**thanks for all ur input🥺 i am indeed going to just keep doing what i been doing. part manga/part whatever i want. hope you like itttt**
I sat on the edge of the training fields, watching as Yuuji, Megumi, and Kugisaki sparred against my darkness technique.
I used it to create dark clones for them to train against, manipulating their movements with my cursed energy—almost like my own form of shikigami.
It had been over a week since everything happened, and even though I was mostly cleared for training and missions, I was feeling a bit lethargic today.
I sat on the soft grass with my legs crossed in front of me. Toge was sitting directly behind me, braiding my hair. We had gotten so close so quickly, and I found myself spending a lot of time with him. He told me he had sisters and that I reminded him a lot of home.
It also helped that we could communicate rather easily. He didn't speak much because of his cursed technique, but since my technique allowed me to read thoughts, we were always talking about something.
I heard his words in my head and would just answer him out loud. I think he was so grateful for the company, and honestly, I was too.
I winced a bit as I watched Kugisaki get kicked in the stomach by one of my cursed shadows.
"Why don't you train her?" I heard Toge ask me.
I shook my head, "I don't think she likes me."
"Did you do something?"
I couldn't help but chuckle a bit. Toge's bluntness was always so unexpected.
"Not that I know of."
"You should try again. You could really help with her fighting style."
"Yea, you're right..." I trailed off.
"And she's crazy like you. Have you seen her fight?"
I laughed loudly this time. He made a good point. Maki and Megumi loved training with me but they were both so calculated and thoughtful. Kugisaki was intuitive and rash.
"You're not wrong," I smiled to myself.
"Oi! Why are you sitting there talking to yourself!?!" Kugisaki yelled at me as she stood up slowly, recovering from the blow she took.
Toge finished the braid, so I stood to my feet and relinquished my cursed shadows.
"Wish me luck," I mumbled.
"No."
I rolled my eyes at Toge before walking up to the first years. He really was just like a little brother.
"You going crazy or something?" Kugisaki huffed as she crossed her arms.
"Mm, not yet. I was just talking to Toge," I smiled at them.
"Is that why you've been just saying random stuff this week!?" Yuuji asked.
I nodded, "Yea, I read his thoughts and then answer him out loud. Anyway—"
He cut me off, "Really!? That's so cool!!"
"Kugisaki, I can help you if you want," I offered, ignoring Yuuji.
"You think you're better than me or something?" she eyed me.
"Not at all. Just offering to help you train."
"Tell her she's pretty," I heard Toge. "She cares about appearances."

"I don't need your help," she rolled her eyes.
"Train with me," Megumi spoke up.
"Ooh! Me too!!" Yuuji added.
"You know," I focused on Kugisaki. "We haven't spent much time together, but looking at you now, you're quite beautiful."
I decided to take Toge's advice since he knows her better than I do. And it's not like I was lying, she definitely is a pretty girl. I'm just not one to give compliments usually.
Her eyes widened slightly before she smirked and lifted her head a little higher, "Smarter than you look, Y/n-sensei."
My heart fluttered as she called me sensei, and I had to bite down on my cheek just to keep from smiling. I didn't want to scare her off now.
"If you don't want to train with me, then we should just go shopping," I shrugged. "I'll treat you to something."
"Really!?" she stopped holding back her excitement.
"Hey! No fair!" Yuuji complained. "I want to come!"
Megumi just rolled his eyes.
"Nice," Toge added.
"Let's all go," Maki called out as her and Panda had stopped training to join in.
I looked at Kugisaki, waiting for her response. She let out a soft groan, "Fine. You all may come."
I laughed, "But I'm only treating Kugisaki."
"Yuuji can hold the bags," she smirked.
"No! You always get mad at me!" he whined. "And Fushiguro never helps!"
I smiled to myself as I watched them bicker. They were good kids, and I really wanted them to like me.
"Yuuji," I spoke up. "You help us, and I'll pay for everyone's dinner. Deal?"
His eyes filled with sparkles, "Y/n-sensei!!! I knew you were my favorite!!"
"Well that's an easy choice," Megumi muttered.
"How Gojo-sensei ended up with someone like you will never make sense to me," Kugisaki huffed.
Suddenly, Satoru appeared behind me, grabbing me by my waist and pulling me closer to him, "Hey now! Don't go giving her any ideas!! I'm not that terrible am I!?"
I jumped and let out a little yelp as he scared me, "Where'd you even come from!?"
"Hello my love," he purred as he kissed me on the cheek over my mask.
My face blushed bright red at how touchy he was being around everyone. I wasn't against PDA, and even though he'd been gone almost a week for a mission, I wasn't very comfortable with this.
I quickly pulled away, "Oi! Knock it off!!"
The three first years all snickered as I pushed off of him and hid behind Kugisaki.
"But I missed you," he whined playfully.
Kugisaki crossed her arms, "In case you heard about our plans. You're not invited."
Satoru just laughed loudly, "What makes you think I'd want to come with you anyway!?"
Toge and the other second years joined us as we stood there, and even though I couldn't see his eyes, I knew Gojo was staring right at me.
I could feel him as he trailed down my body, probably enjoying the shorts I was wearing today. Horny fuck. I love him.

"When are we going, Y/n?" Maki asked.
I smiled at Gojo before breaking my eyes off him and looking at Maki, "Whenever you guys want."
"Can we go today!?" Kugisaki yelled.
"Y/n has a very important mission," Satoru interjected.
"Oh is that right?"
"It's true. Yaga just told me," he nodded.
I narrowed my eyes at him, unsure is he was playing a game or not.
"Yes, but you leave tomorrow," a voice called out, and I leaned over to peek behind Satoru's body, seeing Nanami and Yaga approaching.
"Nanami!" Yuuji called out, beating me to it, and ran over to him with a couple of the students following.
I went to walk over to meet them, but Satoru stepped directly in front of me, cutting me off.
"Yes?" I asked him with a smirk.
"I really did miss you," he huffed out as the rest of the students left us there.
"I missed you too."
"I have something for you," a soft smile curled up on his lips.
"Really?" I couldn't help it as my whole body perked up.
He laughed as he grabbed my arm. I watched in awe as he slipped a ring onto my left hand.
"W-what..." I trailed off as I stared at it.
It was breathtaking. A simple band with diamonds lining all the way around it.
"Well, we are engaged now aren't we?" he pulled me closer to him. "I want everyone to know."
"Satoru, it's so beautiful," I whispered as I continued to look at it, tears forming in my eyes.
He smirked, "If if were up to me, I would've bought you the biggest damn diamond I could find, but I know this is more your style."
I laughed as I wiped the tears, still never taking my eyes off the ring, "It's absolutely perfect."
He tilted my head up to look at him, and I realized he moved his blindfold just slightly so I could see his eyes.
"I love you," he smiled.
"I love you too."
I let him pull my mask down so he could give me a soft kiss. My heart was racing with excitement.
"You guys are so gross!!" Kugisaki yelled, making me laugh as I broke apart from the kiss.
"Get a room!" Yuuji teased.
"You're really buying them all dinner?" Satoru groaned.
"Mm, and I'm buying Kugisaki something too."
He chuckled as he put his arms around my waist, never taking his eyes off me, "So you're buying your friends now?"
"Hey!" I pushed him playfully. "So what if I am!?"
He just rolled his eyes before kissing me one last time and then pulled up my mask.
"I can't believe you were able to get this in less than a week," I muttered as I looked at the ring. It was simple but so intricate, almost as if he had it custom made.
He smirked, "I definitely didn't get that this week. I just didn't get to give it to you before I left."
"Hmm? When'd you get it?" I glanced up to see he had replaced his blindfold.
"About six months ago."
"What!?" I yelled in surprise.
"Y/N SENSEI!" Kugisaki called again. "We have a mission! Hurry up so we can get our instructions and then go shopping!!"
Satoru smirked as he threw his arm over me, "Looks like we'll have to save that story for a different time."
I looked up at him as we walked over to Yaga, Nanami, and the students. I still couldn't believe he'd had it for so long... That means he bought it before we ever broke up.
I didn't know if that made me thrilled or if it broke my heart a bit. I didn't know he'd been thinking about this for so long.
"What the hell were you guys snickering about?" she huffed as we approached.
Satoru quickly grabbed my hand and shoved it in their face, showing off my new ring and successfully turning my face the color of a tomato.
Kugisaki let out a loud squeal as she grabbed my wrist to look closer at the diamond ring.
"YOU'RE GETTING MARRIED!?" Yuuji screamed in almost as high a pitch as Kugisaki.
"Yep! We sure are!!" Satoru answered with giddy.
I was absolutely speechless as they all congratulated us and chatted with excitement. It was so overwhelming, but in absolutely the best way possible.
"Now we're shopping and celebrating!" Kugisaki squealed.
I nodded as I looked at them all, feeling so grateful that I had so many wonderful people to share this with.
"We'll go get ready!" Kugisaki ordered. "Let's leave in an hour!"
I waved as all the students walked off, leaving me with Satoru, Nanami and Yaga.
"Can't believe you would ever say yes to that man," Nanami teased with a small smile as he walked over and pulled me into a hug.
Hugs and smiles were both rare occurrences for Nanami, so I knew that he was thrilled for us.
"Congratulations," he said softly as we pulled apart.
"Thanks Nanami," I smiled.
"Yes, congratulations," Yaga added. "We really are so happy for you both."
"Ahh! Don't be so soft, Yaga!" Satoru teased. "But we will both be needing some serious time off after the wedding!"
"Of course. When is it?"
"December!" he answered, to which I shot up my head to look at him.
First, we hadn't discussed it. Second, that was insanely soon. Third, no.
"Mmm," I laughed. "Actually we haven't decided yet."
Satoru pouted, "But I want it to be snowy! It'll match my hair and bring out my eyes!"
"Like I said, I cannot believe you said yes to this man," Nanami laughed.
"Why don't you two talk and just let me know," Yaga smirked.
I let out a loud sigh as Satoru groaned and complained. He's a child... Why did I find him so endearing?
"But, on a more serious note," Yaga interrupted. "Y/n, you'll be escorting the first years on a mission tomorrow. We've heard about more special grade curses, and we need you to take the lead."
"Are you feeling it up to it?" Satoru asked in a concerned voice.
I nodded, "Absolutely. Let's hear it."

As the Godking Wills
The Empire and the Church span almost the entirety of the known world, absent some pockets of lawlessness and the realms of the deceiver. They are governed as a despotic theocracy, ruled in name by the solitary and omnipotent God, Al'Shazan. In practice, Al'Shazan is bored, flighty, cruel and has little interest in ruling the Empire. Instead the Empire is run by the High Priest, Minister of the Treasury, and the Knight Commander of the inquisition. Their job is to make sense of the contradictory nonsense spewed forth by their living God while simultaneously ruling the greatest nation that the world has ever known. The entire time, they have to maintian the facade that Al'Shazan is a benevolent and loving God in order to maintain morale in the general populace. --------- The actual genre for this is more along the lines of a Fantasy Political Comedy/Drama/Thriller. It will not be 'crunchy' (minimal action, minimal descriptions of powers/abilities) but instead be focusing on world building and political maneuvering. As a warning, it is fairly dark.

Stairway to Heaven
Humans are complicated, awfully fragile beings, far too weak to survive amid the other extraterrestrials that lie dormant across the galaxies. Instead of physical altercations, they would rather engage in verbal abuse, breaking an individual's psyche as a hobby. They excel at deception and manipulation, far too interested in bringing their brothers and sisters down and reaching for the top of their self-made hierarchies. Beyond their questionable nature and moral compasses, they long to find meaning in their lives and put names to the feelings that drive each passing moment. They are insatiable—far too greedy for more knowledge and a supposed understanding of their lives. It's pitiable, really, the way they struggle to find themselves while ravaging their kind through petty wars and conflicts built off of misunderstanding. Humans are complicated, awfully fragile beings. They created words and languages to fill the holes that lived inside their souls, desperate for ways to find meaning in their incredibly short lifespans. They'll waste their entire lives trying to find their so-called passions and reasons for living, acting as if they truly rule the way their lives go, supposed "controllers of their own destiny." Yet, they cannot evade the inevitable visit from death, who stands next to them, ticking the seconds down until their demise.

The Plan
An infinite world couldn’t be real, but if it was, well this would happen. Imagine a world that isn’t covered in water, but an endless atmosphere. Plates of land, named “islands”, float and drift almost aimlessly. There is no sun, stars, roof, or floor; just boundless air in every direction. Light is generated from the movement of air flow. Magical and mystical powers keep islands floating and the world full of fresh entropy. Some of these floating islands drift upwards or downwards or any combination of volatile or patterned velocities. Air flow also follows the same characteristics of islands, which generates the light and heat. In a world with no horizon, the different inhabitants struggle. Beings calling them selves deities across the endless space are countless. If you were to fall off an island, you would inevitably hit another island; if you didn’t die from old age first. Many inhabitants don’t know the land further than their own eye sight or town they grew up in. Almost all inhabitants of islands have supernatural abilities, ranging in ability and skill. Magical abilities are kept individually; and mystical powers are borrowed. Islands float because the land is enchanted by either a magical or mystical crystal. Magical islands are known for vertical variance, while mystical islands are known for vertical stability. The islands rotate around focal points, known as 'the center'. There are many 'the center', but no one knows this yet... Warning: Tagged Mature 18+ for Strong Language, Gore, Violence, and sexual scenes. Google Drive (Click here to open new window) WIP/spoilers
