Slime snake, while slime is a common creature found throughout the land in all the places imaginable, living from the deepest cave to right at the centre of a volcano, most of them have take the form of a round ball like creature. However, there are few species that have different kind of shape, from rectangular to some small like creature like a snake.

Slime snake, like it's name imply, is basically a slime that look just like a snake but have still retain their slime property, and one of which is fusion of many magic core of a slime to make a larger slime with single magic core. While those phenomena is quite uncommon in nature, it's a common practice among monster tamer and thus they boast on making their slime as big as they could. This slime snake however, is so big that Azumi have nothing but confidence that it's without a doubt a contracted slime and currently the slime master is hiding somewhere.

The Giant slime snake begin by trying to ram Azumi head on first, a smart move indeed as behind him is her master, friend and students. Eventhough he have confidence in the barrier that was made by Fizumi and Aqua, he still doesn't want to take unnecessary risk, thus he erect a giant earth wall right underneath the giant slime snake, hitting it's jaw and causing the slime to momentarily flinched and move backward

"Fire sword"

Azumi quickly chant a magic and applied it to his keris, with acceleration magic on, he dash toward the magic core of the slime at it head, and just as he is about to stab it, the giant slime snake make themselves smaller by splitting up before hitting him with different kind of magic from all seven element

Azumi and other, after seeing the different kind of magic that the small snake slime can do are bewildered. Sure, a slime fusion is easy but at most, they only heard that upto 4 different kind of slime can be fuse together, but here, it's without a doubt, 7 different kind of slime are fuse together

Seeing this, Filaurel and Kucin quickly scan the area of the nearby forest, and once they managed to find the master of those slimes, they take off to stop them.

"Be careful Kucin, Filaurel!" [Alfin]

"Yes sis!" "As you wish your highness" [Kucin][Filaurel]

"I'll go with both of you" [Usagina]

"Understood" [Filaurel]

Alfin said that with a worried voice, she was told that the both of them find three people in the forest. At first, some of the knight wanted to go along but Usagina remind them not to brake the formation and instead volunteer herself to go with Kucin and Filaurel. The three of them take off to help Azumi, while Alfin telepathically mentioning what have happen

(I see now, thank you for the info and be careful) [Azumi]

(You too, and don't push yourself too hard) [Alfin]

Receiving the info that said there are three monster tamer out there, Azumi begin to activate his search magic once again to see if any more monster that might be hiding, he did so while dodging and counterattack back the attack that have been launch towards him and

(!) [Azumi]

After activating his search magic, he found something

(how nice, to prepare two gift for me, and I should really thank Blanc for this) [Azumi]

He shut off his search magic and begin to make a plan inside his head

(Now then, I really want that magic core no matter what, how should I approach this) [Azumi]

In his head, a number of simulation have been done and he found few great plan to do so, and without hesitation he dah back toward those slime which have now fuse back becoming a giant snake slime

The giant snake slime launch a large fireball toward Azumi, which he counteract by using a giant water ball, when the two magic collide, a burst of steam engulfed the surrounding area and Azumi can see the mouth of the giant snake slime wide open to engulfed him. He use a strong gust magic to propel himself to the left side before touching the skin of the slime and activating a magic that were once used on him

"Subzero freeze" [Azumi]

He begin to freeze the slime, but the slime prove to be agile and quickly retaliate by whipping it tail toward Azumi. To dampen the impact, Azumi apply a deceleration magic to it's tail while also surround himself with wind dome magic. This make him took less damage when he forcefully landed on the ground when suddenly

(now!) [Azumi]

He quickly recovered himself and dodge the incoming second attack from a different giant snake slime that have been waiting to ambushing him. He then chant a spell

"Oh Fire, oh wind, combine and burn the area and burn my enemy, heatwave" [Azumi]

The spell that is activated begin to melt the slime, and the two slime threw off a number of water stream magic in response and once again, steam engulfed the area

Using a wind magic, Azumi manage to collect all those steam and encapsulated it with the help of wind and space magic before applying scald magic to the steam to make it hotter.

He then proceed to dash toward the recovering second giant slime snake and engulfed the head of the slime with the steam that he have collect. The giant snake slime try to shook off the steam ball as it violently rampaging but as second pass by, the head of the slime begin to melt while Azumi keep on continuing to apply those magic.

The first slime try to help the second slime by dividing itself into two, one to fire off a number of spell toward the giant steam ball and another one to attack Azumi. Azumi in response simply keep on dodging until

(I think this is good enough) [Azumi]

As he think that, he then reconfigure the shape of the steam ball into that of a rod, and drove the steam rod into the body of the slime before

"Now, steam rod, raise your temperature and explode" [Azumi]

While chanting off the magic, he also drew the magic circle of fire, water and wind to make the effect stronger. Once the giant snake slime is dead, he quickly recovered the intact magic core of the slime and quickly inspect it and drew a big smile before quickly put in to his item box

"Now then, shall we continue?" [Azumi]
