《As You Wish : Loki Fanfic》Mistakes Were Made

The next few hours were a blur. We had to wait until the coast guard came to the tanker to get a ride back with them. We were then questioned for hours until Colonel Rhodes decided to show up and explain what happened. With the Presidents word, we were released. After that, I had to go to the hospital to get my arm looked at. Tony apologized again for shooting me as the nurse was cleaning the wound. Luckily, I only needed a few stitches. The burn on my had, however, took longer. They had to call the burn unit and get all the burnt skin cleaned out. It hurt like a bitch.
We finally got back to the tower around three am. I immediately went to my room to take a shower and get out of my dirty and burnt clothes. When I was clean and in fresh clothes, I brushed my hair and teeth before sitting on my bed. I let out a loud sigh and reached for my necklace.
"Loki..." I called into the empty room. He appeared in front of me in a flash of green light.
"Are you alright? What happened?" Loki asked and lifted my chin.
"Nothing, I'm ok." I chuckled and pushed his hand away. He looked me over and grabbed my arm.
"Obviously not." He said and gestured to my wound.
"It's just a scratch." I rolled my eyes, but kept smiling.
"And this?" Loki asked and held up my bandaged hand. I tried to pull it from his grasp, but he held onto it firmly as he stared me down.
"It's just a small burn. Smaller than a dime." I told him. Loki's brows furrowed in confusion until I remembered that he didn't know what a dime was. "It's really, really small. Like, barely noticeable, small." I explained. "And that's the worst of it. Everything else is just bumps and bruises."

Loki looked my body over one last time before hugging me with a sigh.
"It took all my willpower not to go to you." He told me. "I could feel how scared you were." Loki leaned down and kissed the top of my head.
"But you kept your promise." I muttered into his chest.
"I did." Loki confirmed. "And it was the hardest thing I've ever had to do." He said as he pulled back to look at me. His hand went to my cheek as I looked up at him. His thumb stroked over my cheek before he leaned down and kissed me. I hummed into the kiss and wrapped my arms around him. "Are you going to tell me what happened?" Loki asked when he pulled away from the kiss.
"Tomorrow." I mumbled. "I'm too tired right now."
Loki sighed before standing up fully and looking around.
"Kitten..." he said slowly. "We're in the tower."
"Uhm, ya..." I started at his worried expression. "What's wron-" I stopped myself and jumped up. We left the tower and I didn't bring him back in. Which meant that JARVIS was alerting Tony that Loki was in the tower. I had just enough time to realize that I fucked up before my door was kicked down. In the doorway stood Tony in his Ironman suit. A very angry Tony in his Ironman suit. Loki moved in front of me as Tony raised his palm.
"Ah, Reindeer games. I would say it's good to see you again, but it's not." Tony said. "Let Sammee go." He demanded. Loki raised his hands in surrender and nodded.
"Alright, you caught me. I'll let her go." Loki said smugly. "Not like I can't get to her again." He taunted. "Any time I want, really."

I furrowed my brows at Loki. I was confused and a little hurt by what he was saying.
"Sammee," Tony called out to me. "Do me a favor and teleport behind me."
"Go ahead, Sammee." Loki said sarcastically. The way he said my name sent chills down my spine and not in a good way. It took by brain longer than it should have to figure out what he was doing. It had been too long of a day. He was trying to pin the blame completely on himself.
"No, you don't talk to her. I've already told you that once before." Tony told him and charged up his palm. Loki lowered his hands and summoned his daggers.
"Stop! Stop!" I said and teleported between the two. "Tony, stop. Please?" I begged. Loki reached out for me and I snapped my head toward him. "Stay, Mischief!" I demanded. Loki froze and looked between me and Tony. He was debating on ignoring me completely.
"Mischief?" Tony asked and then scoffed. "The cat... you were the cat." Tony said in realization. "You were in the tower the entire goddamn time." He laughed dryly. I gave Loki one last look before turning back to Tony.
"He's the one who healed me. He kept me alive when the kid shot me. He kept me alive on Asgard. I would be dead if it wasn't for him." I explained.
"And thousands of people are dead because of him!" Tony countered and tried to aim around me. I stepped in front of his shot again.
"No, Tony, it wasn't him." I said as my voice started to shake. "It was the scepter. It had influence over his mind, just as it did Clint."
"And what, did your other worldly knowledge tell you that bullshit, or was it him?" Tony seethed and gestured to Loki with his palm still out.
"Both." I told him and bit my lip to keep it from shaking.
"I swear to God, Reindeer games, if you're doing your little witchy voodoo stuff on her-"
"He's not controlling me, Tony!"
"One way to find out." Tony mumbled and stepped forward to push me aside.
"Enough!" I yelled and felt the Aether flare to life. Tony's suit disassembled and fell piece by piece at his feet. He stared, wide eyed. "He's never once hurt me. Loki's been in the tower since day one and hasn't tried anything. He could have hurt all of you, but he didn't, and he won't ." I told Tony.
"That's still debatable, Kitten." Loki said from behind me. I quickly sent him a glare over my shoulder.
"He won't." I told him sternly before turning back to Tony. "You've trusted me before. You've even trusted me with Pepper's life. Please..." I begged. "Please trust me with this."
Tony slowly tore his eyes away from his suit and looked at me. He was shaking in anger, but yet eerily calm.
"Get out."
Tears fell down my cheeks as I watched him. I was stunned into silence for a moment.
"Tony-"
"I want you out of my tower." Tony said lowly. "Just looking at you makes me sick."
I couldn't look away from his eyes. They were completely cold.
"Stark, you can't just make her leave. She doesn't have anyone to-" I put my hand on Loki's shoulder to stop him before looking back at Tony and nodding.
"Alright," I told him. "I'll leave."

The chill seeming to stab the nerves in his bottom. Noticing blood droplets splash into the water below him, he felt a familiar sting reach his eyes and his vision faded like the frost covered window beside him. He saw a dull pair of scissors on the sink to his right and decided to get to work.Update: I deleted some of the extremely detailed descriptions in the first chapter because the goal of the chapter wasn't really to gross people out. It was to show detail to what triggered Kyrie to do what he did.
