《Love me | Yandere x Reader》2. Chapter

I groaned in discomfort when the sun shined directly on my closed eyelids. I tried to block the sun by putting my hand over my eyes, but it only woke me further from my slumber. I gave up, and opened my eyes. I sit up to see Jessica's bed empty. I did my morning routine and went downstairs.
Jessica was in the kitchen drinking coffee and eating. I poured hot (coffee/tea) for myself and sat with Jessica.
"Good morning (Y/n)" Jessica smiled happily.
"Good morning" I yawned and made a sandwich for my self.
"You wanna go to town today?" Jessica questioned me.
"Yeah, sure. We still have a lot places to go" I answered while taking a bite of my sandwich.
We ate and took our time getting ready. Again, I was waiting for a certain someone in the living room. I could have watched the TV, but I had something on my mind. School. What it would be like? How are the teachers like? What about the other students? I couldn't help but be anxious. The college we would attend with Jessica was fairly big. And expensive. I had to save money for it so many years and still it was way out of my reach. My mother paid half, and I the rest. Its not like we were poor or something, but we weren't exactly rich either. My mother is a lawyer, so I guess she makes above average pay.
My mother had raised me and my little sister alone. Our father abandoned us when I was 3 or 4. My little sister Amy is two years younger than me. I took care of her when we were younger, because our mother had hard time working. Maybe not the ideal childhood, but I don't really care anymore. Amy is 16 and pretty much able to take care of herself while mom is at work, so basically everything is fine now.
I was interrupted from my thoughts when Jessica came downstairs. She disappeared to the front door with a 'lets go'. I followed her suit and we left to another trip on the town.
We were walking in the park to pass the time. The weather was really nice. The sun was shining and warming everything under it, while there was a cooling breeze. Suddenly, I felt a gentle tap on my shoulder, so I turned around to see who it was. Andrew.
"And we see again, (Y/n)" he smiled at me.
"Oh, hello again Andrew" I greeted and smiled politely. Jessica stared at me, clearly trying to say 'I told you' referring to our conversation after the cafe yesterday.
"My name is Jessica. I'm (Y/n)'s best friend" Jessica introduced herself, while replacing her smirk with a closed eye smile. Andrew slowly looked at her and turned back to me.

"So this is your friend from yesterday?" he asked me. Wasn't it a bit rude to just basically ignore her like that? Besides, isn't it obvious? Do I look like I have friends? Well I kinda do have, but I'd rather call them acquaintances.
"Yes she is, Jessica, this is Andrew. The guy I tripped in the cafe yesterday" I turn to Jessica. Now, she obviously knows who this is, but I didn't want to leave her out of this.
"Are you two new here? I haven't seen you around, and you seem like you have just moved here" Andrew clearly understood, because he looked at Jessica too while asking this.
"Actually yes, well, kind of. We are starting college here so we wanted to come see the new town before it starts" I reply when Jessica kept quiet. She wasn't offended, she just wished for me to do the talking, probably in the hopes that Andrew and I become 'a thing'.
"Really? I'm starting college here too. But I do actually live here" I could see a hint of excitement in his black eyes.
"Well, what were you two doing anyways?" He asks changing the subject. I look at Jessica, and she just smiled at me reassuringly.
"Well, nothing in particular to be honest. Just wondering around, trying to figure the town out" I answered carefully. Who knows what kind of freak this guy could be. First being a nice boy who you spend some time with, and the next thing you know you are in some shady alley in so tiny little peaces, that they don't recognize you from drunk mans vomit.
"Well then, care if I join you? I know this town pretty well and I have no plans anyway" The previous thought about getting murdered was clear as water in my head now, so I was a bit scared to answer. I glanced over at Jessica for help.
She nods at Andrew before saying, "yeah we'd love it! You can show us the town and places you like to visit, right?"
Andrew just smiles and nods at her "sure".
I saw (Y/n) being a little reluctant, but luckily her friend answered for her. I couldn't help but smile at her. Since yesterday, when I saw (Y/n) enter the cafe, my eyes were glued on her. She was so beautiful. I just had to follow her when she was taking the tray away. I fell all on myself when her small form hit me. At least I got to talk to her.
We started walking around. The conversation was mainly focused on me and (Y/n). Jessica did take part on it, but she just asked some questions about me and made (Y/n) talk. At first something seemed to bother (Y/n), but after a while she seemed to forget what ever it was.

We continued to walk and talk for a few hours when the girls got hungry. I ate at home before I decided to take a walk around the park, so I would have been fine. Even so, we started to think where to go to eat.
"(Y/n), is there something you would like to have? I don't care as long as it fills me up" Jessica asked the (h/c) haired girl.
"Nothing in particular. Andrew, can you show us where you like to eat?" (Y/n) directed her attention to me. Only place I could think of was the cafe we visited yesterday. I like it since its very quiet.
"Well, usually I go to the same cafe we met at. But there is some fast food places too" its true, there are some, but I don't usually visit them.
"The cafe sounds great, is it somewhere close?" (Y/n) asks looking around. I inwardly sigh out of relieve, and nod. We start walking at the cafe, while talking about food.
Soon enough, we arrive at the coffee place and step inside.
I look around the small cafe. I really understand why Andrew likes it so much. Its small, but spacious, quiet and nicely furnished. We all choose something and Andrew showed us his regular table. I seated next to Jessica, and Andrew across me. We kept on talking about this and that, when Jessica suddenly asked if Andrew was interested in me. We both looked at her shocked, because it came literally out of the blue. She just smiled innocently at Andrew, ignoring my furious glare. This is the reason why she is single. She is so straight-forward with these things. So Jessica usually scares every boy away from her.
"W-what?" Andrew stuttered out.
I swear to god if she just-
"I was just thinking, since you don't really know us, and still you are sitting at late lunch with us" she explained, interrupting my thought.
"Yeah, well he could have other reasons too, like.. Like he wants to make friends or, or he is..." I try to save myself, but clearly dig my grave deeper.
"Or he is..?" Jessica tried to make me continue. I was panicking and tried to come up with the most normal thing to continue the sentence with.
"L-lonely, yeah, or he is lonely" I stutter out before realizing how insulting it was.
Good job (Y/n), f*****g nailed it.
I start to seriously panic before Andrew starts laughing. He looks like he wasn't offended at all. No, he looked like it was funny, so should I play it off as a joke too..?
"(Y/n), you look like you just spitted the first and safest thing that came in mind. Not that I blame you, I guess it is quite weird, huh?" Andrew said, now looking like he was thinking why he actually spent time with us. Well, I'm glad he doesn't seem to be insulted.
"Well, truth to be told, I'm not so sure myself. I guess I just had nothing better to do today" he runs his hand through his dark hair, closing his eyes. I sigh internally, so happy I could scream.
"Yeah? But that doesn't really answer my question. At all" Jessica refused to drop the subject. I glare holes at her innocently smiling face.
"Oh! Would you look at that- That dog, yes, isn't it cute?!" I pointed trough the window, there was a German shepherd walking with a middle aged man. Both of my friends looked at the direction I pointed. Great save. Just awesome. A true goddamn lifesaver.
"Actually, I have a dog too" Andrew was clearly relived for my miserable attempt to direct the attention elsewhere.
"Oh? What kind of dog? Is he -or she- cute too" there was just no way in hell Ill let this chance to slip trough my fingers.
"Its a boy. He's name is Dexter and he is a Dobermann. Wait, I might have a photo of him" Andrew takes his phone out and starts to look for the picture.
"Good one" Jessica whispers in my ear, giving up.
Wait! Did it really work?! I was sure it was helpless attempt. Well, actually it was.
"Here, found it" Andrew shows me a photo of the dog, and I had to admit, he was adorable. After that, we started talking about dogs, and forgot the awkward situation which I managed just barely avoid.
Time flew by and it was time for us to head back at Jessica's aunts place. Andrew walked with us for some of the way.
"Hey (Y/n), I was thinking, could I get your number?" Andrew stopped and asked suddenly. I didn't have a reason not to, so I gave him my number. I really enjoyed his company, and he seemed trustworthy enough.
"Thanks, Ill message you when I have time to hang out again. Well, have a safe walk, my turn is here" Andrew waved us off and left the other direction. When he was out of sight I started walking towards Jessica, who was a little ahead of me. When I reached her I started scolding her. She just brushed it off, saying she did a favor for me.

Anti-Hero: Journey of Fear
There is a story where the hero makes friends, completes quests, and saves the world. This is NOT that story. In the VR world of Fate: Experience Acute Realism, the main character cuts his way through both the players and NPCs alike. This story takes a close look at how a true full immersion VR would be played. The setting is an open VR world where the players struggle to survive with a lack of knowledge and the NPCs panic in regards to the Travelers invading their world. The anti-hero of this story is cold and calculating. Sparing no one from his reign of terror he gives into occasional bouts of kindness before he is forced back on the path of blood and tears. For where there is a hero who seeks to bring people together to help the world move forward, there is an anti-hero who brings people together to seize the world for himself. WARNING: This story contains extreme violence, in every single chapter. This story contains references to sex, but no explicit scenes. This story has light to mild swearing. My chapters normally range from 4,000 to 5,000 words. This story does not contain happy endings, middles, or even beginnings.

Suddenly, a succubus
The protagonist is a personality like an iceberg: introspective, asocial and completely uninterested in the world and its people beyond necessity. Approaching ships beware! A succubus, on the other hand, lives for desire and interaction, playing mortal hearts like a fiddle. These clearly mix like oil and water, so what do you get when you combine them? This is a story of that kind of emulsion. *** Completed with 62 chapters + epilogue (total of 111k words). *** This novel is bit of an experiment for me. I haven't written fiction before, for one. I also chose a character context that I normally wouldn't, and let the characters drive the story, especially in the beginning. Overall the main focus will be the main character's own story rather than the events of the world. The setting itself uses many familiar fantasy elements, though I plan to add my own twists. Note that I'm not really planning to write any steamy scenes, despite the said character context being literal demons of lust and all. There are of course jokes and scenes that skirt around the subject, but this is not a romance story of any kind. So, is it a mess? Probably. But I hope it's an entertaining one at that.

The Hellish Incursion Part I: Demon Dogs Conspiracy
When one journey starts, there is always one with a different path. Lilac Rezmirn thought that she would lead a dull life while waiting for her brother, Hans Rezmirn, to return with the glory and fame for being one of the pioneers who discovered a new land. However, she did not expect her life to follow a different adventure. Her fate was set when she met a lupine stranger who didn't look and act like a typical Lycan. She soon found that this lupine stranger, who had limited knowledge of her language, was in fact a hellhound, a humanoid lupine dweller of the Underworld in the Hollow Earth. Meeting the hellhound proved to be the start of her adventure. She met companions along the way, and she slowly discovered that the hellhound she met was involved in something sinister, which would undoubtedly changed the Continent of Ternor forever. This is the story of Lilac Rezmirn, sister of Hans Rezmirn, and Ifrit Schelkz, the lupine hellhound from the Underworld. The Hellish Incursion is a spin-off story set in Ternor which started several weeks after Hans and his friends reached Main Continent. It is part of the same continuity with 'Light Bane', but can be enjoyed without referring to the other series other than knowing who Hans Rezmirn is.
