《Abyssal Attractions ( Yandere creature x reader)》The love of a Monster

" Hoolan," You sobbed. "I'm so scared." You sobbed, shaking as lovingly pulled you into a hug, resting his forehead on the side of your head.
" Shhh Polyp, everything is going to be alright, At most the worst that will happen is I will find no way to bring your leg back." You shook your head at his statement, denying his words.
" No, The last time you thought something was going to go one way it went a different way and almost killed me!" You cried slightly scooting away from him, as far as you could go with only one leg of course.
" Polyp, This is not like venom, this is different." He said, but you did not miss the anxious hint in his tone. You knew he was scared of the same thing. " Don't you want your leg back if I really can give it back?"
You sniffled and nodded. You wanted your leg back so much, You wanted to stretch it and be able to run on the beach again. The only thing you wanted more was to get off this island and away from possessive creatures.
Last night, when he came to his shocking revelation, you did not know what to think, you did not know if it would even be possible for him to regrow your leg, a finger maybe, but surely not the whole leg.
Yet again, a couple of months ago you thought Cthulhu creatures were impossible too. He tilted your head up softly with his hand, making you look into his deep Abyssal eyes.
" Then it is very much worth the try Polyp." He said a small smile on his face. You looked back down and wiped your face with the back of your hand.
" What...What do I do?" You asked timidly, shaking slightly, not as much as before. He leaned down further, looking at you very intensely, and seriously.
" Lay down Polyp, lay down and try your best to relax as much as possible." his voice dropped a few octaves, and a shiver ran down your spine. You looked at him for a minute before looking out in front of you. It was cloudy and might rain later. You took a deep breath and layed down on your back. Feeling the cool sand press into your skin. He watched over you for another minute before crawling a couple of feet away.
You turned your head so he would be in your vision again. He was ten feet away and started to lay down in the sand, but when he looked over at you and saw you looking he layed down with his back turned to you.

You could only watch in horror and maybe even slight fascination as the entire body shuddered, and went still. It was horribly silent for a couple of seconds, the only sound being the waves of the ocean.
Then, one pale long spider leg reached over the body, others following it, pulling up the spider body that you had once grown to love so much, then to hate and then to fear. The creature looked at you from slightly being the body for even more seconds, before crawling over the body and skittering toward you.
You sucked in your breath and looked back up quickly. Only knowing how close it was getting by the sound of his legs. When he got right to your head you clenched your eyes shut, not wanting to look at the cat-sized spider right next to you. You whimpered when one of the legs stroked your chin.
Then, it was all silent. You did not dare open your eyes though. Afraid you would be cursed with everlasting fear if you looked at the form that took the life of your friends once again.
There was a sound much like liquid running, and you gasped as something shot into you through your ear canal. You screeched as you felt the thing run through your head canals until it got to your brain.
The best way you could describe what happened next was, he literally plugged himself into you, then...your body was no longer yours.
You could see and feel what was happening, but you had absolutely no control over your body, you could barely even think. This is what you imagined this would be like, but you were totally unprepared for what came after a couple of seconds.
You were flooded with deep emotions, emotions that weren't yours, Hoolan's emotions. The first one that came to you was a strong protective feeling. The next was surprisingly fear, a lot of fear. Then, you were hit with a strong, unfathomable sense of love.
Love for the girl who so lovingly tended to him when he was brought in, Love for the girl who would talk to him every day as if he was her own kind, Love for the girl who was his, his and no one else's, you. You were his and his alone and he was yours and yours alone.
You watched through your own eyes as your body twitched and convulsed for a second. Then you sat up looked down at your leg, and flipped over unto your stomach.
You couldn't feel any horror because your already cloudy mind was being drowned in foreign emotions. You watched as you lifted your self up off of the ground and started to scramble/hop toward the ocean water. You plunged under the surface but did not feel any coldness from it.

The saltwater did not sting your eyes, and you could see clearly as if you were above the water. You were breathing normally too, breathing in what felt like the purest air.
You swam past the waters of the reef, deeper and deeper along the ocean floor, Watching various wildlife dart out of your way. You swam a long way as the water turned from a light blue to a deep navy. You swam over a drop-off and started descending into the ever-darkening water.
eventually, the water was almost too dark to see anything, and your mind started to shut off. Hoolan must be pushing aside your conscious for what was coming. As you drifted off you felt yourself getting deeper and deeper into the water. The last thing you saw before going into pitch blackness, was pitch blackness.
Back into the Abyss, you go.
- -
When you opened your eyes again, you were not in the dark waters anymore, but back on the beach. You head was canted to the right as you lay on your back.
You just layed there for a moment, letting your body readjust to belonging to you. The storm clouds were gone and the sun was back out. How long were you in the abyss?
The first thing you felt when the feeling came back to you was a small tickle on your right leg. You moved your eyes up and saw a little crab sitting on it. It was not your little crab friend from before, but Hoolan. More shaped like a crab than a spider at the moment.
He sat on your leg about the size of your palm, grabbing at your little leg hairs with his pinchers. It startled you and in reaction, you kicked your leg out.
You saw his little body fly off your leg and tumble through the air, a little high pitched shriek coming from him. He landed into the sand with a little thud. Creating a tiny impact crater in the sand. You gasped and sat up quickly, bringing your hands to your face.
" Oh my gosh, Hoolan I'm so sorry!" You called to him as his little crab figure scuttled through the sand and back to his body. You straightened your back more and pulled your legs closer to your body as you watched him enter the corpse again.
You froze. You had pulled your legs to your body, not leg, legs. You slowly looked down with wide E/C eyes, afraid that if you did there would be nothing there and you were only feeling a phantom limb. You looked down to where your left leg should have been and saw a full leg wrapped in palm leaves.
Your breath hitched in your throat. you tentatively reached out and touched it. It was there, really there!! Your leg was back and you felt absolutely no pain from it whatsoever!
Tears of joy started to well up in your eyes, clouding your vision. You heard steps off to the right and looked over just in time to see Hoolan Lean over and grab your face in his hands, pulling you into a deep kiss. He pulled back as smiled an all teeth grin at you, his eyes sparkling like obsidian.
" It worked Polyp! it really worked!" He said, excitement almost bursting from him like a shook-up soda. You looked back down to your leg, reaching out and touching it again. Hoolan reached out and touched it too.
" When we came back out of the water it was no more than bone, nerves and slight flesh. So I wrapped it up as it finished healing, it took a couple of days, and I will admit I was so worried, But it worked Polyp!!" He cried out.
Days? You had been unconscious for days? how many? You were surprised you weren't freaking out with joy! Your leg was back! It would probably take a bit to learn how to walk on it again but it was back! maybe it was because your mind was still just a tiny bit under the water.
You noticed Hoolan taking the wrappings off. Revealing a healthy S/C leg underneath. You looked up at Hoolan as his hand stroked your delicate skin with such care.
You still kind of felt those emotions of his, the ones you felt when he controlled you. You could not stop thinking about how much fear and love for you he had in him.
Your eyes met his, and you were surprised to see that he was crying. Crying and even actually sobbing a little bit. You knew they were tears of joy, but it still got to you.
You did not know why maybe it was those emotions still in you or the tears that you thought a monster like him could never shed. Giving your leg back did not justify all that he had done to you and others, and you were going to make sure he knew it. For now though, you decided to show him a little bit of gratitude.
You leaned over and kissed him.

The Choice is Not Yours
Author's Note: (As of November 20, 2021) I rewrote all the chapters perhaps more than a year ago, but haven't announced that I did so. Because that kind of announcement would include something along the lines of, "I'm working on the story so expect new chapters!" But the truth is, I lack motivation to do anything. And I would hate myself if I broke a promise. I'm extremely sorry if you have been patiently waiting for uploads. These days, I've been studying, not well, but studying somewhat. I will definitely bring more to show, with regular uploads. If not this story then there's another story I've been writing that's really exciting to me. It's not exactly similar to this story since it has a male lead and he is a baneful asshole with even less morals. I hope you'll like it when it comes to existence. And I'll leave my announcement off with the aforementioned promise. Meet Amber, a tomboyish, unstable, and cheeky lass who likes to keep to herself. According to her, she'll live the rest of her life on auto-pilot mode, awhile holding onto the few things that make her remotely happy. However, she forgot that people never really leave you alone, be it humans or even the Gods. And exactly that happens, ending her monotonous life on such the Gods' whim. But at what cost to her? Will she be able to hold onto the things she holds dear? Or will she fail miserably and lose herself in the process? That's what the Gods want to know. Disclaimer: I do not own the cover photo.Warning: If you are easily triggered, I am not writing this novel for you.
