Lycus pov
My tiny body was curled into a ball on the cold cement. My head was pounding.
"Alright, you little bitch." A tight rope was slipped around my neck, pulling me out of the tiny cold room.
I tried to fight it, but it wasn't beneficial. I just got jerked to his side.
I was pulled into another dark room.
"You have another chance of being sold." He spoke lowly, grabbing my sensitive ears. He scratches the back of my soft ears. They were full of dirt and grime.
The feeling was rough but the best thing I've felt in months. I can't help but let out a pur.
"That's pathetic." He spits. I was quickly the most difficult one here.
His boot collides with my ribcage, making an 'uhmf' sound escape my lips.
"Rule 6, always reply verbally and with honorifics. You know the rules." He grits through his teeth, kicking my stomach again.
I snarled at him with my sharp teeth and jumped at him.
He grabs both my ears painfully, pulling them back, making me wince.
He yanked the rope around my neck, making me fall onto my back. He kicked me again in the chest, over and over, making me start coughing out blood.
He finally stopped; my eyes were too heavy to see what he was doing. My head rest on the cold ground made me feel sick and exhausted.
I started to squeal as there was immense pain in my sensitive ears.
I've been hurt and hit many times here. But I never felt something like this.
I felt blood dripping down the sides of my head.
"P-please stop..." I whispered out as I felt it again on my left ear. Tears were streaming down my face as my head throbbing became unbearable.

I prayed I would pass away at this moment, that I wouldn't survive.
When I woke up in a different room, I didn't recognize it. There was dried blood down the sides of my face. I reached up slowly, touching my ears lightly.
I hissed at the immense pain I felt.
"Oh good, your awake." Someone grabbed the rope roughly, dragging me onto a stage.
"Now this Neko...well, he needs someone who's able to handle his attitude...we had to chop his ears for medical reasons..." I gave him a side glance as he lied to all the people who burned their gaze at me.
"Anyone?"
The man sighed before pulling me back behind the curtain, kicking me down into the corner.
"This is the police!" A loud voice booms from the other side of the curtains.
There are loud gasps and screams. I duck my head down. The loud voices make me start trembling.
"Hey, little one, C'mere, we'll get you somewhere better." Someone reaches their hand out to me as I curl my tail around myself.
The lovely lady sighs before picking my small body up.
I woke up in a car alone...I instantly started panicking...this was it. I was going to die alone.
"Woah woah woah, calm down." The lady opened the door pulling me out of the car and bringing me into the house.
It was warm, unlike the cold, dingy cement rooms I was used to. I didn't see a single room with cement flooring. It made my insides feel warm.
A boy around the corner pokes his head into the room.
"I can take him to his room, Miss Musial!" He says with a small smile.
"I've read about your type! Aren't you supposed to have like fluffy ears..." he said lowly. I only glanced up as if I could see my ears.

"C-can I touch it?" I shook my head aggressively as his face fell.
"Sorry..." he whispered. I crawled into the corner of the room.
"You don't need to hide...I'm River." He smiled.
"And your name?"
"L-lycus," I said, my voice cracked. It was horse and dry.
"Interesting name..."
A slight blush came on my face. "I-it means wolf..."
He snickered. "It's okay. You can laugh..."
"Y-your a cat...named wolf..." he giggled cutely.
"At least I'm not named after water." I stuck my tongue out at him.
That was the day I met the boy I grew up with...
Months later, I was still only comfortable around River. But we loved each other's presents. We didn't need anyone else.
It was thundering, and I had snuck into his room and curled into his side.
He pulled me up to face him. We watched each other's eyes. We had similar brown eyes that had a slight tint of purple.
"Can I..." he looked away from my gaze.
"Fuck..." he whispered before pulling my hips and pressing his lips to mine.
My hands rested on his chest. We kissed each other with the sound of rain behind us.
My hands went down his chest, resting at his waistband. He smirked, pulling away from our kiss.
He flipped us over, so he was on top of me. He was pinning my wrist above my head.
He palms my budge through my pants.
My head fell forward onto his chest. My stomach had butterflies as he stroked me through his pants.
My face was warm with blush as I reached into his pants, stroking his more significant length.
"Have you touched yourself before?" He asks with a playful smile.
"I-I haven't, but others have...." He slowed down for a second, looking nervous.
"It's okay...." I whispered. "Your touch feels so good. I feel safe with you...." my tone was barely audible, but I knew he heard it. He was grinning from ear to ear.
He kissed me again passionately.
I meant what I said. I loved every time he touched me.
He never meant any harm.
"Fuck...your small hand feels so good." He moans out, making me watch his face as he leans back in pleasure. My stomach starts to tighten...
I didn't want this moment to end. I held back my finish as best as possible.
"S-shit, I'm gonna cum...." River moans out. I watched his beautiful face as best as I could.
Before throwing my head back as ejaculation spills all over us.
He oversaw me as both of our chests rose and fell swiftly, attempting to catch our breath.
