Chapter 30: Another Obstacle
(Setting: Crystal Kingdom: Royal Palace- Courtyard)
(Scene: The crew pulls into the courtyard of the Royal Palace)
[Butlers and Maids]: *in unison* *bows* Welcome back from school, young masters and mistresses! We trust you've all had an excellent day! May we take your shopping bags?
[Princess Savannah]: Yes we did, thank you. May you prepare refreshments for my guest, please?
[Butlers and Maids]: *in unison* Yes, Milady!
*The crew then appears in the Royal Palace's kitchen. It is very large with lots of countertop space made of marble, huge cabinets containing pots and pans, as well as ingredients and other cooking materials hung neatly and beautifully along the walls.
*There were large fridges and freezers full of food and snacks, and there were spacious islands for sitting and entertaining guest. Stewards and chefs were working diligently preparing tonights dinner, but they also made platters of fancy cheese served with crackers and fruits along with peach flavored iced tea for the friends of the princess.
[Princess Savannah]: *Cheering* Oh, well look who it is everybody! Hello, Prince Majorku! How are you doing today?
*The prince appears shirtless and barefoot enjoying a tall cold glass of milk after having just finished a vigorous workout and a hot shower. His upper body was completely shredded, along with his back that was formed and the crevices were deep and strong. Majorku's biceps were the size of bricks, as they were swollen from intense and punishing physical training.
*Beads of water trickled slowly down his moist long naturally smokey gray hair onto his sculpted and meticulously refined masculine figure. He was the true essence of male perfection, as his glare was stone cold like a warrior, but also relaxed like a monk.
[Mitsune Akamiko]: Uh-ohhh, hotty alert!
[Halenday Medellon]: *Flirtingly* Ooohh, my…

[Ayurielli Yamabushi]: *Blushing* *Eyes widen* !!! .........
[Prince Majorku]: Hm? Oh hey, Princess, World Guardian, and company... How was school? Did you guys learn anything useful?
[Princess Savannah]: *Smiling* It was absolutely wonderful! We also stopped by the mall! Wanna see the lingerie Lady Akamiko and I bought? It's matching!
[Prince Majorku]: Um... No, thank you... *Cough* Uhh, anyways, hey Baku, what do you have planned for the weekend?
[Baku Cree]: *Staring at his doll* ……. Huh? Oh, um... I'll probably be doing some studying or something…
[Prince Majorku]: I see... Well, along with that, understand that starting early tomorrow morning, we will begin your training under the World Guardian position. We will be preparing you for the Crystal Dome Games, as well.
[Baku Cree]: *Ugh* ... How early are we talkin' here?
[Prince Majorku]: Early.
[Baku Cree]: *Sigh* Oh man… There goes my sleep...
*Savannah then notices Ayurielli silently staring at the floor blushing. She smiles sinisterly.
[Princess Savannah]: *Singingly* Ooohh Prince Majorkuuu, Miss Yuri has a question for yooouuu…
[Ayurielli Yamabushi]: *Embarrassed* *Blushing* !!!!!! …
[Prince Majorku]: Hm? What is it, Lady Yamabushi?
[Ayurielli Yamabushi]: *Embarrassed* *Shyly* P-prince M-Majorku... Will you be... *Gulp* Participating in the... Crystal Dome Games?
*The warrioress asks this as she tries not to stare at the prince's well defined and structured body, but instead attempts to look at his bare feet. Not that it helped, they were massaged to be soft and smooth with fine lotions and also perfectly pedicured recently. Her face as red as a rosebud, as she pondered which maid had the pleasure of massaging Majorku's feet after a hard day of work and a bath on top of it.
[Prince Majorku]: *Knods* Yes, I do intend to participate in the games. I lost last year because I was unable to defeat my final opponent’s abilities... But this time, I've been training endlessly to master my technique and I will defeat him and win. Like a true future leader of our kingdoms military, I will become the champion and claim the legendary sword... How about you, milady? I imagine that you've haven't lost your razor-sharp skills in kendo and the katana. I've heard from my sister that you're on your way to acquiring a fiftieth consecutive victory. That's pretty impressive, Lady Yamabushi.

[Ayurielli Yamabushi]: *Cough* Yes, that is true, thank you. I plan to also compete in the tournament as well. The prize is entirely too valuable for me not to obtain. So, I shall take it as my reward and claim it as an heirloom, therefore bringing great honor to my family as our first woman to win the Crystal Dome Games ever…
[Prince Majorku]: *Smiling* Excellent... May our blades cross in the tournament, Yuri. I look forward to it.
[Ayurielli Yamabushi]: *Shyly* ... Likewise…
[Baku Cree]: *Thinking to himself* *Freaking out* Damn it! Now the royal freakin' prince is going to be in the games too!? Geez, there's no way I'll win if these two monsters are playing... One of them has an undefeated kendo record, and the second one has a 16 pack! How the hell is that even possible!? I'm a total scrub compared to them!
[Butler]: Excuse me, young master, Baku. Your presence is required by his highness, King Jeremiah Cree.
[Baku Cree]: ... Alright.

Sokaiseva
Erika Hanover received her magic on her twelfth birthday—far earlier than anyone was supposed to—and suddenly, everything in her life made sense. Magic could solve everything. Magic was all she'd ever wanted. When she was offered a spot on the roster of a mercenary group policing magic-tinged crime in her home of upstate New York, she jumped at the chance. Rogue Dungeon: A LitRPG Adventure
From James A. Hunter, author of Viridian Gate Online and War God's Mantle! Check out my first attempt at a Dungeon litRPG Novel! Roark von Graf—hedge mage and lesser noble of Traisbin—is one of only a handful of Freedom fighters left, and he knows the Resistance’s days are numbered. Unless they do something drastic … But when a daring plan to unseat the Tyrant King goes awry, Roark finds himself on the run through an interdimensional portal, which strands him in a very unexpected location: an ultra-immersive, fantasy video game called Hearthworld. He can’t log out, his magic is on the fritz, and worst of all, he’s not even human. Now, he’s a low-class, run-of-the-mil Dungeon monster. Some disgusting, blue-skinned creature called a Troll. At least there’s one small silver lining—Roark managed the grab a powerful magic artifact on his way through the portal, and with it he might just be able to save the world after all. Unless, of course, the Tyrant King gets to him first …Hey everyone, so as most of you know, I write books for a living, and I just put this title up on Amazon (and enrolled it in KU). Because KU requires exclusivity as part of their terms of service, I have had to pull the majority of the content from this site. I left the full novel up for as long as possible, so I hope everyone got a chance to read it. If you haven't had a chance to read it in its entirety (sorry!) you can pick it up on Amazon. Thanks again for coming on this journey with me, and I so hope you enjoyed it. The book will be out on Tuesday July 24th. Best, James Hunter

Hymn of Ignis
If a man is told to walk from the moment of his awakening to the world, what will he do? He will walk. What if along his path he stumbles and falls? He will get up, and walk. What if along his path others bar the way? He will push through, and walk. What if along his path a storm hinders his passage? He will overcome it, and walk. What if along his path the sky changes color and light no longer guides the way? He will remain on his path, and walk. What if along his path the very ground gives way to oblivion? He will press on, and walk. What if along his path he becomes more than a man? Will he stop? Release schedule will be either weekly, or biweekly, depending on the time I have available. Hopefully that will change for the better along the way. As for the story itself, opinions matter a lot! I appreciate both soft, and hard criticism, so don't hold your punches.
