Storm's POV

Tonight we were having a kickback party. Star had people she was cool with coming over, Jahlil, the boy's and of course Josh. Also Heaven is coming from LA. I was very excited to see her and had so much to tell her.

Since the night me and Josh kissed, we've been texting nonstop. We finally exchanged numbers and instantly texted each other. Even FaceTimed. I was no longer shy around him and gotten very comfortable. I wasn't sure if he liked me though. I'm pretty sure he just sees me as a friend. Hey, I'm not complaining though. I'd have him however I can get him.

"Ok girls everything is set. You know the rules Star" her mom points out. She helped us get everything in the basement and got the speaker. She had to go to work so she won't be here.

"Yes mom I know. We won't make a mess and there will be no drinking and no drugs" She says. Her mom nods and walks over to us giving us hugs.

"Alright girls I'll see you tomorrow morning. Be good and call me if you need anything. I'll check in later" she says and we nod hugging her. She leaves and we walk upstairs to the living room and sit down on the couch.

"Are you excited?" She asks and I nod.

"It's gonna be fun. And I love these outfits. We have to take pictures" I say and we get up. We take turns taking pictures and post them.

"Hey I forgot to ask. What up with you and Jalen? I saw people reposting his Live" I say to her and she groans rolling her eyes. We walk down to the basement and wait for people to come.

"Girl don't even get me started on that boy. He gets on my last nerve" She says taking a seat on a high chair. I sit on the couch and give her a confuse look.

"Why do you give him so much attitude lately? You guys were getting along before" I say to her.

"That was before I realized what a pain he was" she says and I think. A big smile then grows on my face.

"You like him!" I say loudly. She gives me a look and looks the other way.

"What are you talking about? No I don't" She mumbles and I run to her and jump.

"Omg you totally like him. Finally Star" she waves me off and leaves. I laugh at her and watch her go.

I knew she liked him. She just didn't want to admit it. As she walks away. I hear a knock at the back door.

"Star! People are here!" I yell and walk towards the door. When I open the door I look up at these group of boys. Man they're tall.

"Uh hi" I say. They are also cute.

"Hey, we are here for Star's party" a tall darkskin one says. He is sooo cute.

"Uh yea. Come in" I say and make room for them to come in. About 15 of them walked in. How does she know all these fine guys but doesn't have a boyfriend? As I close the door, another knock is heard. I open the door and these group of girls are here. They wave at me and walk right past me. Ok....I'll just leave the door open.

People start coming in so I turn the music and colourful lights on. Star comes back with drinks and greet the guest that are here. She then comes to me.

"Hey girl can you do me a favour. Can you take the drinks out the fridge and put them on the counter?" She asks and I nod. She smiles and greets more people. I turn and open the fridge putting the drinks on the counter. As I organized them a pair of arms is wrapped around me. The smell of their cologne fill my nose and I smile. I turn around to meet eyes with Josh.

"Hey beautiful" he says. I love when he calls me that.

"Hi Josh" I look at his outfit and smile nodding.

"I like the outfit" I say to him.

"Gotta always look good for you" He jokes and I push him away.

"Your looking fine though" He rubs his hands. I bite the inside of my cheek. This boy.

"Thank you. Where are your friends?" I question and he points to them around Star and the group of girls. I nod and walk over to them. They are in conversation about who's better in basketball. Josh takes a seat and pulls me down with him so I'm on his lap. I hear the door open again and turn to look. My jaw drops and I yell.

"Heaven!" I rush out of Josh's lap and run towards her. Star looks and runs as well. We run into her arms and hug her.

That gorgeous girl right there is my cousin Heaven. The one and only. Isn't she beautiful? And she has a heart of gold. She's taught me and Star so much growing up. She's about 20 and is a international model.

"My girlies! I missed you both" she says and looks at us. She looks at younger sister and gives her another hug.

"You ok?" She asked her and Star nods.

"Alright now that you are here. It's time to TURN UPPP!" Star yells and everyone cheers. I run to the speaker and turn up the music as Drip or Drown blares on the speaker. Everyone gets up and starts rapping the lyrics. I go on Snapchat and start recording as we all rap. All the girls soon get hype when Twerk by City Girls starts playing. I look at Star and she smirks at me knowing this is my song. I go in the centre and start dancing.

"Go Storm! Ayeeee" Heaven yells causing Star to laugh and slap my butt. I laugh and start to rap my favourite part.

"Look, this sound like Cardi took the stage. This sound like Cardi with the braids. Jermaine Dupri, baby, money ain't a thing. This pussy wild, they should throw it in a cage. See my lifestyle, precise gal

I be dripped up and wiped down, uh I see them hoes lookin' cold, lookin' stiff, uh" I say and shake my ass to the beat. I feel someone come behind and all here is oooo's and ohhhh's. I slightly look back and see Josh holding my waist. I continue to dance until the song changes. I stand up and turn and all the boys were hyping him up. I look at Heaven and she's slightly shocked.
