Day One Hundred and Sixty-Seven.

Verses: "'For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.'"

Romans 8:38-39

Maybe right now, you are really struggling with mental illness, chronic illness, COVID, cancer, or maybe you lost a loved one. Maybe you are struggling with knowing that you are loved. I want you to know that no matter what you are going through: nothing on this Earth will ever be able to separate you from God's love (Romans 8:38-39).

What is so amazing about God's love that no matter what you do, God will always love you (John 3:16). God loves you so much more than we can even imagine (Psalm 136:1). God promised us that He would love us forever (Psalm 136:1). So there is nothing you can do to make God stop loving you (John 3:16). Maybe you haven't felt close to God in a while. The best thing you can do if you want to grow close to God is to seek Him by: reading His word, worshiping Him, listening to Him, and praying to Him. I know you hear me say this all the time but that's because seeking God truly works (Psalm 125:1-2). Because as you seek God, He will draw near to you (Psalm 125:1-2).

What is also so amazing about God's love is God sent His one and only Son to die on the cross FOR YOU (John 3:16). Even if you were the only person on this Earth, God still would have still sent Jesus to die for you because God loves you so much (Psalm 136:1). Not even death could stop God's love FOR YOU (John 3:16). Because Jesus died and He rose from the grave three days later and because of that, now we can have a close relationship with God and go to Heaven when we die. God did all that, FOR YOU (John 3:16)!

So if you are feeling down on yourself, run to Jesus and let God fill you with His love. Because God will love you always (Psalm 136:1), forever (John 3:16), and nothing in this Earth will ever be able to separate you from God's amazing love (Romans 8:38-39).

Prayer:

Dear God,

Lord, I pray that as I seek you through reading your word, worshiping you, listening to you, and pray to you that I build a close and strong relationship with you. I want to know you Lord so I ask that as I seek you that you will fill me with you so I can know you more and be close to you. I want to thank you for your love for me Lord. I ask that you fill me with your love so I know just how much you love me. Because I know that not even death will be able to stop your love for me. So I thank you for your love! I praise you for your goodness, love, mercy, and forgiveness. I praise you for you are so good to me.

I thank you for all my many blessings and for Your Son dying on the cross for me.
