With that, they begin their search and proceed cautiously as Ice Queen isn't an opponent that should be taken lightly and they also doesn't want to do anything that will anger the water and snow spirit Mahsuri

Azumi begin to activate his search magic

"All i can sense is the small fry monster and some wild life here and there" [Azumi]

"Well, we have just begin our search, plus we are looking for Ice Queen and Mahsuri, two target out of god know how many life in this vast valley" [Aurora]

As they begin to wander around aimlessly, fatigue started to accumulate

"Well, I have Alfin favourite chocolate drink with me right now, do you want it" [Azumi]

"I'll just have a tea if you wouldn't mind" [Aurora]

With that, Azumi quickly prepare the item from his item box magic and prepare the chocolate drink, tea and biscuits in a minute

"Mother Theresia sure know how to make a delicious biscuit" [Aurora]

"Yeah, even Alfin will constantly buy it from time to time" [Azumi]

Mother Theresia is the orphanage director from where Kucin, Guz, Lydia and Emma come from. An Old lady who was once affiliated with the church. Before Alfin begin to fully support the orphanage by herself, she used to sell her biscuit to gain some additional fund. Even after Alfin fund the orphanage she would still sell her biscuit as the demand is there plus it will be a good practice for the orphanage to learn how to cook and earn money earnestly

Mother Theresia was hesitant to sell the biscuit to Alfin and Azumi as she often tell them to take it for free but both of them just end up buying it anyway as they don't want to take advantage of the kindness. The only time when they will eat the biscuit for free is when they visit the orphanage and Mother Theresia will prepare it alongside other dishes

"But you know, searching around without a single clue is pretty much a waste of time and energy" [Azumi]

"I get what you mean but do we have any other choice?" [Aurora]

As they continue to sip their drink, Aurora halt for a moment

"This is just my assumption but what if we try to search Mahsuri when snowstorm appear, last time my father and I meet her during a snowstorm and were rescued by her, and there were rumours of Mahsuri rescuing people from snowstorm beside us" [Aurora]

"Well then, If that is the case, should we rest first? I can make a snow igloo" [Aurora]

With that, Aurora uses his magic to make a warm tough snow igloo and Azumi uses the harmless fire wall that he use during the trip to Mesembryanthemum, this time surrounding the igloo.

After some rest, Aurora notice a pattern in the sky, signalling that the weather would become worst

"Let us start our search once more" [Aurora]

"I know it is too late to said this but we are either a fool or a genius for using this idea" [Azumi]

20 minutes afterward, in a snowstorm while battling the sheer cold and with his search magic activated, Azumi got a hit

"Aurora! Prepare yourself" [Azumi]

"And here I am thinking we will find Mahsuri first" [Aurora]

With that, they begin to activate their magic to fight the Ice Queen

"Foolish human, to fight eventhough you knew what await you" [Ice Queen]

"I can said the same to you!" [Azumi]

"Prepare yourself Ice Queen!" [Aurora]

"Such attitude toward a Queen, I'll make sure that what await you is a slow painful death" [Ice Queen]

With that, the Ice Queen release her ice magic mana to the surrounding, Azumi and Aurora noticing what the Ice Queen will do fire a dark and light magic toward it, but to no avail
