{Vivians Pov}

"The part when the clown got bigger after the balloon popped was my favorite part!" Alejandro says happily as we walked out of the theater building after watching it chapter 2,

"And then afterwards when they shrank it and it died looked so cool" He continued on as we stopped walking right in front of his car that he drove us in after school,

"Thank you Viv" He says before pulling me into a hug as I laugh,

"For what?" I ask seeing how happy he was,

"Today has been by far the best day I ever had and it's all thanks to you, best friend" he says pinching my cheek and patting my head as I rolled my eyes while smiling at his blissful face,

"Where should we go now?" He asks as we got into his car before I noticed what time it was,

"It's almost night time, wanna grab something to eat before you drop me off at home?" I ask looking up seeing the cloudy sky,

"Maudes Diner?" He asks as I nod before he started the car and we listened to the radio on the way to grab a bite,

"Good afternoon kiddos, what's it gonna be tonight?" Margaret says smiling at us as we sat down at the counter in her diner we were at the night before,

"I'll get the regular, what did you want Ale?" I ask turning to Alejandro as he smiles at the nickname I gave him the day we first met,

"I'll get what she's having" Alejandro says with a grin as Margaret nods while writing down on her notepad,

"Two cheeseburgers with fries and chocolate milkshakes coming up" She replies with a wink before going back to the register where other people were coming in to order,

"So tell me mister just watched their first movie at a theater, how was the experience like?" I ask turning to Alejandro as he smiles,

"Well first off, the movie was a ten out of ten. Secondly, the theater was so cool. And the fact that we sat all the way at the last row to see the whole big screen was awesome" He says with a sigh as I grinned,

"You know what I was thinking? Since you've said that you never experienced a lot being in a pack after being a rogue, what if you made a list of what you want to do being in a pack now and we can try to finish all of them before our senior year is finished?" I ask with a shrug as his shocked face turned into an excited expression,

"Oh my gosh! You truly are the best thing that's ever happened to me since like, ever" he says hugging me tightly as I laughed at how excited he was,

"Is this a new friendship I'm seeing?" Margaret asks while coming to our table with our food and drinks as we both smiled back surprised at her quick appearance,

"Based on the guy you used to be best friends with before, I'd say this handsome fellow is way better at showing affection than the other one" Margaret says while placing our order in front of us,

"Oh? You knew of my best friends here ex best friend?" Alejandro asks as I felt my face heat up at the memory of me and Andrew coming to Maudes diner every day after school since we were kids up until that awful day he found his soul mate of course,

"Yeah, her and Andrew were like two peas in a pod. Always rushing in here to be the first ones to snatch the open counter seats and order chocolate milk shakes with their lunch money they saved up since the beginning of the school week" She says smiling back at me as I smiled awkwardly at her point of view of me and Andrew,

"But judging on how I just saw you two hugging just now and yesterday you two were linking arms, I'd say you win at being more affectionate towards Vivian than the other guy was" She continued as Alejandro looked interested in her stories already,

"Tell me more about this other guy" Alejandro says with a wink towards me as I tried to stop Margaret from continuing something I didn't want to relive especially in front of Alejandro,

"Well, as kids he and Vivian ran in here like they were twins always excited to drink my milkshakes and eat up the burgers my husband made in the back every single day together. As they got older and started becoming big teenagers, I noticed the other guy started to come less to the diner and Vivian started coming in by herself or with her brother. Vivian and him were close but starting to think about it now, he was never as affectionate with her like how you are. He used to just eat and walk out with even waiting for Vivian to finish. I used to like him with Vivian as kids, you know? I even thought they would end up being mates by now, but judging on the way he treated her after they got older I don't think the moon goddess was smart enough not to do that" She finishes with a sigh as Alejandro looked between us with a confused look,

"It's Andrew right?" He asks turning to me as Margaret nods,

"Yes! There you go, that was his name. I remember because Vivian came in here the day of his birthday crying about how she found out he had a mate that wasn't her. That day was the first time I ever saw her crying her eyes out. I've never seen another wolf so heartbroken like that" She replies as I felt the emotions of that day trying to come out again,

"I gotta go to the ladies room" I say quickly getting off the counter seat before either of them could reply,

I quickly scurried to the women's bathroom at the side of the diner trying not to let my emotions show in front of anyone.

Closing the bathroom stall door, I sat on the toilet rubbing my watery eyes, hoping it would stop the tears from falling.

"Vivian" A familiar loud voice says as I heard a knock on the bathroom door,

"I'm almost done" I shout back trying to wipe away the tears already starting to fall just at the voice of Alejandro knocking on the bathroom door that happens to lead to a empty bathroom except for me in here crying,

"I know I might get in trouble for this and be called a pervert but I'm coming in wether your wiping your ass or not" Alejandro says before I hear the door open as I chuckled at his words,

"This is literally the second time in less than 24 hours that I've rescued you crying from the bathroom" He says tapping on my bathroom door stall as I laugh while wiping my face,

"You didn't have to" I mutter back with a sniffle,

"Actually I do, Im your bestfriend. Isn't that what best friends do for each other? Help the other one out of the bathroom when they're crying over their ex bestfriend?" He asks as I got up to open the bathroom stall door seeing him standing in front of it,

"You dont have to ask, I already knew when I saw the look on your face when she brought him up" He says with shrug as I nodded before trying to past by him to wash my face in the sink only to have him stop me by pulling me into a tight hug,

"Are you ever going to tell me the whole story between you two?" He asks as I nod my head in his chest,

"I'll tell you somewhere that's not in a bathroom" I say pulling away as he laughs when we both noticed that the ladies bathroom door was opening,

"He was helping me with something" I say quickly dragging Alejandro out of the bathroom door passing by the blonde woman who looked at us in disgust,

"How about we take this on the go since I think that woman might go back to her table and whisper about us?" Alejandro asks lifting his milkshake cup to finish it quickly as I copied him with a nod,

Hurriedly finishing our milkshakes we grabbed our burgers and dashed out of the diner seeing the blonde woman from the bathroom heading towards her table where her group of friends were sitting.

"Oh shoot what time is it?" I ask seeing it was sunset already when we ran inside his Alejandros car,

"Almost 8 why?" Alejandro asks starting his car,

"I have to be home by 8 or my brothers gonna throw a fit like he always does when he gets off work and realizes I'm not at home" I reply back as he laughs while taking a bite out of his burger,

"Let's get going then" he says with a chuckle while driving down the street,

"I actually live that way" I remind him noticing we were driving towards the opposite direction of where I live,

"Oh sorry, I forgot to ask where you lived" He admits with a awkward laugh as I giggled at his laughing expression.
