Thoughts come together in my mind
to create a story I wish could happen in time,
but when things don't work out
I always seem to get let down.
I know it's out of my control
but the thoughts continue to roll
as I keep making up things that aren't real
and sadly, reality is not ideal
So I keep wishing for something to happen
even though I'm always left saddened.
