Then, even we are like her", said Gowri.

"Maa, don't compare yourself with that whore", Rajesh said, glaring at Maya.

"Even your sister ditched Arjun because she got a proposal from another rich man. She gave him false hope and made him stand in front of hundreds of people like a culprit when she was the one. But Maya didn't do that; she never gave you false hope. She straight away rejected you when you proposed to her. Then why are you harassing her for all these years for no fault of hers? You were saying she roamed with every rich man she met. Then what did your sister do? Why are you degrading her character when you don't know the truth? And why does she need someone else's money when her family is one of the richest families in the world? You don't know anything about her, and you don't have any right to point out her character when your character is wrong. You don't know how to respect her feelings. You don't have any right to force your feelings on her. I guess we shouldn't have pampered you and fulfilled every wish of yours. Then today you will not have become like this."

She took a deep breath and continued, "You don't love her, you are just obsessed with her. Mainly, your ego got hurt that she didn't reciprocate your feelings. Yes, you might have some feelings for her, but you never respected her feelings. We have faced enough humiliation because of you and your sisters. Today you have to choose. If you want to be like this, then forget that you have a family. Maya gave you enough chances to change, but you didn't change." She wiped her tears and turned towards Maya and Avi and told them, "You can do whatever you want with this man. We won't stop you."

Rajesh stood dumbfounded, listening to his mother. Did she just disown him? He brought all this with his own foolishness, didn't he?

Vyshali and Chytra stood in front of Rishi and Sakshi and folded their hands and told them, "I'm sorry, Attayya and Mamayya. Whatever we said on that day was fake. Even those photos are also fake. I didn't know that Maya had rejected him. I thought she cheated on him. So, I provoked him more to hurt her. She shut her eyes with pain. I know, I don't have any rights after what I did to Arjun." Saying that, she looked at Arjun. Arjun looked away and pulled Diya close to him. "I know my one apology is not enough for the pain your family has gone through because of us."

Vyshali: I did everything blindly even after knowing the truth. I knew, there was a gap between you and Maya, so I thought to use that. That's why that day we confidently created a story in front of you. And as I thought, you believed us not listening to anyone's words. We came after marriage because it would be easy for us to make you guys agree for Rajesh and Maya's wedding. I became selfish in love for my brother that I committed a huge mistake. And today I'm bearing punishment for the sins I had committed. She told thinking about her husband and her baby who died before she could hold him in her arms. I know we can't give any justification to our deeds, and we also don't deserve your forgiveness. But I want to ask you one question, aunty. Did you really give birth to Maya?

Listening to her question, everyone got stunned in their place. Maya who was silently crying in Jai's arms stood still listening to her question.

Sakshi doesn't have words to answer her question. She closed eyes and remembered the blissful moment when she gave birth to Maya. The pain she had gone through when baby Maya was in an incubator for almost a month due to her unstable health conditions. The overwhelming moment when she took her baby for the first time in her arms. The time when she used to run behind little Maya for making her eat the food. Unknowingly, a few tears escaped her eyes.

Even Rishi's condition was no less. Didn't he fail his daughter? He remembered the moment when he took his little princess for the first time in his arms. Yes, she was his little princess, but with the time he hid his love for her somewhere deep down in his heart. He stopped spending time with his children.

Vyshali: Even a small bird will try to protect her child from harm, but you blindly believed someone's words over your own daughter and became one of the reasons for her pain. Didn't you have trust in your daughter? Don't you know about her character? Yes, we have pointed out her character, but didn't you guys do the same indirectly by trusting us? Vyshali: We are ready to face any punishment that you give us.

Avi looked at his parents. They nodded their heads telling him that they were with him. He then looked at the others who did the same. He composed himself and looked at Gowri and Kishore who were standing with their heads down. He then looked at Chytra and Vyshali who were crying silently. Finally, he glanced at the man who was responsible for all the mess that had happened. His blood boiled seeing him. He went near Jhansi and Janardhan and asked them something.

Jhansi went from there and came back with some papers in her hands. She looked at Jaganath who nodded his head.

Jhansi: These are arrest warrant and also legal notices. From now on, Rajesh is not eligible to work with any company even as a peon for the next ten years. And also he is sentenced to the jail for three years. If he tries to meet Maya or message or call her or tries to contact her in anyway his imprisonment time will be increased. While he is in the prison, he needs to attend psychiatric classes as suggested by the doctor. Maya looked at her wide-eyed listening to her aunt.

Jhansi called Vyshali and handed over something to her, making Vyshali stumble in her place. She felt the earth beneath her slipping away. Chytra and Gowri held her at the right time. Chytra took the cover from her sister's hands and looked at them in shock. It's the divorce approval papers from the court. Chytra looked at her sister who stood like a statue.

Just then a man entered the mansion. Looking at him, Vyshali ran towards him and fell on his feet mumbling sorry.

Vyshali: Please, Vikas! Try to understand I can't live without you. Please, take back the divorce.

(So the man is Vyshali's husband Vikas).

I forgave you when you left no stone to insult my parents even though they never spoke a bad word about you. I stood with you even after knowing that your family was wrong. I stood with you when everyone mocked you as barren. I supported you when you told you wanted to take care of your parents. You know that I was the only son to my parents, and they have no one other than me to take care of them. Yet you have made me separate from my family for almost a year. Even then I forgave you. But then even after knowing that Maya was no where at fault you tried to destroy her life by joining your hands with your brother. That's why God snatched our baby from us. I gave you many chances to build our relationship, but you never utilized it. I'm really tired with you, and this time I'll not forgive you. I wanted my freedom, and I got it. So, please never disturb me in the future and let me and my family live in peace. And this solely my decision and anyone didn't force me. I promise on my baby who left me forever. Saying that, he left the place leaving a shattered Vyshali. Today Vikas showed her the mirror and made her face the reality. Gowri and Kishore cried silently at the fate of their children.

Jhansi: I hope you understood whatever he has told. We didn't force him, Vyshali, it's him who approached me saying that he wanted a divorce quickly. I don't want any of your family members to blame us in the future saying that we have destroyed your married life. Vyshali nodded her head silently. What more could she tell when she herself had brought everything upon her. And, this is the appointment letter for you. Vyshali looked at her confused. From now on, it's your responsibility to care of your family. Rajesh and Chytra couldn't do any job for the next ten years. So, the family's responsibility is yours from now on. She turned towards Kishore and Gowri and told them, you both really failed in showing the correct path to your children. You failed to notice what's going in their life, and look at them what they had done to themselves. They destroyed their lives with their own hands. At least, from now on guide them towards the right path. Finally, she turned towards Chytra, life gave you a second chance to correct your mistakes. So, at least from on now live your life truly.

Security came and took Rajesh from there and handed him to the police. And Rajesh's family went from there silently with heavy hearts. Everyone left to their respective rooms.

Rishi and Sakshi slowly moved to their room with heavy hearts. They sat on the bed lost in their thoughts. They felt ashamed of themselves. They tried to destroy their daughter's marriage with their own hands by believing some stupid story. Do they even deserve forgiveness?

Vyshali got her punishment from the God. Her husband left her and she lost her baby.

Gowri and Kishore got theirs. They have failed in showing the correct path to their children. And the result is their children destroyed their lives with their own hands.
