EPISODE 48
Ace and Mike got out of the car and Ace stared at the numbers of cars inside the parking lot and smirked.
The students sure we're trying to show off and compete with each other.
He shook his head and started walking out of the parking lot with Mike trailing closely behind him.
The auditorium was filled to the brim both by the students and their guardians. Ace scanned the place with his eyes, searching for a certain golden hair girl.
Immediately he saw her talking and laughing with Anitra Steele and Talia. His jaw clenched and he balled his hand into a fist.
He doesn't want Anitra near her.
"Hey mate." Liam said, coming out of nowhere. Ace stopped looking at Catherine and glanced at Liam.
"What made you come late?" He questioned and Liam chuckled.
" My fairy godmother doesn't want me to leave the house, '" Liam responded with a cheerful smile on his face.
Ace turned back his attention to Catherine, his eyes staring at her thoroughly. Her golden hair cascading freely down her back. She was wearing a knee length black dress that has a deep v neck, you could see her breasts up close.
That fucker Anitra must have been taking a glimpse without her knowing.
She looked ethereal, like a goddess. She looked unreal.
For once in a long time he wanted to hold her in his arms again even if it was the last time he does that.
He wanted to kiss those lips again. He wanted to feel that right pussy strangling his cock while she moan his name.
He wanted to feel all of her.
But he promised himself not to bed her unless she regain her memories. He wasn't going to take advantage of her.
"Are you even listening to everything I just said?" Liam asked in annoyance, he has been speaking to himself all along and he had no idea.

"What did you say?" Ace questioned in total confusion. Liam shook his head and looked forward then back at Ace.
"Just stop all this bullshits and go get your girl, Ace. I hate seeing you this pathetic." Liam said and placed his hand on Ace's shoulder then squeezed it." You are better than this."
Liam walked away and Ace turned to look at Catherine one more time only for their eyes to meet.
It was like the time stopped.
He couldn't move . He couldn't afford to break eyes contact with her.
It was as if if he looked away, she would disappear into thin air.
He didn't realize just how long they were staring at each other before the principal told everyone to sit down.
Ace sat down and Liam sat down on his right hand side. The chair on his left hand side was suddenly occupied and he scrunched up his nose.
"Steele." He mumbled.
"Hi Hampton. Hi fucker Wesley."
Oh please, Ace wasn't ready for Anitra's bullshits.
He just want to meet Catherine in private and devour her lips.
Catherine's POV:
I feel eyes on me.
When I arrived with my Mom earlier I had been secretly looking for Ace bit couldn't find him so I stayed with Talia and Anitra but suddenly I could feel eyes on me.
His eyes.
They make me hot and aware of his presence.
I raised my head up and our eyes met. We kept staring at each other without breaking eye contact.
My Ace. My first love. The only one that has ever explored all of me.
How on Earth could I ever forget you? Even when I lost my memory my body still remembered him, my body still craved for him.
When the principal told us to sit down I walked to my roll and sat down on my chair.

When I glanced back I saw Anitra with Ace and Liam.
What the fuck!
When did he got there?
When I saw Ace's angry face I quickly bring out my phone from my purse and text Anitra.
'Why are you there with him? You know your presence pisses him off' I hit send and waited for him to text back.
Just few seconds later his text came in.
' I'm having fun tormenting him, Cath.'
Oh please! Since when did he started calling me Cath? I hate this.
The principal started speaking, 90% of them I didn't hear them.
And then he started calling the names of the graduated students starting from the first letter A.
And when it got to my turn and my name was called, I carried myself with dignity and respect as I climbed the audit.
I collected my certificate from the principal and the photographer took our pictures together before I left the audit.
Mom rushed towards me and wrapped her hands around me.
She pulled me to herself, hugging me tightly.
"Congratulations darling," she said proudly. I smiled and hugged her back.
"Thanks Mom."
After the students collected their certificates, it was now time to take pictures with families and friends.
I was standing with Talia under the oak tree when a woman walked towards us. She was wearing a Chanel gown that hug her body perfectly.
A soft smile on her face, but something was wrong with it.
They didn't seem real.
They looked so fake. so forced.
"Talia darling." The woman said immediately she walked up to us. Talia's eyes widened and she kissed the woman's cheeks.
"Good afternoon, Mrs Hampton."
No. This can't be Mrs Hampton.
I can't run into her like this. Not without talking to Ace first.
I just can't.
"Congratulations on your graduation, darling." Mrs Hampton said sweetly but I know she's nothing sweet.
A cold-hearted billionaire. That's who she was.
"Hello Catherine Meyers," she said as she turned towards me and all the blood drained from my face.
She knew me. Knew my name.
How?
"I.." i didn't get to talk when a hand wrapped around my wrist and tugged me towards them.
I looked up and I was staring into Ace's deep brown eyes.
"Don't, Mother." He seethed.
What was going on?
Let's find out.
