If you go onto the web version of Wattpad, and then go to your demographics, you can see where your readers come from. If you have a high percentages of readers from a certain country, you can look at their time zones and try to find a good time to post a chapter which would mean they could read it straight away.

Another thing you can do is see what times of day and what days gain you the most reads and only update on those days to maximise reads. You can also look at your news feed before you post a chapter and see if any of your usual readers are online (the ones who tend to vote on your work) and if they are you know that you will gain reads almost instantly.
