With a sulking face and manner, Kucin excuses herself and went straight to the adventure guild, selling the loot she managed to get from her recent training with Filaurel at Alfin's dungeon. With her examination coming soon, she felt that she have make quite a good progress, but the fact that she can't make Princess Alfin happy or atleast lessen her burden still outweigh those happy feeling

And in the royal library, Alfin, with the help from Filaurel, Fizumi and Aqua begin her research about the ancient device and artifact. Alfin wanted to make an ancient device called as Television or atleast something functioning similar to that so that she can relay her message to the masses. While she's on fire from her passion of research, her stepmother word, Queen Zanariah struck her mind once again, making her halt for awhile, but she continues to do her research regardless of it

Filaurel notice the slight halt in Alfin momentum, it's brief but as someone that have been tasked to guard and watch her, she managed to catch it
(I should tell Azumi about this once he come back) [Filaurel]
Not being able to encourage the one that she have been tasked to guard make her feel more frustrated, even more than what she can imagine. She mustered up her courage
(I am her guard for now, but that doesn't mean I can't approach her as a friend, and only relying on Azumi won't help us much in the future, so...)
She try to approach Alfin before she herself halt for a moment

Aqua sudden outburst startled those in the library, so much so that a female librarian have to scold her, the highest ethos of water to remain silent
Aqua then proceed to show the book that she manages to find to other
"This is..." [Fizumi]
"A theory about how the ancient device have been functioning" [Alfin]
"Yes it is" [Aqua]
"But still, can anyone of us here read it?" [Filaurel]
"Yeah... good question. The book is old and it will be understandable if we can't understand half of what's written here. Plus even if we do understand it that doesn't mean we can apply it" [Alfin]
"I see..." [Aqua]
"But that doesn't mean we have to stop here though, we can always decipher the contents and experiment with it moving forward. So Aqua, can you please help me on finding more of this book" [Alfin]
"I will!" [Aqua]
"I'll help" [Fizumi]
"Princess Alfin, how about I copied some sentences from the book and show it to any old elves around the capital, some of them might know about it" [Filaurel]
"Great idea. Well, it will take some time copying it so I'll just use a photo magic" [Alfin]
Alfin begin to take a small empty canvas from her item box and use her light magic photo and the picture of the book with the sentence quickly imprinted into the canvas. Filaurel took those canvas before asking permission to leave. That doesn't mean she will just neglect her job as she quickly send a mini tree golem into a female squad members from the first knight squad which happily replace her to guard Princess Alfin
"That was quick" [Alfin]
Alfin said that as the new female guard arrive. Alfin then begin reading and decipher the book while more and more book keep on compiling in the desk.

At certain point, Alfin ask the three of them to read some of the book to help her better understand the subject to which they comply without any sigh nor objection
Alfin begin to scribble on empty note about her finding. She more or less understand some of the contents of the book but as expected, she can only do so much with what little knowledge she have due to the language difference
(And there isn't any linguist available currently due to...) [Alfin]
She grab her pen tighter for a moment.
(Sorry, you guys got killed by the fake raja orc because of me) [Alfin]
But that doesn't dampen her spirit and continue to scribble down a note here and there until
"Princess Alfin, I managed to find someone that understands this language!" [Filaurel]
"Really!" [Alfin]
"Yes, she is an old elves lady living in the outskirts of the capital, but due to her health, she can't move around much so.." [Filaurel]
"Alright then, I will borrow some of the book and we will go there once I am done" [Alfin]
"Understood" [Filaurel]
Alfin quickly reply before Filaurel even manage to finish her sentence

Ten years pass and one of the first ever Digitized Players, a Level 500 Catgirl by the name of Atreya the Dawnbirth, created a stable portal between their MMO and Earth. With the return of one of the players, the governments remove the bans on FSDS Technology, which has still been researched heavily while under the ban. Wars break out over control of Virtual Worlds, but these wars are all fought ON the Virtual World, so the Earth isn't polluted further. Immortality is now available to all who seek it, if you can find a World to call your own. Of course, nobody paid attention to one of the few warnings Atreya brought back with her... The NPCs sometimes became sentient and disobeyed coding laws.
