We haven't even spent one day together, Mia was acting up with the other pet, the toy she had playing with was an electronic mouse, I moved it around letting her chase it around. I hoped playing would help her get into her pet space, well kitten space.
But then she came on her two feet whining about the toy, I made her go back on four, the teacher was all about keeping them on all four and trying to get them to slip into their pet space. She went back to playing, there were tones of toys she could play with other than the mouse.
I got busy for a minute, I was talking with one of the other masters, that's when she started the fight, she jumped on the other pet, I had to pull my girl down, she's the one who started the fight. I wasn't letting this go, she has a low pain intolerance, I couldn't give her a physical punishment. I decided to put her in kennel time, to keep her away from the others until she calms down, most pet go into their space when punished, she'd whine and pout wanting out but she just cried.
When I took her out she didn't want to hold my hand, well lucky her pets get leashes most times but I still held her hand. Back in our room I planned on talking everything with her, to explain what happened but I didn't have the time to.
She took her ears and tail out, threw them at me and ran toward Mouse room, I could hear her declaring that she hates me, I got into his room but Mouse kicked me out saying he'll have a talk with her.
I punished her one time and she hate me already, I sat outside waiting for Mouse to talk things with her, waiting for them to get back out, they took forever, Rocco got in next, he sat with me outside.

"What's wrong?" he asks, how do I explain this to him.
"She got mad cause I punished her, she won't leave Mouse room, how did he become her favorite?" I ask looking at Rocco, I was losing her from day one.
"Why did you punish her?" he asks with a chuckle, whoever she ends up choosing as her dominant, the ones who are left would fight over who's gonna be favorite.
"She fought with another pet over some toy. I told her to play with one of the other toys but they fought over it" I say with a sigh.
"You should've had solved the toy problem right away" he says shaking his head at me.
"Thanks for the advice," I say, it was a bit too late for sure.
"You're welcome" Rocco says with a smile, he was the last one to have his turn with Mia, if things doesn't work with me cause of this incident, it's gonna be a big problem. Is she a pet but now she hates me.
"Rocco she said she hate me" I say my hand going against my hair, it's a move I do when nervous.
"She doesn't hate you, she's just mad that you punished her" Rocco explains, that's how littles work maybe but not pets, they're supposed to be attached to you searching for care and affection, she just threw her ears and tail and went to Mouse, maybe she's a sub after all.
"This isn't pretty Adam" Mouse say coming out of his room but no Mia with him.
"What do you mean?" I ask, I was the closest to Mouse, but that doesn't mean I won't kick his ass when needed.
"She refuses to be a pet, she doesn't even want to try it" he says.

"What do you mean?" I ask looking at him, if she refuses me, the school would ask to get her a new master so she can try it.
"I think we should move to Rocco's turn, I have a feeling she's a little. She was mad cause you didn't get her the toy back" he says talking to me before turning to Rocco.
"I'll speak with Madame Thea, I think you should have your turn with her, talk to her, she's napping now. And guys please don't make me do this again" Mouse says shaking his head in the end, this was a hard job for him for sure.

Good Guy Necromancer
Necromancers are murderous, repulsive, utterly ungodly creatures. And then there's Jerry. Jerry is a novice necromancer who treats his undead warmly, seeks to befriend people instead of harvest their bodies, and doesn't mind cracking a skull or two when needed. He genuinely is a good guy—too bad nobody believes him. Jerry tries to settle down, wanting nothing but a peaceful life for him and his undead—and, when that doesn't quite work out, he sets out to adventure. He will make friends, each unique in their own way, and together, they will travel through a variety of striking environments; from a tiny village, to the land of the dead, to a jolly archipelago, to a kingdom on a beanstalk. To save a world that shuns him, Jerry must stand against a large organization of arrogant, mighty wizards. He strives to become stronger while maintaining his kindness, only to realize that, maybe, gentle hearts make the greatest necromancers. This is the story of a delightful man in a harsh world—full of warmth, action, and wise-cracking bone puns. Chapters are usually 2-3k words, and updates are 3/week: Mon, Wed, Fri. If you're looking for another fun, action-packed adventure, check out Cultivator vs. System by yours truly, available on Kindle, KU, and Audible. But read Good Guy Necromancer first.
