With the day of the cleansing operation finally arrive, a nervous look can be seen here and there at the castle. With the tense environment during the breaksfast, Mile cheerfulness personality lift up the surrounding mood.

The reason that Blanc, Lydia and Emma ask Princess Alfin to use those spell onto them is because of Aurora advice. He doesn't want the three of them to get lack of sleep due to anxiety as it could hamper their performance and could prove fatal. Even Aurora warned them not to rely much on this spell as some of knight from other squad have been known to become addicted to this spell

After the breakfast, The two group split once again and Princess Alfin proceed to explain to the soldier of the Mesembryanthemum about their plan

"So Rais, Lydia, Blanc, Emma and myself will stakeout at Grais mansion, the other please disguise yourself and you will all be rendezvous here at mentioned time" [Alfin]

Alfin proceed to point at the map. As the soldier have already been split into smaller group, she just point out which group to be assigned at those specific location. The soldier agree easily and are happy to served under Alfin

While Clair and Albert will tail those from the Church, Aurora will put on a disguise and by using his Ice glide spell, will survey some of the location from time to time. At first, all of them disagree as Aurora should preserve as much energy and mana as possible, but due to the lack of magician to survey the surrounding (as some of them join the dark guild cleansing operation) couple with the fact that their opponent is an official from the Holy Kingdom of Aster, the decision are said to be the best since he can provide support immediately if things go wrong

With that, Princess Alfin group go to the location near the Grais mansion and begin their stakeout. Using the same method as the first day with the help of the Earth-Space Magic Core, Blanc and Lydia once again confirm the number of people in the basement

After activating his magic and point his sonar magic to the location, Blanc and Lydia find out that the number of people there have been increased. They tell the other about it

"I see, it must be because some of them have already transferred those people last night, it's only natural that they act that way" [Alfin]

"Can you guess which noble did that Lydia?" [Emma]

"Sorry, but we aren't sure about it Emma" [Lydia]

"If I knew this is gonna happen, then Lydia and I could Memorize some of the people, that way we can give out more information" [Blanc]

"No use in crying over a spill milk, just make sure both of you do it the next time you use this technique" [Rais]

"Now then, can both of you please give me as much info as you could, I will write it down and relay it to other" [Alfin]

Both of them nodded and tell everything that they found out to Alfin. Since Alfin is not proficient in using golem magic, Rais uses his water rat magic and relay the message to one of the magician and that magician in turn relay it to other including Mr Wright as those information will then goes to Duke Hiaccio

They proceed to do the same every few hour or every time a suspicious carriage enter the mansion. Of course the other disguise soldier also mentioned about the character of the carriage like how big it is or who is the one that handle the carriage to the other soldier as well as Alfin's group via the same method. That way, they manage to keep their information up to date

Nearing dusk, there are no more carriages from other involved noble house, and after confirming that the number of the captive matches the initial investigation, Alfin told the other about it and ask them to be ready.

"The only one that's left is the church group" [Rais]

"Yes, Rais, tell Aurora to come here as soon as he could, and tell the other soldier to be ready at their rendezvous location" [Alfin]

"Understood" [Rais]

With that, the final water rat golems are released. Slowly, Rais got back the reply that the soldier group have stationed theirselves at the mentioned location. The last to arrive is Aurora

At dusk, they notice that the snow is falling lightyly over from the sky and then, the moment arrive
