《Neko Yandere X Reader》Chapter 4

Class was finally over after a long hour of class. I can't even remember what I was being taught as I almost fell asleep twice. Mother is going to kill me if my grades are bad again. I sigh as I stand out of my chair as I start to pack away my things, noticing that Asumi had already finished packing and was standing there waiting for me.
"It's okay Asumi, you don't have to wait, you can go to break if you want." I say politely with a warm smile and once again, Asumi smiles in return.
"It's okay! I don't mind waiting for -" She never finished her sentence as she got caught up in the whisper between the girls at the front of the class as they slowly packed away their things, staring to the door.
"Something wrong?" I ask as I zip up my bag, picking it up by the strap and swinging it around my shoulders. Asumi squeals and begins to bounce on the spot like a small child.
"It's him!" She squeaks, her eyes slamming shut as her smile grows further up her face. She begins to blush madly as she opens her eyes, looking at the door then shooting her glance my way.
"He's here for you!" She states cheerfully. I raise a brown in confusion, tilting my head to her. She notices my expression and giggles, grabbing my arm and dragging me closer to her, pointing in the direction of the door. Standing there was someone I did not expect to see. It was Takuya.
What's he doing here? I think to myself as I stare blankly at the door, but Im suddenly snapped out of my daze when I feel a force applied against my back. Asumi was pushing me towards the door.
"What are you doing?!" I whisper yell, loudly enough for her to hear my distress but quiet enough that nobody else could.

"He's here for you, go get him!" She laughs, giving me a hard push. I stumble forward and trip, falling to the floor. I close my eyes as I brace for impact of the hard ground but instead I feel arms wrap around me as they catch me before I could make contact with the floor. I flutter my eyes open slowly but soon open them wide as I realise I never hit the ground. I turn my head just enough to see who had caught me, it's was Takuya. He smirks as he lifts my body back to my feet.
"Thank you Takuya." I smile awkwardly as he gives me nod. However, we hear a small giggle come from Asumi behind me. Takuya's eyes shoot in her direction as his smirk drops into an emotionless expression. But of course, Asumi wouldn't see this due to his hood, to her, he is probably still looking at me. I watch as his feature changes into a frown. His eyes shining in the light, but then something happened. His eyes. I watched them intently and he continues to stare. Did they just?! I widen my eyelids in shock. Did his eyes just change colour?! I was certain his eyes had changed from a dark brown to a fiery orange. I gasp a little, Takuya's attention instantly returns to me. His eyes returning to brown. He notices my shocked expression and his frown instantly turns to a smirk as he grabs my wrist and pulls me out the door. I flail my free hand behind me as a wave to Asumi as I'm pulled down the hall by Takuya. He eventually starts to slow once the hallways become empty.
"Why did you come to meet me Takuya?" I ask with a slightly shy tone. I thought it was wrong for me to question a nice gesture but I wanted to know why.

"Would you rather I didn't?" He replies with a deep, stern tone, causing me to shake my head.
"No, Im happy you did, I just wanted to know why, that's all." I answer in my defence but Takuya doesn't answer, he only nods. His hair bouncing under his hood.
As we walked to no where in particular, I began to think over what happened in class with his eyes. I was sure I saw them change.
"Can I ask you something?"
What's going on? Why can't I get this one out of my head. I'm able to ignore everybody else. Why can't I do the same to her? I think to myself as I walk down the hall. Walking past classrooms as I pick up all their minds.
I mean, I can read everybody else's minds, but not hers. Maybe that's why I'm so drawn to her, because of the fact I cannot read her mind...
I finally reach my destination at [Name]'s classroom, luckily she was still inside. As I stand in the doorway, I hear the whisper and tiny squeaks of the girls as they point in my direction. It made me sick. Maybe that's another reason I was drawn to [Name]. She doesn't act the same as the other girls around me. I scoff as I think of everyone else's behaviour. It made me sick. The temptation to devour everyone one of them was very strong, but I had to ignore it.
As I continue to think, I notice [Name] being forced towards me. For some unknown reason, this made me feel angry. To see somebody else touch her. It burned my insides. As I focus on my anger, I suddenly realise [Name] was falling. I waste no time wrapping my arms around her to catch her. She turns her head to smile at me, so I help her back up to her feet. She thanks me but all I could do was nod. I refuse to speak in front of low life humans like the people in her class. Although she herself was human, that didn't seem to bother me.
A giggle suddenly comes from behind her. The very sound makes my stomach churn. I glare at the source of the sound as I watch her pulse pump in her neck. I wanted to drive my fangs into her jugular and rip out her throat, but I could not do that. Not with [Name] here.
As I stare at the girls flesh, I start to feel hungry, which wasn't a good sign. Whenever I was hungry, my body would start to change in stages. Starting with my eyes. I tried the prevent it but I was obviously not quick enough as I hear [Name] gasp. I turn my attention to her, luckily this causes my eyes to return to normal. I pray she did not see. With nothing to say, I grasp her wrist and drag her out of the room, down a hallway.
She begins to ask me why I met her at her classroom. But if I'm honest, I didn't know the answer myself. I was just driven to it, like I had no control over my legs and they just walked me to her class. I felt a certain way around her. I was told by my mother that this was called 'Imprinting'. But I do not believe such a thing could happen between something like me and a human. It cannot be possible.
"Can I ask you something?" She says with an awkward voice as she stops walking, turning to face me.
