Mirabel dumped a few pieces of the vision on her desk and looked at them.
"You don't actually think you're the reason the magic is fading do you?" (Y/n) asked him.
"Why else would I be in his vision?"
"Well, maybe you're saving the magic?" She suggested.
Mirabel gave her a skeptical look.
"What? Don't look at me like that just because I think you're a good person." She defended. "I know you'd never do anything to hurt your family, and you know it too."
Mirabel cracked a small smile. "Thanks (Y/n)." She turned back to the pieces, (Y/n) looking over her shoulder. "Why am I in your vision Bruno?" She whispered.
Suddenly, thunder boomed behind them and the two gasped and turned around to see Pepa standing in the doorway with a thundercloud above her head.
"Tía, jeez." Mirabel sighed.
"Sorry. Sorry, I didn't mean to...Shoo, shoo, shoo!" She grunted, pushing the cloud out of the room.
"I just wanted to get the last of Toñito's things, and then I heard the name we do not speak." She explained, as another cloud appeared above her head.
"Great. Now I'm thundering. And that thunder will lead to a drizzle, and a drizzle will lead to a sprinkle..." she panicked, before taking a deep breath. "Clear skies, clear skies. Clear skies."
Mirabel looked at (Y/n) who nudged her shoulder and gestured to her aunt.
"Tía Pepa? If Bru..." she paused when she saw a rain cloud appear above Pepa's head. "If he had a vision about someone, what would it mean for them?"
"We don't talk about Bruno." She reminded him.
"I know. It's just, hypothetically, if he saw you."
"Mirabel, please, we need to get ready for the Guzmáns." Pepa said, shooing away her cloud.

"I just wanna know if it was generally positive or, like, less positive..."
"It was a nightmare!" Félix shouted, bursting into the room.
"Félix!" Pepa scolded.
"Hey, they need to know, Pepi, they need to know."
"We don't talk about Bruno." She said.
"He would see something terrible. And then...boom! It would happen."
"We don't talk about Bruno!"
"What if you didn't understand what he saw?" (Y/n) suggested.
"The you better figure it out because it was coming for you!" He warned.
Pepa cut in between them.
Félix pulled Pepa in by her waist and the two started dancing.
They were know outside in flash back and Pepa and Félix were in wedding clothes.
A figure in a hood approached and put his fingers together and smiled evilly.
A boom of thunder sounded through the air as the sky got darker.
Pepa stormed away, but Félix grabbed her arm.
Félix opened an umbrella as it started to rain.
A huge gust of wind blew behind Mirabel and (Y/n), pushing them slightly.
People around them opened their umbrellas and the gust of wind blew them away.
Félix grabbed Mirabel and (Y/n)'s hands and twirled them around.
...
They were now at the bottom level of the house.
Dolores was right in front of their faces.
She stuck her ears out to listen for something.
Dolores, Mirabel, and (Y/n) danced and walked together.
Mirabel and (Y/n) tried to walk away, but Dolores grabbed their arms and swung the two back around.
...
They were now with Camilo, who had shifted into a very creepy version of Bruno.
Camilo danced with some rats, and changed back into himself.
He turned back into Bruno, as a hole opened up below the two and they fell down it and landed next to Camilo.

...
The two made their way through a tunnel passing Pepa's family, until they ended back at the village
A woman came up to them holding a goldfish bowl.
Woman: "He told me my fish would die, the next day, dead!"
The fish in her bowl turned upside down and white.
Chorus: "No, No!"
Another man came up to them.
Man: "He told me I'd grow a gut, and just like he said!"
His belly inflated, breaking the bottom button of his shirt.
Chorus: "No! No!"
The priest came up to them next.
Priest: "He said that all my hair would disappear now look at my head!"
He pulled off his toupee to reveal is bald head.
Chorus: "No, no. Your fate is sealed when your prophecy is read!"
...
They were now back in the house, and Isaiah was being lowered down from the ceiling by his vines.
Isaiah glanced at (Y/n) while Mirabel looked at him with a bored expression.
He slipped off his vines when he reached the ground and posed dramatically to show off to a certain girl.
...
Dolores looked from the upper level at the approaching woman with sadness.
Isaiah was below her growing flowers.
Isaiah spotted his sister and frowned.
He glared at her, before looking over at (Y/n). His gaze softened and he suddenly grabbed her hand and pulled her away.
Mirabel glared after him.
Camilo shifted into Mariana and laughed.
Everyone started setting the dinner table.
...
Mirabel and (Y/n) stopped outside Luisa's fading door.
They looked down and saw Luisa struggling to lift a flower pot.
Mirabel entered her room and threw the vision pieces onto her desk and started putting them together.
Mirabel finished putting the vision together.
The vision had Mirabel standing in front of the house, which had a bunch of cracks in it.
...
Mirabel panted in shock and fear at what she was seeing when there was a sudden knock on her door, and her father entered.
"Mira-boo! Got your party pants on? 'Cause I..." Agustín paused when he saw the vision.
Mirabel and Casita tried to hide it but it was too late. Augutín had his mouth wide open and his eyes flickered from the vision to her daughter.
"I...broke into Bruno's tower with (Y/n). We found his last vision. The family's in trouble. The magic is dying. The house is breaking. Luisa's Gift is fading. And I think it's all because of...me?" She awkwardly shrugged.
Agustín still hasn't said anything, and just walked towards the vision.
"Pá?" Mirabel asked cautiously.
In the distance, they could hear the ringing of the doorbell.
"We say nothing. Abuela wants tonight to be perfect." He grabbed all the pieces and shoved them into his pockets. "Until the Guzmáns leave, you did not breaking not Bruno's tower. The magic is not dying. The house is not breaking. Luisa's Gift is not fading."
He brought Mirabel over to the door and grabbed her shoulders. "No one will know. Just act normal. No one has to know." He whispered.
The door quietly opened, and they heard a squeak.
They slowly turned their heads and saw that Dolores was standing by the railing across the house.
"I know." She whispered and squeaked again before rushing off.
"She's gonna tell everyone." Mirabel sighed.
"Time to eat!" Abuela called.
"Miercoles." Agustín whispered.

Starlight Antiquities
There is a place in the galaxy that deals in antiquities of all kinds, human and non-human alike. Its inventory of artifacts is colossal as is its inventory of mercs who they hire to acquire any artifact a client may wish that is yet to come into their possession. The ill-reputable business is constantly rubbing against the changing tolerance of the Union's government, and there are many security officers who would love nothing better than to vaporize the whole place with its owners inside. Yet, there are many tasks that nobody can do better, especially in the vastness of deep space where Union law is worth less than the energy needed to display it. One of its jobs involves finding an artifact that may not only hold the future of the human race but may also disturb the balance of the whole galaxy. *** While waiting for the next season of Mandalorian and the Witcher, and rewatching Firefly for the gazillionth of time, I decided to write this space-based series. The series has some litRPG elements in it, but it does not read like one. So, you won't run into any blue screens here. Yet, I wanted to use litRPG to give another dimension to this whole story and make it as unique as possible. This is a work-in-progress. Hope to keep on improving and fixing my mistakes as I go along.
