Y/n's pov
I really couldn't sleep. Even though i was tired the thoughts always came rushing to my mind. That video of me, kept replaying in my head.
Thanks to the boys i had a good distraction which made me feel better. I was happy even though it was just for a brief moment.
"You awake?" I heard a soft voice.
I turned to the other side of the bed and saw Taehyung standing near the door frame.
He definitely looked like a different person from the Taehyung i met in college. He always dressed up like a nerd and right now all he wears is formal.
All this time i found him cute but after seeing this different version of him. He looked like a snack.
"Does it looks like I'm sleeping?" I raised an eyebrow.
"Could have said yes or no." He shrugged his shoulders and came inside the room. He made himself comfortable on the chair beside me.
"You feeling good?" He asked.
"Yeah." I lied.
"When will you understand everytime i say don't lie to me means you shouldn't."
"Well if you always know then why bother asking." I answered.
"Was it necessary to hurt yourself y/n?" Taehyung asked.
"If it made me feel better back then, then yes."
"Y/n that is insane! You can't do that! You could have died due to blood loss! What if I and Jimin would have never found where you were! Something really bad could have happened!" He argued.
"WELL THEN IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IF I DIED!!" I yelled in return.
"Y/n." His voice turned into a soft one this time.
"This is not what your dad would have wanted for you. He wants you to grow up, get graduated, get a job, be the woman you are supposed to be."

"I know. But i-i felt lonely. I was s-scared, i still am. I didn't knew w-where to go. That is the only way i have been d-dealing with my issues." I started to tear up.
"No no no. Please don't." Taehyung said as he sat on the bed and pulled me into his chest.
I wrapped my hands around his waist and kept crying. He patted my back slowly, trying to make me calm down.
"Shh it's gonna be alright. You will be fine. I'm here right now. No one's gonna harm you. I will make that Jackson pay for what he did. You don't have to worry about anything. So stop hurting yourself."
I broke the hug and looked into his eyes. His arms were still hanging around my waist. It seemed like he didn't intended to let go.
"Really?" I asked.
"Yeah everything will be fine. All you have to do is rest, eat, go to college. All i will ask is to not be alone when you go out. Sounds good?" He asked.
I nodded my head in response. Listening to him like a kid. Afterall, all he wanted was for me to be safe.
"Thank you Taehyung." I smiled.
"Now be a good girl and eat something. Come on everyone are waiting outside to have lunch with you." Taehyung said while wiping the tears off my face.

Author's pov
You came in the living room and saw everyone were sitting in their chairs. It was a huge dining table, but everyone sat closer to each other.
You decided to sit in between Jimin and Jungkook, whereas Taehyung sat in front of you.
Soon the maids brought the lunch and started serving it in everyone's plate.
"Eat up y/n." Mr. Kim smiled.

You looked at the others and saw how they already started eating like pigs. You didn't waste a single moment and started eating the delicious food placed in front of you.
"How are you liking this place till now?" Mr. Kim asked you.
"It's really nice. I feel like I'm home." You answered honestly.
"The boys aren't disturbing you right? If they do anything to you, come and tell me right away." He spoke in a fatherly tone, which made you chuckle.
"No. They are really good, especially Jungkook and Jimin." You replied.
You continued eating when you felt someone throwing daggers towards you. When you looked up it was Taehyung sending you glares, but the moment you made eye contact he looked away shyly.
"Jungkook is an awesome kid no doubt about it. But Jimin? I heard he is a super flirt." Mr. Kim said.
You found it really funny how three of them had their mouth shut, they didn't dare to speak in between.
"Well Ajusshi, Jimin flirts sometimes but he is a great friend. I like him." You told him.
"See sir, once a great guy, always a great guy. Right baby." Jimin said looking towards you and gave you a wink.
"You better don't flirt with my daughter or I'm gonna smash your head on this table." Mr. Kim glared at Jimin.
You laughed at their conversation. They really did make you feel comfortable. It felt like family.

"Taehyung come with me. I have something to talk about." Mr. Kim said.
"Yes appa. What is it?"
"I don't think she is safe here anymore. The ones who planned to come after y/n because she is Lee Sang-Hoon's daughter, were taken down by me. All they want is revenge." Mr. Kim explained.
"I understand appa. What do i have to do now?"
"What we planned to do at first place if things go side ways."
