I wake up to the sunshine shining through the windows, I look over at the time on the table stand which said 7:00.

I get up and did the topical hygiene things then got ready and went down stairs to see everyone up and ready to go.

Everyone looked up and starting coming towards me giving hugs and kisses

" oh my baby, how are you doing " auntie Christopher says

" hey best best " my cousin Layla says

" good morning lil slime " josh said sitting down eating breakfast

" good morning sunshine " grandma says

" good morning everyone, it great to see all of you guys " I say with a genuine smile

" you too baby " auntie said walking back to the kitchen

" anyways y/n, you ridin with me and josh to school ?" Layla asked

" yea " I say picking up a backpack that had my name on it

" ight sayless let's dip " josh said getting up from his seat and grabbing keys

" bye everyone love you " grandma & auntie say

" love you " we say in unison

We got outside and it was sunny and hot, we got into Layla's Jeep but josh was driving.

We started driving and the wind blow through the car giving us summer vibes but summer just ended a few days ago.

We pulled up to the school and it was HUGE, I was definitely gonna get lost.

I looked at the time on my phone and it was 8:10, we were late .

" guys it's 8:10 " I said calmly

We look at each other and ran to the entrance without hesitation.

We got inside and it was way bigger than the outside. [

Layla and josh started walking to their class but I stopped them.

" um guys..my schedule ? " I said

" oh yea, just go to the office right their and tell them your new " they said

" you're not coming with me ? " I ask

" come on y/n we're late we'll give you a little tour some other time " josh says jogging to his class

They walked away.

I brushed it off my shoulder and went inside the office. I went to the front desk and asked for my schedule and they said it would take a minute so i just sat down.

A light skinned boy walked in the office also asking for his schedule I overheard.

" didn't we give you one at the orientation Mr.Williams " the lady said

" that was like a month ago Mrs.Siv " the boy said

She pulled down her glasses and told him " take a seat Mr.williams "

he whispered something but I didn't hear it, I'm guessing he said thank you.

He sat a few seats away from me and also waited. A person came back with our papers. And gestures us to come forward.

" here you go you two " the lady from the front table said

" also Mr.Williams show her the classes she wasn't here for orientation " she said again

We walked out and right always he asked for my name.

" soo what's your name " he asked

" y/n ... y/n y/l/n " I said

" and I figure your name is Williams " I said calmly

" hahaha no. I'm Mikey... Mikey Williams " he said with a little chuckle

We talked all the way till we got to our class, That had already started but they were introducing everyone

" hi, how may I help you ? " the teacher asked

" this is our class ma'am " we say in

unison

" so you guys must be Mikey & y/n ?" The teacher asked

We nodded.

" I won't have to worry about you guys this year do I ? " she asked with a sly smile

" No ma'am " we said laughing

From the corner of my eye I see Mikey staring at me but I just brushed it off. the teacher gestured us to pick a seat.

Their was a group of boys that whispered Mikey's name to sit with them but instead he dapped them up and went to the other side of the room to sit next to me.
